Videoes take a lot of time to load, even with good network connection sometimes video doesn't load, and there is no option for increasing speed of video. You should need to work on tha app so that it will run smoothly.

There are tons of music apps out there over internet, those are better than this, just keep of adds adds and adds even the music is not at all playing without premium subscription, even we can't even keep a caller tune through this app, don't know why VI support such a useless app

It's not at all a good app. I bought subscription also then also it got hanged.. it's interface keeps hanging after 2 mins. Pls check I am not able to open any series because of this or otherwise jus cancel my subscription from next quarter

Please help. I had subscribed your gold plan for ₹399/- for one year, on 25 Feb 2024, till 25 Feb 2025. But unfortunately, till now it has not been activated on my mobile. Whenever, I try to watch anything on your app, with my subscription paid for one year till 25 Feb 2025, it says please go gold & pay for subscription. Why this confusion, is there any customer care number for your app? Can somebody help me resolve this issue? It is getting a bad name for your app. Please help resolve this issu

Total loss of account after new platform update. Tech have no idea where my coins are or my current gold membership, Whatever method i try and log in with just creates a new user account. Hungama you s*ck!!!

Again same incident you have deducted my coin by 60k I have earned nearly 1.5lacs coin whereas now only 83k coin is reflection. Always, you and your application trouble customers. Worst Must application, with bad sound quality and worst services. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

This is so much ridiculous that after taking subscription the aap started working slow. Taking 5-6 min to load any video.

Most worst app I have seen in my life. Despite of being a premium member how can I face these problems I don't know but why my account automatically log out from it and again it cannot get login. I am unable to receive OTP from this app. What a worst app is this. Fix my problem ASAP.

Not a good app. Consuming unnecessary data. If we open and scroll to look for video then also it is consuming lot of data. It eats my 2gb mobile data within 5 min after opening the app and I was just looking at contents and did not play any video. Do the necessary changes to consume less data or no data while just looking at content. Giving 1 star as no option to give zero star.

They reduce my coins and not giving my tripod. Also earlier before coin reduce it was showing error during redeeming. Even after complain 1 month gone ,they are not replying in gmail. And not given my money back. Worst app ever.

I am a new subscriber for hungama app.. I subscribed for a weekly plan.. My amount was debited from my account.. But I can't able to watch any shows... I sent complaint for help n support... But I didn't get any replies from last night to till now..

The app response is very slow be it search or play. I thought maybe this will be better by taking gold membership. But still the same problem. Reading the recent reviews I found same problem is faced by all. And responce is same. No improvement even after 3 months. It is a waste of money, time and effort. Don't download.

Best fraud app is hungama. They suddenly started deducting my amount after cancelling autopay. I have paid 99/- on June 6th and after cancelled auto pay in same day but suddenly they have started deducting amount July 17th and 24th I don't know why they are doing scam like this this kind app should be blocked in playstore.

I can't login on my TV it just doesn't load up too frustrating, paid premium for this? And also the app is too slow I purchased to enjoy Dolby Atmos through phone and TV and now only 1 option is feasible and app is too lame and slow maybe next time I won't take the subscription.

Horrible update. Deleted after it. There is no option for classic songs. Only noise which they call music. The response is a boilerplate, which has nothing to do with what I reported at all. And they even asked to install the latest update, which is the same as previous one, which I complained about in the first place. Never downloading it again.

App keeps crashing especially when playing music through Car via Bluetooth. During the trial period, app worked fine, no issues. As soon as I started paid subscription, app has been crashing. I tried install/reinstall, same issue. It also takes forever to load/play music doesn't matter if I am using wifi or phone service. I have 4G-LTE and really good wifi connection. Please fix this. I am pretty much wasting the subscription because of app crashing all the time.

App was perfect before the update that changed the whole UI and interface. App now has become slow, freezes or crashes. It also messes up with the notification bar music player as there isn't an option to change to a next song this can be only done through the app. Same goes for the lock screen. Please try to resolves all these bugs and issues. Thank you!
