Good luck getting support. Hotel was closed due to covid19. Cannot contact support at all successfully. Scam. They state they will refund but just steal your money. They then responded to this post with a dead or fake email for support. This is really scammy.

Horrible experience. They didn't give me a refund, or help me book another room. Absolutely the worst customer service. They emailed me in Portuguese!!! This is a Scam. BEWARE!!!

I made a reservation for $968. My card was charged. Hours later I was informed that my reservation was canceled due to "inconsistent data." They said they had an issue with my credit card. I informed them that my card was charged $968 and to please fix my reservation. They told me they could not reinstate it and that my card would be refunded. My bank has not received any refund. Hurb employee Emanuelle Bianchini would not help me. I am not able to book another room since they have my money.

Booked a room them they send me a reservayion number when i got to the hotel they have no information of my reservation, the hotel said the hotel does not even use all number reservation number, had to book a hotel through the hotel itself when i email customer support they couldnt help they just said i needed to tell the hotel my reservation number i asked for a refund have not got any answer from them

Never had the chance to try, since all the options shown in the app are for two or more people. If you want to travel alone, you have to pay 40% MORE. This doesn't make any sense.

After there response I am editing my review again. They just respond here to show there FAKE integrity, save yourself from this SCAM. They are FRAUD there responses are just PUBLIC STUNTS. This app/website/company is a FRAUD. I paid them $69 and they have given me invoice for $9 only. I booked a hotel room and all they sent was the reserve number not any itinerary. If I'll not be refunded I'll definitely push my limits to defame this firm everywhere so that they cannot scam anybody anymore.

Unfortunately we have experienced the same issue as apparently a lot of others have. Sitting here with tired and hungry children and can't cancel or even get into the app after they already took money for a 5 day reservation for something the hotel can't even offer. Will definitely deal with this on a higher level of complain

I booked an paid for the room plus taxes an got the best rate when i got to hotel their it was an additional 19 a night an 125 deposite never included in the bill an it saod everything was taken care of . they expect me to read another language .respond with A REFUND.

This website is very horrible. They did not let me know what hotel was accepting NON essential workers, so I bought a room for 2 nights. Just for the hotel to say I can not stay there since im not a non essential worker. So far its been 2 days that i been emailing and trying to do a live chat with yall 24/7 costumer service. But I haven't gotten no response, nor my money back. I recommend people definitely dont use this website.. they are scaming us during a pandemic!

Tried canceling my trip, they said they would start the process, over a week later I haven't heard back from them and my reservation still was not canceled and the refund they stated I would get still had not been processed. Sent multiple emails and they said they would get back to me with 1-2 working days however 5 days later I have not heard anything. Online chat support is janky and will make you lose your queue if you do not constantly keep it open on your phone while waiting forever.

Travelers beware! Their refund policy is a scam. We've been trying to get a refund for two months now and have continuously been told we are being "prioritized". We finally issued a fraud case with our bank because I'm pretty sure we got scammed. Don't do it. Just book with a better name.

Made a reservation which was pretty quick and painless. I never recieved a confirmation email for my stay even hours after. It just says its approved on the site. I called the hotel to see if they had my information and they said they didn't but should given the amount of time thats passed since booking the reservation. I tried the online and no one has ever gotten back to me even though I've kept the chat open for at least 4 hours. Can someone please get back to me?

Booked a room on this site, they took my money immediately but never sent the voucher, so I had to rebook with the hotel directly spend more money which I was supposed to be saving. Further into the day the voucher FINALLY comes, AFTER I already booked the room. NEVER AGAIN. I need a refund! And now I may be charged a no show fee! 24 chat NO ONE EVER ANSWERED, or replied to email. No number to call because the company baaed out of Brazil!!! Very dissatisfied. Never again!

The app is okay, but there's no way to change or cancel. It just takes me to a page that states the policy but with no option to cancel or modify. Chat is impossibly long. Bottom line, with this and the other complaints I see, never again.

I booked a room for 2 nights bot realizing they didnt accept pets. Not even 5 min after i made the reservation I called to cancel it. I called the hotel motel hotel said I had to cancel it through the app but they would refund me for both days so I contacted the app and they asked told me that within 5 days if I would have credits on my account. L0mg story short. It took 3 weeks to get back credit for only 1 of the 2 days i booked. This app is horrible and i dont recommend using it.

Scam Travel Agency! I Booked through them, when we get to the Hotel we fnd out they don't have a reservation for me and my family I had to pay a night on the spot AGAIN. No customer service, Chat is a first filter trying to avoid to open a customer service ticket. I been in email correspondence for a month and they just resolved that I "cancelled" the reservation and stayed somewhere else, I sent them proof of the Invoice of that night that I had to pay AGAIN. I'll file a complaint to the FTC.

I had a great experience using this app. I booked a trip to Minneapolis for 6/13/20 but could not make the trip due to being hospitalized. I contacted support on 6/16/20 when I got around to it and was refunded the same day in a few hours. I was worried from all the bad reviews about people not having a trip booked when they arrived but I called to make sure and sure enough the reservation was set!

This is a scam travel agency. There are numerous documented cases of this company booking travelers in less expensive hotel options in their location and not the hotel they had selected -- and charging them the cost for the more expensive preferred option -- only displaying the different hotel name after the transaction has completed. They are crooked and they hide behind a language barrier, operating out of Brazil.

Its service is horrible. I don't reccomend this Company. I was charged more than the price showed in the site. The reservation confirmation was sent only half a day after. I requested the cancelation of the reservation by online chat, e-mail and app, but no response. I telephoned several times but they never attend our calls. I have to say once again its service is horrible!

There should be a filter choosing the desired departure location. This way we would be able to choose which packages are able from our departure city, from the beginning. It is somewhat frustrating to get your hopes up with a package and only then see that it doesn't have any deperture flights close to where you live. Filtering the departure city after looking at the package only adds a layer of disappointment.
