If I click on a link to recipe in the web browser, it tries to open it in the app. However, the app just opens up an error page. Had to remove and app altogether.

Updated shoppinglist did not show up in shop scanner(~6 h after update). scanning in app to update shoppinglist did not work. Good that two persons with a shared account could share shoppinglists, when the shoppinglist is up to date in shop scanner.

It should be possible to have the offers in a simple list view instead of just a big card view. As it is now it is hard to get a quick overview and it take much longer to scroll through.

Useless. For the actual online shopping, it just launches a web browser anyway. We don't need a >100MB app to launch a browser app we must already have. Competitors do an improved shopping experience in-app, but not ICA.

Sorry, but the new view if the items for sale is worse now than before. That app has potential, but need some more updates in efficiency, search functions etc. Still good to link with your ICA card and other keen functions.

Pretty good app but there is a bug where it gets stuck on max brightness if you show the digital ID and then navigate to a different section using the tabs at the bottom. From this point on it's stuck on max brightness.

The app is okay but the new way of displaying items on reduced price is terrible. I also would like to be able to save my ICA card in Google Wallet, similarly to how you can save it to Apple Wallet on iOS. Please include this.

I'd much prefer it if I could use the app, or at least some of its features, without having to log in using my bankid or being a member, like the great and simple Lidl app. Nevertheless, tried logging in with my bankid, and after entering my bankid password I go into an endless loop to the first page without logging into the app. Not cool!

Crapy self-service system, every time I buy something that needs to be counted, the lights blinks and my products recounted and checked. Why do we need this app if products are manually scaned? It is not random checks, unless they check 80% of all purchases. How likely it is to be choosen about 7 to 10 times in a row and twince in one day?

After the last update the app is freezing right after it's open. Can't pay with it, can't access the account. Few seconds after i open the app i get the message "app isn't responding". Uninstalling and reinstalling didn't help. Right now is useless

Pretty trash tbh It's buggy as hell, and i frequently get stuck in an infinite loop when opening the app. Clearly something is broken with the session, maybe out of sync data that for some reason can't be repaired. I have often had to uninstall app data to sign in again and get it to work.

After the latest update with the BankID login - so annoying!!! Every time I have to login - go in store to get self-scanner, want to add something to the shopping list, sometimes even by the time I get to the checkout machine - LOGIN! What is the so very top secret information that is in this app? Shopping list and my loyalty card number! Fix it ICA or I will take my business elsewhere. I have 4.27.0 installed, and I see the app was updated on 15 April - still have to login all the time. I have deleted all cache and app data on my phone to see if it improves the situation. One suggestion: The Digital ID shall be somewhere accessible in the app home (next to or under Hej Aleksandar), or with one touch, not look for it under Konto, and then Digital ID, especially if one is not using ICA card to pay.

Since a few updates now show ups a greeting and your name for whatever the reason is, like to show "respect"? to the customer, is annoying and more when you enter the apps via the QR widget, now from that screen (QR code) needs to be the bottom to pay with the app without the need of press a back action (is annoying) there's plenty space to position an action bottom there.

Works better and better without major flaws. Misses a few keen functions (e.g. Special Offers for the next week (as Lidl has) a sorting system, an option to see what one has bought most frequently, to see the local stores' leaflet) but it makes the job done. It's getting more and more efficient with time. *** 2023-08: Still a 4/5. A good update recently and now it seems like they are delivering a better app from a previous bad update (horrible layout).

For shopping lists : Poorly designed for adding most frequent items. The Favourites are good and all, but having the items sorted by frequency in an easier to view list would be very useful. For quite a while now it's been very slow/not working at all to search for items to add to the list. It's just possible to add frequent items and favorites. I'm using a VPN so that might affect this specific feature.

A little slow but shows info nicely and shows all current sales. One bad thing is that it takes you to the website when pressing some buttons like online shopping.
