It was fun, but now that it's been updated it seems there are a lot more bugs. One big example being that the colors for most of the room decor are broken, especially the golden ones, wich appear either purple or blue. Please fix this bug! It would be greatly appreciated! 💕

Can someone tell the developers to fix the game? If you do a rift (or anything) and watch an ad then take long to exit, the game logs you out, you get no rewards and you can't do the ad again. Also the game has become so laggy, and everyone is invisible when you join a room. The new updates are getting worse, the game uneccessarily zooms to your character when you open the gesture pad. The new UI is bad. Every thing is so frustrating.

PARENTS. I DONT RECOMMEND this game is extremely fun and addicting. but they're obviously taking children for granted. it's literally impossible to afford anything unless you actually buy coins and diamonds for the game. and you literally have to pay for every single item if you want your character to actually look decent. and for a game like this, you'd think it wouldn't crash. but it crashes all the time and freezes on the loading screen.

It's been great until yesterday when all of a sudden it started glitching so badly. People started becoming invisible it's probably because of the skin tones. Also, it takes so long to load a room and a damn lootbox. I really hope you fix this as soon as possible before doing anything else. It's really ruining the game for me since I have to delete and reinstall everytime in hopes it'll work.

I have started to notice alot of bugs and glitches appear more and more the game is updated. When I spin the wheel for example, sometimes it wont stop spinning, it says theres an error, and I completely lose that spin. Another bug is when I try opening Loot Boxes, they wont open, and I have to close and open the app again, and sometimes loose that box. The login has issues too. It takes so long an error appears. My connection is perfectly fine. Hopefully they fix these issues.

I've been playing this game for prolly in total, 3 years, on and off. It's pretty fun, but there's a reason I play it on and off, it gets boring and repetitive very quickly, and if you don't find any interesting people to waste some time with, the game is basically pointless to play. I still like it a lot, VIP is cheap and it's one of the rare games that makes it possible to get currency WITHOUT spending money, so that's pretty neat! Personally don't like the new lobby renovation lol

Too many underage users. Not enough activities to do in game. I would suggest adding more mini-games to get coins. Clothing options are great. There aren't enough diverse facial options (only a few look good but a lot of them look similar)(a lot of the eyes look cockeyed, they really need to be fixed before they can be used). Art style is good. The room update is great. The microtransactions are a bit expensive for what you can get.

Great game! I really love it. I made a lot of friends and a lot of memories. But why I gave this app four stars and not five stars is because I lost many accounts and where not able to get them back. And I think this idea I have will really improve the game for everyone. So my idea is you should add a log in button so people who lost there accounts will be able to get them back and they don't just have to verify it because some people forget then lose there account. But anyway great game!

I have played this game for a very long time, and have seemed to always come back to the game in the end, I once stopped for 2 years and came back, but the game didn't really change, I often found myself just sitting around doing nothing, private rooms got old, people were constantly toxic, but the updates have always kept me interestesd, and this update is not an exception, this new map quest is good for keeping me busy! And this game has NEVER annoyed me with ads, honestly 5 stars.

I love this game so much! I have playrd it for a year now, but... I think you need to change something about this game, Which is the spins, loot boxes and tuns more. People want to get new things but they always end up with 1 or 2 starts. I prefer if you start maybe letting people that wants more three,and fours. The five starts are sort of complicated to get which is okay but maybe you can start adding the three and four stars to show up a bit more to the spins, and loot boxes, and tons more!

I really like this game a lot it's fun and is a great way to socialize with others from different places. But there are some issues that are super annoying when you open the app sometimes it won't even let you on it'll kick you off and that's super annoying and it's hard to even stay on the game for more than 10 minutes without the game kicking you out. Also when it does this if your on a rift or something you lose your progress. It'd be so much better if this issue was fixed.

Wish loyalty points can make a comeback eventually. The reason for the 3 stars is because the game is great for socializing, but honestly it gets boring just doing that. Add some arcade games with cooperation (that doesn't require friends, but anyone) that give out coins and other rare prizes, also make seasonal games that give out prizes as well. The biggest disappointment in this game is how empty it can get. I see the same people all the time. It really shows how dead the servers are.

There's a bug where typing in chat is normal, but after a few words (maybe five or so) the middle of my screen will stop functioning, making it difficult to type out certain words (ex.: any word containing the letter 'T'). It corrects itself after a while or if I close the app altogether but reappears again -- this happens every time I send a message. I had actually deleted the game for a few months when I noticed this happening; disappointed it's still here. Otherwise the game's fine.

Has me crash a lot. Sometimes it crashes every minute 1-5 minutes and other times it's not so bad and doesn't crash at all. But I'm so done with having it crash more often now. My phone is not old and is very new and high quality. It's not my phone. This is really my only complaint, everything else about the game is good. Fix the crashing and it'll be bumped to 5 star.

Overall is a great game with a kind community. It does lag and crash quite a bit, but it is easy to bear if it happens few times. Unfortunately my girlfriend cannot get into the game easy at all, and continously crashes and sometimes can't get in at all, but she does have a 6s iPhone, and we all know how Apple decreases the quality and power of older models as new are released. So, don't get this app if you have an iPhone below 7, but otherwise do! It has many adventures to unfold.

this is a game about meeting new friends and it does well! most people are friendly and more than willing to talk. I love the character and room customization, but that's where the issue is. I understand you guys need to make money but a lot of the items are way overpriced and it's hard to buy anything (especially limited time items) when you gotta spend a ton of time saving up for individual items. game is free but you might need to spend if you want to customize.

A very fun and easy to play game where the ads are tolerable and not obstructive, and the pay-to-play is minimal. The graphics are lovely and engaging, but the game is unstable both on wifi and data. It disconnects often and the ads frequently glitch out or refuse to load - luckily it's set up so players don't lose progress or items when this happens.

Great app, though I have an issue regarding the furniture. I am playing on an LG G5 (Android) and whenever I place furniture, certain sections of each piece become transparent. Basically, I have some sort of bug. This happened after one of the updates, and ever since then, I can't figure out why this is happening (by the way, please look into having the augmentarium available for Android users as well!) .

Really good! Everything's easy to pay for with in game currency, no money required, as there are ways to get more for free every day. But! A small pet peeve I have is that as a mobile user/Android user, not sure if this also applies to other devices, there is major lag even with good internet. Makes it really hard to enjoy the game, as it gets so bad that items aren't visible sometimes, and even sometimes my avatar isn't. Sort of buggy. That's all! Mostly inclusive and pleasant environment.

Game is a mess. 9/10 times when you watch an ad for a reward, the game crashes after the ad plays and you don't get the reward. Whenever you launch (or re-launch, after this crash happens) the game, you are bombarded with pop-ups for in-app purchases. When the game is working, it seems to be a social/chat based game, but as far as I can tell it is completely dead. The most populated public rooms have at most 3 people talking.
