I was sooo excited for this app. I only have the wifi audio monitor but that's all we need. Let me start with the good. I can open this app at the gym next door. 12 towns over and as long as its plugged in I can hear what is going on... that is in between static and constantly cutting in and out. I've tried everything even it's own wifi.. The good doesn't outweigh the bad on this one. oh and the audio just times out after awhile.. and it texts you when noise has been detected. Not good

My sisters both have the scale, and have both loved it! I bought one myself because they loved it so much! The scale itself is great! But... since getting mine, the app has stopped uploading the newest weights. I wasted two hours last week on the chat with people trying to let them figure out what was wrong. We are all having problems with the app. Highly recommend the product itself... but if you are counting on being able to track on your phone, it's a problem right now.

The app keeps timing out the audio function, it also says my dream machine is offline even though the blue led light is still showing on the machine. I have checked our WiFi speeds and that is not the issue so I can only assume the app is the issue. Very frustrating when the one function we bought the dream machine for (the audio monitoring) is not usable because of the app.

terrible. used for dream machine. connection and sync never works. it's tricky to turn on and once on cannot be turned off unless you unplug. sound quality to talk to baby is terrible. projector sticks and picture becomes static. it's also fairly noisy when rotating. night light doesn't offer much light to see from. have got the monitor too-just hope it works better and the app is more useful

Just took Dream Machine out of box. App setup is a nightmare. Taking an excessivly long time to connect to device, and when it does it says internet unavailable on this device. App is so basic and obviously buggy, extremely frustrating . Ready to return it. Way too annoying to set up for a first time parent!

Goes offline all the time now and also makes a high pitched sound that gives me a migraine. Plus they have been telling me that they are going to be putting out replacement filters for over three years now and still have not. They just gave up on doing udate to improve it also. So disappointed! I used to love this unit when I first got it, but hate it now Reply: this is a humidifier not a camera. Thats why I made the comment on the fact that there is still no filters being made after 3 years.

Awful Experience. I am rarely able to connect my humidifier to my device. The reason I purchased the humidifier was for the ability to turn on and off from my phone without going in my daughters room. When I do connect, it only stays connected a couple days. I tried connecting again tonight and after about 30x I gave up. Please fix this!

Trash. Installed once, it paired to my humidifier fine, wouldn't connect to wifi. Started over wouldn't even connect to the humidifier this time. Uninstalled the app, reinstalled it, now I can't even log in. The more I troubleshoot the worse it gets. Unsurprising that Motorola fairs far worse than other electronics companies. Garbage. Taking the whole humidifier back.

Annoying this is one of five different apps all basically named the same thing. App has minimal functionality, it's confusing to configure notifications, it's really just on/off in monitoring and notifications. Wants too many permissions as well (why does it need phone access?) Probably would have bought a different audio monitor if we'd known how bad the app is.

Not great. Has trouble connecting to the monitor half the time. Also randomly disconnects while using the audio and you have to reconnect through the app, which again works about 50%. It really shouldn't be this difficult. "Audio stream timed out" constantly. When it works, it works well. But that is rare

This is the worst of the worst, never works, only managed to get it to sync once, then never again, it also requested crazy amount of permission, why in the world would this app need access to my contacts? Worst app ever, the scale is always 5lb under the doc office scale but it works Update, developer did send an email, uninstall app, reinstall, take batteries out of scale etc. Start over, lose all data. One of these days if I have time I might try it. Will stick with 1 to zero stars. Don't buy

Horrible experience! Going to uninstall the app and find a way to use the humidifier alone. Flaws of the app: 1. Poor choice of error messages to let you know what you are doing wrong 2. Connecting the app to a device via WiFi should be fairly straightforward. My experience was anything but straightforward.

When I get to the 'updating firmware' part of setup, it tries for 3 minutes before telling me there is an error and to try again. This has happened every time I've tried to use this app in the past 36 hours. I can still use the baby monitor as a simple 2-way audio monitor, but I bought it for the additional white noise and music options that only come with the app. Disappointing.

Motorola did a really bad job with this app. They clearly outsourced it. You can tell from the awful English throughout ("...will be get effected"). They didn't even bother getting that right! Everything is non-intuitive and an effort. Simply turning off the incessant notifications is a chore. It took forever to connect to the device, but it finally did after about 20 tries. That's the only reason I give this a "2"'.

Updated 11/8/18 - You can't edit or change any data that's been added or new profiles that are created. It's now showing an empty profile with no data as my main one and there's no way delete it. My main child profile also has a bunch of data that's incorrect because it added both mine and my kid's weight together so my 1 year old is listed as being 90 some pounds but I can't get rid of it. Original review - I like the concept but I can't find directions anywhere out there so I have no idea how to do anything in the app. I've been using the baby and me scale the past couple months but can't find any of the previous data that's been recorded. I know it's all there somewhere I just can't find any way to get to it. It would be nice to look back and see how much our little one weighed when. It's not a very user friendly app.

Update: by far still the worst app support and design I've experienced. Some graphs display left to right and some right to left, pairing a new device it literally just instructs you to find the mac address, good luck if you're in an area with multiple devices. It requests a ton of permissions such as making a call, location etc, for what? abandoning the 'smart' functions of this scale and just using it as a plain scale now.

The audio does not work through the app. I get a playback error 9/10 times. It's unreliable. If i switch to another app or my screen turns off it will disconnect the audio feed and won't reconnect. Cannot get audio to play through the app. I would like to hear if my child is awake or not. The paired device does not reach very far. This app was supposed to be the solution, so I can do chores while she sleeps. That's why we purchased this model.
