Luckily this old app still working. I switched back to this version. The new version giving me trouble untill it says my account has been deactivated and I need to reset password. This never happen with the old version. Thank you for still keeping this old version.

Unable to login. Error message "No internet connection, try again". Does it support android 13? Using Vivo V23 5G. I login using my old phone, no issue. Please provide update. To add on, your standard answer for our feedback which is "Feel free to contact us for assistance at EPF enquiry" does not help at all. We are looking for more proactive approach from your end. Really need to improve. Action speaks louder than words. End results says it all. Thank you.

Worst app. How many times should i reset my password? I have wrote down my password in a book, and just refer to that when entering the password, but still the apps tell me the password is wrong!!!!!! Right now i have to contact KWSP to reset my password. Isn't that an extra job for me to do in which supposedly it can be avoided at the first place!!!!!!

Very useful app to keep track of you & your employer's monthly EPF contributions. Very easy to navigate around, it also has records of past contributions that you can easily refer to. One suggestion to make the app better: Do state the percentage(%) of contribution alongside the contribution amount(RM) for easier future reference cos the user might forget & need to do own calculations.

Please add all the borang we need. And mybe can upload with pdf format so easy for user to download and myb email them or whatever method to send it to you. After all, apps purpose is to make our things easier, not just wasting our phone memory. Its not cool to have apps just to have a look rather then use. I feel like wasted to have it just to check my balance.

Kinda useless if it's just to check my balance. I can always do that from the internet. I'd like to see more features, like investment, or option for withdrawal etc. It even said that I didn't have my waris yet even though I've done this many times before. Really, useless.

Not user friendly whatsoever. I can log and find using the desktop website. For some reason the app always tells me my password is wrong. It doesn't update your EPF on time. Usually about 20 to 30 days late. I have not tested out the withdrawal function yet. I'll have to update this when that happens.

If the "add contribution" button is not functioning properly, it should be removed as it can be confusing for users. Additionally, considering that there are seniors who use this app, it may be helpful to ensure that the font text is large enough and easy to read for all users. very confusing app !

Please remains this old version as most of the users said that, it more user friendly and the best version compared with the new one which too many ppl made a quite bad experience review. I personally still on this version and happy to use it. No problem at all happens to me😊😊👍

Seriously, this apps is really great! Fingerprint recognition, i don't have to remember password, can see details about your account 1 & 2. Best of all, those epf fund you use for other investment can see how much you gain and lost, omg, that makes my life more easier, they got this integrated. Best apps so far!!... If you can add forecast like by the age 55, how much money you got by that time is a plus...

It's a great app, I really like it, straightforward and easy to use. Just one thing tho, it's forcing me to enable notification just to alert me on unimportant thing (for me). If notification is disabled, I can't even launch the app. I don't get it at all, what's the significant of this? It really should be optional to turn off notification. Even apps from major companies don't do this. Really appreciate it if you have a look at this.

If this the old one why not delete it already.. There's new one that kwsp want us to use.. So there is no reason to keep this in Play store anymore..

The new version of the app has a show stopper bug when logging in, better to use this version of the app instead of wasting time, functionality is more important.

Since release of 3rd a/c, this apps can't be use, close for maintenance to 21/5, now it drag to 27/5. What happened? The new apps had many bad comments and poor ratings, no intention to use. Quickly release this Old app for us use!!

Why the apps cannot login like usual?every time try to login it will show us the notice but every time click ok it will return to the login page but if click login again it will show me the same notice??? But when I click the notice it transfer to the Google apps page and it can be login through the way... Is it safe?
