Stupid app doesn't work at all, and it keeps changing the language on the terms and conditions. Won't let me create an account and it won't let me use the info I have from the website. Complete trash

Interfas no amigable, carece de opciones, no muy intuitiva, no se reflejan las transacciones al momento, deja mucho que desear en pleno 2021 Awfull interface, not very intuitive, lack of options and most important transactions do not appear immediately, i do not like nor recomend it at all

The app it's trash, screen captures blocked, SPEI tracking not available, what are they hiding? Fingerprint ID never works, transfers available after the account is saved: HSBC accounts 1 hour, other banks accounts 4 hours and international accounts 8 hours, recharge cellphone plans removed, it's slow. It's a useless app same as the contact numbers they have they're disabled until the next business day, not able to report a stolen card or any information, the IVR and the Robot chat are same!!!!!

really like the app it's a great option to mange your account, I just feel that for better rating the app could try and reflect operations a bit sooner, sometimes it takes up to 5 days to show a purchase I had made using my card. Add an easier option to pay credit from the app

Thus app it's useless only let's you check your your balance and movements,HSBC should invest more time in customers needs. For example it won't let me transfer money it says token its activated on a different device when I only have one device,the one where I activated the token, gives me the message to access the previous device to generate a code/token, IF i dont have another device useless apps. HSBC SHOULD ACTUALLY LISTEN TO OUR FEEDBACK AND FIX IT,INSTEAD OF SENDING US TO FIX OUR PROBLEM.

This bank is one of the most unprofessional banks ive dealt with in mexico, and for many reasons. I can never get assistance online, I've had 2 pending Uber holds on my account that were suppose to be released weeks ago and you refuse to release those funds for over 1000 pesos, even tho Uber clarified to me that it was just a hold,not charges. I have an unrecognized charge from uber from yesterday, i didn't use there services so that's odd and worst,i wasn't even notified.they just took it. Sad

It keeps asking me to enable my location, even after allowing the application access to it when in use. It does not feel safe and I don't get why you need an app to activate your token even after going to the bank to activate it. Now my screen keeps flickering. Pésima aplicación y banco.

The app has a bug, you only can view 8 characters in the textbox to write your password, but you can tap more than that. That's confuse, because you can think that you only can write 8 characters, if you have a password with more characters...

8/6/2021 Keeps telling me no connection available and to try another time. In a week after daily trying I can say it went through ONCE. TRASH APP my husband has Bancomer and I envy him. Bancomer is so much better and practical. If it weren't for my Job I would not have this App. 01/30/2023 the app is crashing and saying I don't have the location activated when I obviously do! This app sucks, i just have it because of my job.

This is an awful and downgraded version app, it doesn't have the same option to pay my personal credits. This supposed to be more convenient for loyal customers, app sucks so going to the branches. I'm not recommending this bank to anyone It looks like a fake app App fails all the time

I've been trying to get my online banking set up but it's damn near imposible, even after calling customer service, they say they got it set up and that it should work but it doesn't, I need to close this account and open up a new one with a different bank because this one is useless. Es una basura, tanto la aplicación como la banca en línea igual que el servicio al cliente, es increíble que despues de varios meses y cientos de intentos es impposible acceder a la banca en linea.

Thank so much for this latest update. I can finnally see pending charges on the app, but they are still not itemized or displayed separatelly. It also was a pain to get a tranfer without having a beneficiary updated. Now I can have those express deposits on the app. It still has things to improve; like getting your token back easyer instead of deactivating it completely. But it's a good step forwards and I like it. Please display itemized pending charges.

Terrible app, terrible service at retailer, not user friendly whatsoever, not even the workers have the proper tools to "assist" their clients, never use this bank.

It crashes on open since Last Update (device: S23 ultrra). I don't know who pushes this kind of app into production.

It stopped working for no reason, it says that i have to give access to location and data, it HAS ACCES, it just stopped working overnight. No matter what i do, it will not work.
