Our newly designed Hubble Connected For Motorola Monitors app makes it easier to stay connected to your baby, home and pets wherever you are. Simply download the app to connect to your camera to instantly start monitoring what you may be missing at home. The app can live video stream, or why not set up instant alert notifications incase something happens.
Features:

Rarely stays connected to the camera. States "connection error" and randomly reconnects without me doing a thing. Meanwhile the actual monitor that came with the camera stays connected. Update: still doing the same thing, but also goes "offline" a lot. Trouble shooting for this was not helpful. I've reached out before and then suddenly communication randomly stops. This has nothing to do with my internet. I have another brand of camera in my home that has zero issue. UPDATE: still not contact

The app is okay -- once the device is paired, everything works fine. However, the connection is shotty. It takes a while to re-pair, it takes a long time to connect when turning it on again, and can often lose connection while streaming. I know we have a strong wifi connection, so it is definitely the device itself. Since our camera comes with a wireless monitor, this isn't too bad. But it can get annoying if relying on the phone alone.

*edited on 8/2019* I wish I could upload a picture with this review. the cameras are constantly "connecting" now according to our home screen in the app. I've turned my phone off and on, the cameras off and on, our wifi off and on....it makes not difference. I don't know if this is a Motorola issue or Hubble issue, but it's very inconvenient.* Works 50% of the time. Constantly says "offline" even though there's no connection problems. It would be an amazing monitor if it consistently worked.

App doesn't connect half of the time. I tried reinstalling and of course couldn't remember my log in. The app froze when I tried resetting my password. I also tried creating a new account, but it kept saying the verification number was invalid. I even tried copying and pasting it. This is very frustrating since it is for a baby monitor. Update: After finally being notified that the AWS system was down, the camera and app worked 3 weeks and now it is messed up again.

Not a good selection. Camera constantly disconnects no matter where we are in the house, even next to the camera. When it's working, it lives up to what the manufacturer specs call out for the product, but the key is "when" it works. Full wi-fi bars but you constantly get the "searching for device" and then you have to touch the "try again" button. What use is that if you are sleeping? You would never know there is an issue. We had to buy the owlet device as a backup since we dont trust Motorola

never works. the camera is paired but always says connecting or offline. monitor works great but this is absolutely useless if the stream never works. also paid for the upgraded version (Motorola baby monitor) so it's been a huge waste. if it actually worked, it probably be great. *update 7/13* after a rep contacted me this issue appears to be fixed (I did nothing, didnt repair, restart, etc) so fingers crossed it stays fixed. *update 7/16/* sleep data & event history still don't work/record/save

When I got this it ran flawless videos sound notifications and no glitches! I recommended it to everyone! it's about a year old and now... I am about to throw all 3 in the trash! not quite a year old and the last 2 updates... BITE! I really don't think it's the camera... I saw and felt the quality! The APP .... now there may lie the problem! customer support is usually good... gave you 3☆ won't next time if not resolved!

App itself is very buggy in how it communicates with the wifi camera devices. App has syntactical grammatical errors. It REALLY wants you to sign up for a free trial of cloud recording services but won't let you remove the bag/banner if you want to opt out. Haven't even tried using extra tracking features because the main camera settings are hit and miss. Online version of app uses flash--red flag. The monitor itself is fine; app and wifi IoT elements are just lacking polish (they don't work).

Spotty service. Luckily there is a handheld device to view from, but the app rarely works. It's a treat if it does, but really needs some work! Always says connecting...even after refreshing screen, restarting the app, restarting my phone, re-installing the app, sooooo frustrating!! The app works better and is clearer than the handheld but it doesn't work enough to be reliable.

The app is completely messed up, you go to move and pan one way and the screen enlarges it makes it impossible to go back small again. So you have to go back in and out again, and hope you hit the little button right in the middle of cuz if you don't it happens over again. I've spent more time opening and closing this app then a cheap generic Chinese one. And I'm sorry I don't believe a single person on this that says this app is good it's most likely Motorola telling their employees they give it a good review. As I said a cheap Chinese generic one that cost 30 bucks is better than this hundred and $160 one. And they also have more features to microphone two-way calling conversations and others features. This is the worst webcam I've ever seen never seen take one that long to load either. Also have home 8 and that loads within seconds like a snap of your fingers this thing a minute or two. one of the worst security camera systems available! there is no option to record video clips unless you subscribe to their service. there are other cameras out there that do let you record for free. (tend secure is my go to) the worst thing about this system is that if the power to the camera fails, you have to press a button on the camera while your phone is near to sync them. does anyone else see a problem with this?! if the power goes out while you're on vacation, forget about capturing video

(Update: Disabling 5Ghz WiFi in router improved speed and connection issues. Still not great but useable now.) Very slow app. I've tried disabling all the extra features in order to improve performance. I can't find a way to disable the activity graph though. I just upgraded to an S21 Plus and have high speed internet and it still takes too long to open the app and access the live feed. Which is the only feature I care about.

It's great...when you can connect. The App is installed on my Samsung Galaxy S9. When I try to connect it just says 'Please wait! Connecting'. It says that and never connects. My Son's Dad has an iPhone (older model) and installed the same Hubble App and connects with no problem. The WiFi signal strength is great. Not sure why I can't connect on my Galaxy S9.

Used to be good. Not it's pretty terrible. You've added so many premium features that don't really work, this cause the app to crash. The app locks up on the home screen to where you can't do anything with your phone. Have to restart mine to fix it. Web view is also terrible. It won't stay loaded for more then 5 minutes at a time. With every update, this app get worse and worse. It to the point, I'm about to sell a $150 camera and fining something new.

I've had trouble since day one with this app, picture in picture never works, paying $9.99 a month for service and getting sleep diaries that don't show just the night even if you schedule it to do so ( it will go from 12am- 11:59pm) and then it will show nothing of importance generally us putting the baby down or getting her up. I also have issues with it recording " motion " when there's absolutely NOTHING in the room. App works better after getting help

Update: now can't connect at all! Update: Still one of the worse products I've used. Can not rely on it even after several software updates. Update: interface improved, but the service is now worse. Now the Camera is always showing as "Offline" and the motion notifications don't work. This product should be pulled from the shelves. Disconnects from camera often, needs a modern interface design upgrade & the hardware that goes with the product doesn't have a long lasting battery and is faulty.

Purchased this monitor due to streaming capabilities. While we have had it a few years, it now requires an additional $10 to stream the camera feed. While $10 isn't much, it's the principle. I purchased this monitor exclusively for this feature. Imagine your fridge requiring an extra charge in a few years if you want your ice machine to continue working... Never again will I purchase something from this company.

Terrible response when using the pan function. Doesn't go the direction you ask it to. Available settings are very basic without a ton of options. Cameras/app are slow to respond to zoom also and motion detection is very delayed and doesn't record for long enough duration. Absolutely the worst camera app I've ever used in Soo many ways.

I'm done using this service. It randomly turns itself off and when it's on it doesn't remember my settings and the app glitches too much. This app often resets the motion and sound detection to off, and I don't get notified when something is wrong. Even when I change it to on, it still does not consistently register motion. I've been using it because it was given to me for free, but I am going to switch to a different provider because this doesn't function properly.

Works with some disconnections. The wifi tends to disconnect but when is connected, the image looks great and it has a wide range so a close up is possible. I don't think the speaker works though via the app. Overall I had mine for over 7 years and the app and camera still works. You go need a SD card to expand the capacity to storage.
