I LOVE THE CONCEPT. But there is a lot of improvement and updates needed, update the graphics, add more mini games, add more events like fires, flood, broken sewer, trash, etc. There should be a way to have supermarket nearby, etc. Please!

It's a good game. Good graphics and cute characters. The only problem is, it gets boring even tho. you still need to unlock all the shops. There's no side games that you can play while you're waiting for the workers to finished the construction. I mean it's a good game but it tends to be boring because you'll open it and play and do the same thing, play open then close. Nothings new. 🙄

I played this game for the first time with my Samsung Galaxy Young in 2013. So much nostalgia. The music just ... I can't describe the feeling. It's more than ten years, but i still remember the sound. But to be honest, i was playing this with a cheating app. Get unlimited coin, even make the upgrade time faster.

Please update this game. It's actually really fun but a lot of the stuff have been the same with no changes or improvement since I played this game when I was 16. I'm 21 now, and there's nothing new and exciting that enables players to keep playing. This game has so much potential and it's sad to see it abandoned just like that. I hope you consider listening to the reviews and feedback.

I'm already at level 25 and I'm happy with my progress but an ad popped up and it doesn't close when I try to close it.The screen turned black and when I enter the game.I've lost my progress and now I'm starting again.I'm annoyed.All the times I spent playing this wasted just like that.The progress is just gone. This is my favorite game.It said that it can save progress where it left off but how to get it back.

A nice game recommended by my friend, since then I've been playing everyday to collect coins and upgrade my hotel facilities. However, it'll get bored sometimes just watching those avatars walking here and there. I hope to see some major improvement and updates in this game, for example layout design function and once-in-a -while special events. I'm currently level 25, halfway till the MAX level, lvl 50. I will continue to play this game, hope this game will give me more surprises and enjoyment.

I have played this game before. It is quite fun and cute. I decided to download it again, but I am facing a glitch in the game where the letters got deteriorated. It gets annoying where I have to re run the game but seconds later, the glitch always happens. I don't know where the problem is. It is hard to guess what the characters are saying. Will you help me with this one? I can change my rating if the problem got resolved.

I've downloaded it twice!! But still, the same problem occur!! For example,in the avatar,i tried to choose the red hair colored girl. But boom!! It went to the other one beside the girl,and what i mean is that when i touch a place is touched an inch far like what the!! I can't even get through the toturial where she told me to explore other's hotel!! You need to fix this!!

I had played this game before, and i loved it. I tried redownloading this game again, and there's a bug in the game that will offset my touch for like a bit to the left. This is not hardware problem, as i tested it with other apps and it works fine. The only part that offset my touch is on the right side of the screen (landscape mode). I don't know why this is happening, but i hope i can get a quick fix on this

I love the game's graphic. Really runs smoothy and this game really releaves my stress after all the hard work. One thing is for sure that the construction time of eveny new building is quite of a dispointment. I wish there could be some special item to lessen the wait than just using diamonds as a 100% finish. Huhuhu. I come to think of staying up my screen but the wait is sometimes annoying.

I started playing this game a couple years ago and loved it very much. I never had any problems such as bugs, ads, and other interruptions since I always played this offline. It also doesn't eat up plenty of storage even tho I already had loads of buildings and floors. I just wanna suggest a better option of securing our accounts so that when we delete it and would decide to play again, whether in the same device or in another. We could continue the progress we left from the past game we had.

Hotel Story is...Possibly the most entertaining and time consuming (in a good way) Hotel game I've ever come across. There are just so many things to do, and so many different ways to do it. You'll never get bored of game, except of course when your waiting for upgrades to finish. Which high upgrades can take up to 11 hours. Yeah, I know. But that just keeps the game on your device for even longer. Online, you can view other players Hotels and tip one of their buildings.

I'm at level 4 and so far I'm hooked in the game. The design is simple but cute however, when i tried looking at top ranking players hotel i noticed one thing.Despite being able to upgrade to the highest level, rooms, amenities and other facilities still look the same. It looked more like a shelter than a hotel. Simple is good, but boring is a different thing. I suggest that every time it's upgraded, it should also upgrade visually.the game has potential if devs would take suggestions.

It's a very nice game.The gameplay, illustration, music, animation is good. Also, it works very well when offline (conversely, too many ads when play online).I think it would be better if there's daily rewards or other mini-games and other ways to obtain coins. But, Overall is good. I would like to see more updates from this game in the future!

This game is a treasure trove, BUT PLEASE UPDATE IT, It has been so long, no new content, if i had to critique it, tge early game is too slow tbh, and MOST of the decor need a revamp, like come on, easter eggs?? It dies not fit at all! I suggest you either revamp those (Make it look more compact and detailed rather than too simple that it just looks odd) OR replace it with decors that is associated with hotels (better foliage (PLS ADD MORE), Japanese or any other countries architecture style).

really enjoyed this game for the first 2 levels until I found out theres a money cap for each level which either forces you to expand the level and make it larger or add another level. And then all you're doing is the same thing on each level; figuring out where to put rooms and stores. In addition to that, after my most recent phone update (Samsung Galaxy S9+) all of the text is so blurred, I cant even read it. I have no idea how many coins I have, etc.

I wanted to like this app but it just degrades into monotony within 3 or 4 levels. This is the second install bc I had forgotten why I uninstalled but it became readily apparent. This sim game is a passively wait game until you collect enough money to buy the next building project and wait some more. Alot of the sim games are idle but this doesn't have entertaining graphics or enough speed in the game so it feels like watching paint dry.
