Completely unusable Can't store username or p/w and login with biometrics Can't paste u/n and p/w, fields delete themselves when changing screens. Can't do transfers properly. Mobile webpage is much easier to use and stable...app is complete garbage

This app is a replacement to the old one. The old one has a lot more functionality including budgets. The new app (this one) does not have budget as far as I can find. Also this app is just a glorified web browser. It loads the H FCU`s home page. There are iframes galore so I don't even know what is scrollable and what is not. Please fix the old app and bring it back.

paying anything on this app has always sucked but now apparently my device is to old and no longer compatible..?? would be less than one star if it was possible.

never had any issue with previous app version, now not user friendly at all. Also just FYI Google error pops up for setting access on this app and wants access to my phone systems. it freezes the app on Google and Firefox browsers also. but cannot navigate app due to Google interruptions

DISAPPOINTMENT: I've enjoyed everything at Hughes FCU. The previous app had a few frustrating glitches, but it worked. This recent revision is a total disaster. Totally dysfunctional ! The accounts transfer function virtually doesn't exist. I had to call customer support three times to do a simple transfer of funds that was always easy to do online prior to the latest "improved app".

You guys finally attempt to "upgrade" that old app which DID need some help...and you totally CRAPPED the bed!!! This piece of trash app and online system is making the old version look glorious. I can't believe you can't seem to ever just get it right with all this modern technology!!! Always some kind of headache with your system. So tempted to just switch banks!!! Fix it please!!!

So far, pretty good. Had to disable usb.debugging in phone settings in order to get app to run (-0.5 star, no other app requires this). Biometrics login (e.g. fingerprint) is essential and can be enabled via app settings->authorized device enrollment (-0.5 star, too difficult to find). Previous version of app hid the screen content when app not in foreground (-0.5 star for dropping this feature). Total of 3.5 stars.

This app is so bad, it actually makes me miss the other one. I was forced to switch to this one and I've never seen a banking app worse than this. Nothing about it is "app" like and just seems to be like a poorly integrated webpage. Not to mention how terrible it looks. Functionality aside, it looks like this app was made with a budget of $4.99. I've seen college amatures make apps better than this. I might even switch to a different credit union just to avoid this app.

The bill pay window is off screen and you cannot scroll or "pinch" it to see the entire thing. Picking a particular date is impossible because you can't see anything, you get next day only. I do not like the new app, makes paying bills on certain dates impossible.

I say don't change what works fine. The old app actually feels much better and has everything you need on the main dashboard including net worth and budgeting, the circle that says what you spend money on is better than a bar graph in my opinion. I like the color coordination better on the old app vs the new one. This new app is black and white which now makes it harder to find what category I spent my money in. Now I actually have to find out instead of looking at the colored category it's in.

App is now unusable. Can't get in without text or call to confirm identity. The old app was fine. Nobody was reporting security related issues with it. This new app has only made banking that much more difficult for people who just need to quickly double-check their balance in the store before heading to checkout. Looks like I'm going back to the website.

I can't even get the app to open. I've tried several times since the the "upgrade" snd every time I get: "Alert! To safeguard your data, this application does not support debugging." There's nothing to push. No X, no OK. All I can do is go to my phone menu to close it.

I must agree with most of the low rating reviewers. The login page didn't allow auto fill of password by Google Password Manager, so I had to go to PW Manager manually and retrieve the password each time I logged in. The login page data fields don't allow me to cut and paste, so I had to manually type in my password! The overall presentation of the pages is harder to read because of the very thin-lined typeface used. I think logging into the website thru a regular web browser will be easier.

horrible update cant get into the app half the time. Direct deposit now shows up 12 hours later. I can link plaid to my accounts, just horrible lets get this fixed or it will be time for a new bank

I can't log in after your update. I'm sick and tired of all the problems with dealing with a 2nd rate bank. I'm closing my account and moving to a REAL bank.

Old app was better this one looks more like the web browser bring back the old layout should've fixed bugs not replace this is taking many steps back forcing people to use basically browser in an app that's not good at all please bring back the old interface it was simply better, now Fri sep 2025 the app still looks like its just grabbing a incomplete version of the website it's extremely clunky and slow either bring back the old UI or fix the current one

Can we just make it illegal for apps to block password managers? The stats were in decades ago, preventing them is less secure for users. Stop blocking my password manager

I love this credit union. All the people have been super nice to work with, and they do what they can to fix any issues with the app or with my banking. The app is simple to use for every day and simple to read. The app is secure and easy to update. I recommend Hughes every time I talk to someone. Really a great Credit Union and great people.

This mandatory upgrade is horrible!! You really missed the mark here guys. The point of a user interface is SIMPLICITY not COMPLEXITY! I primarily use BillPay and it took an hour to process 3 payments. So easy to process payments to the wrong biller, no way to confirm scheduled payments, among many other things! What a disaster. So disappointed!
