First time user untuk hair cut di saat pandemic begini terbantu banget, sangat puas dengan hasilnya, really pro dan setelah selesai langsung di bersihkan juga. Thank you uki yang friendly, my mom n my boy look great now !!!

Pertama kali pakai apps ini utk cobain massages, very interactive, mulai dr booking sampai selesai dan payment pun smooth.. no hustle at all...

Admin is fast response when you need to ask about Houzcall, friendly, on time and nice treatment from the therapist but a little problem with payment maybe the application.

Your latest update has a bug in it. I can't open the bookings tab, it kept on closing.

Therapyst doesnt bring what Houzcal offered.no aromatherapy, no music and oil smell so bad.upsate to gave them 5 stars with silly service.. repeated booking with same person which first was ok but 2nd time was worse. booked 2.5hours but she count since entering the house and preparation instead of starting for doing massage hence i lost 1 hour for her preparation only.

It's great if you can add 1 more step before confirm the booking: letting customer know which therapist we got. Sometimes we want to try other therapists. Not because the previous is not good.

Very helpful to answer daily life pegelness. Delivered with a good standard of service quality. Would be great if the app also provide chat platform to make the communication easier for both parties (user and the therapist).

The services and therapist are great. But it would be even more better if the therapist could receive 100% of tip that are given via the app. update: Thanks for the reply and for being so helpful 🙄 What's the point of using digital payment and then give tip in cash?? What do you think the reason why did users use digital payment in the first place huh

Your latest update has a bug in it. After I installed and entered the sms code, it was loading forever, freezed, and showed message "you didn't have internet connection...." Which is not true cause my internet connection works just fine (tried home wifi & mobile provider). Plus the app didn't resend any sms code after my 1st registration attempt failed. Please fix this? (Am using Android O/S)

I live in a city in Sumatra, then saw an ad for this app on Instagram. I thought because the ads appeared in my Instagram feed, this application could be used in my area. I tried to install and try this application, and I was disappointed that there weren't any therapists/stylists in my area. Please change the ad preferences.
