Do not use this app. They are thiefs. They do not explain everything clearly and withhold information at critical stages. Internal funds transfer is a ruse. Further to this I tried to close my account and customer support is basically ignoring me. There is definitely something fishy with this app. Don't use this app. There are better ones for crypro trading

The verification process is not working. After successful submission, it still says that try different documents while other top exchanges don't disappoint their users like you guys do!

Since I downloaded this app it's been from one glitch to another. After buying tokens accessing the app is a problem. It will continue telling u fingerprint not recognized even after updating.

Takes almost a whole day to login to my account, been having this issue for weeks now, so how do you expect me to trade with such app, when it difficult to login. Aside that every other feature was working well before this login issue started. Please fix it

Very bad experience in address verification. They do not accept a scan of a government issued population register extract (exists only on paper) and they do not accept bank statements (even though they say they will). Spent hours with one support person after another without any resolution.

I hate the facts that I have to put in my fingerprint every time just to login for me to login into my account have to put my fingerprint like 10 times even more than 10 times I hate it and you guys should better fix it

I can't take my account to level 3 because when I try to make the proof of live, an error message comes up saying "Fail to copy algorithm model". So I can't use the withdraw feature, because it depends on the L3.

Really tooo slow for an exchange Hi, its speed is toooooooooooooo low for an exchange, high load processes and u can't do anything!!!! Like me will get liquided. Dont try this exchange or if you're using it,uninstall it quickly!!!

This app is very frustrating. Very slow app. Always showing "network not connected" even for login. Verification is taking forever to complete. God forbide. I don't encourage anyone to use this app.

This app is becoming annoying. Buying assets here is too expensive. One cannot convert $1 small balance to an asset. I just downloaded loaded the current version, and I can not even convert a small balance to assets, not even their native token. My funds is just wasting in the wallet

I am just starting out. I looked through the app and it was functional. You can't convert currency with the transfer but I think you can convert currency with the trade. You can buy currency in the app or from another crypto exchange. I hope we go far together my friend. Friends for a long time over the internet at least mate.

RE-REVIEW UPDATE: There are so many P2P merchants that extort customers and apparently your exchange supports them because there's no report button with an active response when one tries to contact customer support. Also, because you don't agree with the seller's terms of trade, they'll not cancel the trade but punish us by letting the ridulously long time (180 minutes) run down and making it impossible to trade with anyone elso. I'm increasingly getting frustrated with HTX, damn. I wish there

Terrible slow app. Can't send any file in chat, it says I don't have connection, can't choose pdf file. No transfer info in history. Worse app among many crypto

Poor app. can't link my phone number and getting (Risk Error) when trying. Tried different phone number but to no avail. Customer service is no help at all, Only advised me to try in a later time. Its been days and still doesnt work. Do not put in some funds until u are able to complete verification Level 4 and linked ur phone number because otherwise, you will not be able to do P2P using Gcash etc. ( If you are from Philippines)

I'm having bad experiences, I can't login to my app, keep saying server error, try again later, this has been happening for days now, I updated it but no way, I uninstalled and downloaded new one still no way. It's not funny 😞

This is very frustrating, I bought some coins and now that the coins have risen I can't be able to access my account. The App is not opening and data connection is ok and very strong. Your website too is not opening always server error. This is not good at all please try and recrify this fault before we start to think that we will be scammed

I download the app created account bought some different quantity of coins and after few days it no longer opens I uninstall the app and downloaded again since then the error message I'm getting is network error ,but every other app is working on my phone my internet is very ok. Please kindly look into this if it's a general problem.

I am giving 5stars because I love HTX and everything about it. The only challenge is that I always find it difficult to login. Please you need to work on the app so that it can be compatible with those that have 3G , and 4G network. I believe in your country you make use of 5G network of which some other countries doesn't have 5G. So when network is not so strong we find it difficult to log in. To make sure your services is limited to your country alone, please make it lite for others. Thanks

I have been using this app easily for a long time now, but since three days ago, I have been having issues trying to login. At first, it was the P2P (fiat) that fails to load properly, then I updated the app now I can't even login at all to complete a pending order on P2P, which I have been paid for. Now it feels like I have defrauded my buyer.
