I've had three orders cancelled as soon as you order them , the only reason I can even figure is for trying to use coupon codes. I guess HSN Has individual sellers, who don't want to offer the site discount is all I can figure bc it's happened three times. Order from Fingerhut or QVC instead, don't waste your time with this site. You can't get any orders fulfilled anyway so what the point 💁🏻‍♀️?!

The app will not let you use a VPN. It's also buggy and won't open easily. It keeps closing as soon as I try to open it.

Unable to find the coupon that was offered in my text for a 'surprise' coupon if click link. I don't receive coupons anymore to apply to phone in orders...only these that must be used on the app, but can't locate. 2nd time to get one and try. No go.

I've been using this app for years. Now, I log in, and it looks like it's working. Then it kicks me back to the log-in page! It's been like this for a week. If it doesn't work, then uninstall follows. Disappointing.

I'm trying to buy quite a few sandals as I recently bought all new summer clothes because I've lost 60 lbs. I wanted sandals to match with my new outfits. I get an error message that says " Unfortunately, there is an error attempting to add this item to your bag. Please try again. " So is the item out of stock or what?. Guess I'll just go back to QVC and order from them. Sorry, HSN I truly wanted to order from y'all.🥲

App REQUIRES DARK MODE to use. And I cannot use website either with my Chrome darkening extension- the search results are blacked out--but pages for individual items are visible & work fine, but not very usable that way, please offer dark modeon both shopping options & make it functional with the chrome browser dark ext. I like your exchange policy with shipping out replacements right away. And you need a way to text message directly with customer service as an ADA AAC accommodation. Thxs.

I HATE having to sign in every single time I want to view my orders. And they dont do fingerprint or other sign in either, so it's especially frustrating. The app is generally clunky and not very user-friendly. All the same goes for the desktop website too, but that's not the focus of this post. Apps should be simpler to use, this one is not.

I love HSN but this app is extremely frustrating! It takes forever to load (when it actually does) and more often than not I will get an error message. I like to shop from the convenience of my phone but this app doesn't make it possible!!! Please address these issues HSN. I have the app for QVC and have zero issues so it's not my device.

Cart page fails to load on every attempt; shows eternal 'circle of death' and that's it... nothing more. It's not life-or-death, but crazy that no purchases can actually be made using the HSN Android app. Have uninstalled, reinstalled & updated now and then to no avail. No improvement. Very frustrating. Why hasn't HSN addressed this issue?

Until last several days was a good app. Now it won't open unless I uninstall and reinstall, but then the next time I try to use it I get the same message that it can't be opened. Shouldn't have to uninstall and reinstall everytime I want to use HSN's app. My friend has the same problem. I've been using this app for years with no issues. They need to fix this bug or they are probably going to see a dip in sales...

This app is so glitchy, once I get my items returned I am uninstalling it and never using it again! I have been trying to sign in because I have items to return and it keeps telling me "ACCESS DENIED", that I don't have permission to access the server. It is so frustrating! I hope someone can get this fixed so I can get into my account. Going back to QVC where everything is simple and easy.

Please make the app easier to navigate. It needs a complete fresh new look and easier search, view, purchase selection. I completely hate the YouTube "watch live" why can it just automatically play on top of the app? Then you select " items recent aired" and what you get a list of what you have sold the most all week. Not actually the lastest presented items. I just totally dislike the app functionality.

This review is for the app not the products, customer service, returns, cost etc. This app is as good if not better than watching it or pulling it up the website. I do all my shopping on the application without any issues such as crashing. I just wish my 93 yr old grandmother could use a smart phone or even a computer as she has been shopping with HSN & QVC since their beginning. She would be so excited to be able to see all that is on sale or she missed. She can work the remote.

HSN app itself: installed it today, uninstalled it twice; as when doing a search or browsing, all the items are blown up on my phone so largely. My eyesight is decent until looking at the results, I need to hold my device 10 feet away so the words are not zoomed in my face. All my other apps are fine, my device settings are fine, I cleared the cache, it's the HSN app. Won't reinstall until it's fixed. Great for someone with poor eyesight that needs zoomed in 200%, I don't. Can't zoom it out.

I really like this because you don't have to sit through the long descriptions, demonstrations and ads for other products. That's why I like it, because you can see how the product works, look at descriptions and see other products that are related or coming up next. One downfall is that by not watching it on live tv, sometimes the quantity of the item has depleted before you can get to the checkout. Oh, and sometimes the checkout is frustrating.

This app needs some improvements ASAP! I've tried uninstalling it and it doesn't fix the problems. When you choose a category and a sub-category, when you click on an item and then click the back button, it takes me back to the home screen! I have to select the categories all over again! Same thing if I sort the items, when you click on an item and try to go back to the sorted list, it takes you back to the home screen all over again! Makes me switch to the other home shopping network!
