①Required access rights ㅤ
- Phone: This is the right to access device information, which isused to collect device information for mobile phone identificationand issuance of mobile certificates. ㅤ
②Optional access right -
Address Book : Used to retrieve contacts when sending SMS remittance or transfer. ㅤ
- Camera : Used for taking ID cards and recognizing QR codes when copying official certificates.
- Storage space: Used for storing and loading certificates and storingtemporary photos when taking ID cards.
- Location : Used to find a branch using location information.
※ i-ONE Bank Global requests the minimum access rights for the smooth use of the app.
※ You can use the service even if you do not agree with the optional access right, but some functions may be restricted.
※ How to change access rights: Phone settings> Application (app) management> i-ONE Bank Global> Permissions
※ App access rights are divided into essential rights and optional rights in response to Android OS 6.0 or higher. If you are using an OS version less than 6.0, you cannot selectively grant permission, so we recommend that you check if the operating system can be upgraded and upgrade the OS to 6.0 or higher if possible. In addition, even if the operating system is upgraded, the access rights agreed to by the existing app do not change, so in order to re-establish access rights, you must delete and reinstall the app to set access rights normally.

Cant input 4 digit account password after i transfer my certificate to a new device. Whats going on? Am i not be able to use this online banking app forever? Please answer us .

It was so annoying that after my ibk app. was updated into this new app. i just used it once and it never open again..oh so dissappointing..

This app is very useful to me but all of a sudden this morning the app doesnt open anymore. I uninstalled and re-downloaded it but still doesnt open. What should i do?

Worked great for about a month, then just started crashing immediately upon start as others have said. Guessing IBK doesn't place a high priority on maintaining this app.

Can't manage to log on to my account regardless of the verification option I choose. Previous app was working well for me, not satisfied with the current one.

Amazing! Much easier and faster than the old app. Those who couldn't manage to use it, click on your V30 mobile plus app to update the permissions, that is the problem.

One of the best ibanking apps in Korea, It's reyale fast and smooth. I'm 2 years with this bank, naver had a issue. and I'm also love Their service, It's reyale all good.

Slowest possible app that i ever used. Even my oldest 2000s computer have better speed. You really need to fix the processing speed issue, for the company with a huge budget its a shame

I like the app. But there is a problem. Recently I bought Galaxy Note 9 and I install the app but i can't install certificates because it asks me to allow unknown sources but it seems on Note 9 it is a bit different you should check for every app but i can't find IBK ONE GLOBAL there. I hope you solve this problem very soon or contact me because may be only I have this kind of problem. Thank you for your support

Like other, I also have an issue inputting 4 digit password. What a mess.. and it takes a long time before showing the login form after opening the app.. The programmer of this app should fix this immediately.. 😤

Your app become useless when you updated it. The old app is much better and I've been using it for a long time. With your update a lot of issues happen. Today it say it cannot fetch data try again later. The whole day that is the problem I cannot view it.

While updating my phone to Android 9.0 the app deleted itself, and will not reinstall- it says "error 504" immediately after downloading. This issue is also happening with the IBK One application, but nothing else on the phone. I have factory reset my device and it is still doing the same thing. An email sent to the developers has yet to receive a response. Thoroughly unimpressed. I don't want to have to open an account with another bank, but I need mobile banking!

Completely useless app. Seems to have so many bugs. None of the features the Korean app has, and even the same features have different rules. On top of that ibk is the worst bank I have ever used. No one seems to know what is going on, either in branch or at the call centre. Today I spent 2 hours trying to set up a remittance account and they ended up just blocking my access to mobile banking altogether.

Update:started working for awhile but broke again with the newest Android update. Would love to do phone banking but this app is trash. Won't open or work. Reinstalled it twice and still doesn't work. The app is broken. I open the app jut it just immediately closes. Can't select anything or see any menu. App is garbage now. The old one worked but this is a broken mess.

What a mess. You have no idea what your actual balance is half the time, and there are so many pages that you tie yourself in knots trying to get where you're going. It's convoluted and overly complicated. It needs to some significant work to be truly functional. The first page you see should be a list of accounts and balances, not a remittance page. From there, you should select and account and then an activity, not the other way around. Worst banking app I've ever used. Would not recommend.
