app has so much latency. when using your current location it'll give you options hundreds of miles away

Absolutely horrible half the time the app will not let me put in the info that i need to. It effects my sales and i avoid as much as possible.

Waste of time bidding!! Same house being put on auction for the 4th time!! Edit** I sent an email about questions they never replied! Auction seem rigged still.

People are commenting saying they are having issues with people on the email address not replying, and your advice is to email the people who aren't replying. Instead of having a bit, use someone who can actually respond to these bad reviews. I feel sorry for everyone who was baited into this app.

I waited 5 days for a bid I won..😅.at 126,000 all of a sudden........no. more communication so I called costumer care they said that I had been out bidden sooo....I said when and why weren't me or my agent notified they basically said it was none of my business what the bidding price was...lol..so I waited 5 days stopped all my business called contractors took a day off work only to never to be notified or emailed or texted that had won or lost wasted money time and respect of the people 👎👎

After the last update the app loads much faster. Filters work correctly. Results are improved.

Search feature does not narrow listings well, loading time is long, filters are not accurate, and info/pics are not great.

Love this company! Bought my 1st investment rental property. They made it easier than I thought it would be! Took a risk, but they came thru with flying colors!! Anxious to work with them again & again!!

I found the app to be user friendly with a smooth interface. The dashboard is a nice touch that helps keep the information I need in one spot.

I paid $1500 to be able to bid on a property on NJ. It was 3 days before the auction ended and there were 5 bids. All of the sudden, the list disappeared. This company is not serious. Don't bid here, they will waste your time.

Good App. Other then that not sure If it can be called an Auction. I was the only bidder twice only for the house to be taken off market and placed on auction again at a lower price than what I offered. Why not place the selling price from day 1 so we don't waste our time ?

They want real money to show ya anything! They show ya just enough to tease ya then they want your credit card info to see the rest of it! Your better off looking on Zillow, and a few of the other homes for sale apps out there! And these people want money off your credit/Debit card to see any of the info that comes with anything ya see that ya like!!

Very bad system. Gives the banks power to lock you in by charging your credit card.( They hold a charge to know your serious, yeah right). So if you are the winning bid you are locked in. Basically that is all it says that you need to satisfy your moneyin a certain amount of time and if you do not then you violate the agreement and they charge your card and take $2,500. Therefore this sounds like a scam

Everytime you update a search it says it can't connect to internet. Half the time the searches have completely different listings in. Most listings are auction ended. I really wanted to use this app, but I can't!

You are bidding against the auctioneer or rep of same it appears .lol Fixed bidding it appears from screen shots. Prob if they get price they want will be okay. Beware. Bid with awareness. After posting this and reviewing previous postings....waste of time. Obviously I could be wrong. Watch the bidding process in last 15 min. Lol. Maybe I imaged what I saw. Bottom line glad I saw what I did before getting caught up in it. Feel bad for the last 336M bidder. No matter what response occurs.

I've been looking at several auctions/foreclosures locally. Kept seeing pop-up ads for Hubzu, claiming they have listings other Realtors may not. So, sure, it's worth a try. Downloaded the app, entered target location, claims there are NONE available?!?! I'm aware of & have saved 13 listings in my local area. This is obviously false advertisement on a company's credentials & abilities. Complete waste of my time.
