I don't understand exactly what the app does. I can see the scheduled jobs but not how to confirm or cancel if needed.

Love my cleaning company that uses this app every week when they clean for us. I hate the actual app, though; it is useless!

The app UI and function is poor for payment of service. I get text with job info but then download, setup, and payment experience is POOR. Abandoned and paid with mainstream pay app.

No longer works on Galaxy S22 plus. You try to log in and it automatically closes. The developers need to get their act together and fix this

Very experienced and knowledgeable about appliance repair. Very reliable and courteous and always let you know what needs repairing. I would recommend and have used their services several times.

0 stars. My poor provider uses this app to get paid and it doesn't work, keeps crashing on Android. What a disaster. Codified should be "mortified" with their inept app coding and give their clients refunds.

If I could give zero stars I would. My cleaning company uses this but I can't even get it to open. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, and restarted my phone. Total garbage.

This app is not user friendly - it does not support the customer or help them cancel appointments/get rid of credit card information when the company does not pull though. The app is more in support of the companies than the customers.

App crashes as soon as I try to open it. Tried to contact the developer only to be told that I would have to call my HVAC provider for assistance because they have an account? Ridiculous. Guess I'll just call the contractor directly.

App no longer opens. It begins to ask for permissions, then crashes and won't open. Cleared cache, force quit, uninstalled and reinstalled, still crashes. New Pixel 7 Pro.

I've used this app for over a year. Worked great! But now it won't even open (Samsung Galaxy note 10). Still opens on my work iPhone Xr but very annoying to have to use my work phone. Contacted developer that uses a chat feature via email (weird). They don't seem to be aware of housecall app... only housecall pro app.

Honestly the worst app I've ever used. It's very clear that this company has devoted a lot of time and money building and marketing an excellent Pro app for the technicians providing service, but spent almost no time developing the client app. No features, nothing works as expected, no way to get support. It's as barebones as they can get away with. All the five star reviews are from Pro users who are rating the wrong app, or clients who think they are rating their technician's work.

Worthless. I used this app/service 5 years ago and it was great. Today, I had to download the app again, make sure it was the consumer app (not the pro). After completeing the registration the required my credit card, I was told they couldn't service my area. Now I can't delete my account and they have my CC info. Btw. Android app doesn't work at all. I had to register on apple.

This app is obnoxiously bad. The cleaning service for my vacation rental home uses it, or I would have found better long ago. I have multiple cleanings per week, but somehow there's no iCal support. The email notifications are sporadic, at best. The only way to see upcoming cleanings is in this terrible app. But, for some reason it still shows dozens of jobs from as far back as 2018, so I have to scroll forever to find current jobs. I am convincing my Pro to move to a better service. Awful
