Use Insurance Auto Auctions’ (IAA) app to bid on lightly damaged cars and other salvaged vehicles anytime day or night, including cars, trucks, SUVs, motorcycles, and heavy equipment. We cater to anyone who wants to buy lightly damaged or salvaged cars: used car dealerships buying hundreds of lightly damaged vehicles, mechanics and body shops looking for car parts, and people who buy cars for scrap.

A portion of our inventory comes from vehicle fleets (rental car agencies, company cars, etc.) or bank repossessions with little or no damage. We also serve buyers seeking wrecked car auctions, featuring vehicles with heavy to light amounts of damage, including totaled cars.
You can search our inventory without an account, but you’ll be able to bid and have access to additional features when you log into your IAA account. Limited resources, it can't handle more than one auction at the time. If you are looking at auction list goes back to the beginning of the list if you add the Vehicle to your watch list. For the amount of data and money involved in the transactions deserve a better developed App.

Ok so here we are 3 years later and still problems.. why would you remove the location from the sort option? I would like to look at all vehicles in all categories by closest to my zip, and that is no longer an option. No sound, and it crashes a lot. This app sucks, please fix it. When looking at cars it constantly starts over to the first car, so flipping annoying. Please fix this. If even pay if it actually had sound and worked properly.

They would get more business if their app wasn't so flawed. Today, I look roan update because my phone app and my IPad app keep crashing. Not the first time this has happened. All the while I have been outbid on 2 vehicles. I can't even access it to place a higher bid. The app needs some work. I've missed sales due to no notifications. Yet they charge so much in fees. I buy from private sellers more. This auction has far too many risks for a buyer that they need to cut a deal.

App is a POS! Freezes every time you try to filter distance for last month! Hella stupid. Old setup was more stable even know it sucked

Horrible experience, I bought 2 cars here, they have fees for everything they can think of, I end up paying almost double my final bid, the forklift driver mess up the bottom side of the engine of one of the cars, and the other car had missing parts that were there before, they take no responsibility for anything, when I called they were rude and inconsiderate of my frustration, I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy here.

terrible app. was ok, but then, with an update, they made it really bad. it just open the browser and the website instead of having their own app, but freezes all the time. better off just going through the website and separate browser. For the amount of money they charge fees off every sale, they definitely can afford to spend some funds and make the app good.

on the filtered search, it displays the pictures of vehicles repeatedly, after some 5-6 vehicles while rolling, shows the above pictures for the next cars.

Super glitchy. They charge an average of $1,000 in fees per car. You would think they would invest in a good decent APP.

One day just decided to not open anymore. It's not REALLY app, this is same as website. EDIT. It has less functionality than website ant I don't receive notifications

I made payment on the app 200 dollars for registration fee, is still not opening for me as a member. I called several times they are not picking my calls and not replying my text messages. don't know if is a scam

The app has been having some glitches for a few weeks now. It shows one picture, and when you open another car. Yesterday I placed a bet on one car, and I was placed on a completely different car and now I have problems canceling the bet. Fix this app.

$200 membership fee is insane when just looking for one car.not helpful to public with broker fees and additional fees more suited for business

3.9* ? too much........this app builder need to bring back that money It's been 5 years I'm using that app with one problem that never stop, is that that the app keeps stopping in the middle of your search. You searching 50 cars, it's stopped 20 times before you done your search. Each time you need to start all over again. You guys could do better.

App is acting up again, for about a week. Multiple deletes and reinstalls, and nothing. Most vehicles, pictures won't show, and as you keep scrolling down, its only 1st 5-10 vehicles on the list that are circulating. Whatever the latest update IAA did clearly it is not working. please release another update. Issue is the same on the tablet and the phone

very glitchy app, every time you are scrolling and click on a vehicle to view after you are done it resets you to the top of the page or resets the whole search. plus it's kinda ridiculous that they are adding a pin code now to pick up the vehicles and the fees they charge are absolutely ridiculous now days. $15 environment fee we are the ones buying and recycling the cars we should be getting paid that. not mention the insane buyer fee insane mark up.

was good till most recent update. now I can't sign in on my account from multiple devices. this becomes an issue because I have multiple devices. also if you are bidding from somewhere different you can't see your cars or hear them. Why would they do this? Many apps let you register multiple devices so they are known to the system. I am always on the go so sometimes I want to use my business phone, or my personal phone, or my laptop, or my Chromebook. this just seems very backwards. Fix it pleas
