For some weird reason I can't access my wishlist. It started around last year I thought I just like too much stuff so I started unliking stuff from my wishlist but that didn't help. All it says is. Error loading wishlist check Network and try again. I even tried deleting the app and re-downloading it and it still doesn't work. So I don't know what's wrong. But that's my only complained.

App is extremely glitchy. It randomly deletes items from both my cart and wishlist. When checking out, it opens the hot topic website within the app itself, making checkout very difficult. I abandoned the items in my cart because it kept telling me it couldn't ship two items outside the US, despite my address being a US address. All in all, the app is just not very functional. Would love to use it but it's way, way too glitchy to be worth using.

I love Hot Topic and I'm very excited about having 3 coupons to use on the app. Or I was, until it started setting one thing for delivery and one for pickup. I don't drive, I can't do pickup, and if the item is available for delivery like it says, why is it trying to make me do pickup? So if I want to use my coupons, I have to make 3 separate orders of one item each, and pay 3x the shipping. I'm seeing other reviews saying similar things too. Please fix this soon.

Not as bad as I expected, but still bad. Pretty much everything has bugs from the display of searched products, to category search, to checkout (of course.) Consistently displays items with all sizes out of stock in search results. I don't see any way to filter by in stock only. Not constantly bad, but almost unusable just often enough to be annoying. Most recent issue is adding items to and displaying wishlist. It just doesn't work. Unknown error messages. Refreshing doesnt help. The usual

My cart keeps getting emptied. It's super frustrating. I tend to throw things in the cart and decide later, so then it's difficult to find the stuff I wanted. Also there are a lot of designs that seem they're maybe just a print on a standard shirt and they take up a lot of space. Maybe there's a way to just say there's multiple colors to save scrolling through ten of the same? Just a suggestion.

There always seems to be an issue when trying to apply my promo codes with poor communication on how it works. Also, there is always a problem with my wishlist and some items I have interes in. Aside from the fact i waited half a year for a product that was canceled (almost 6 months later) due to it not being stocked. There are a few things that can be better as far as my experience goes. Still, I shop with them and about 85% of the time it's descent. They still have product I like.

The app is great and all but after I spend hours adding stuff to my wishlist, I can't view it. It says there's an error and I need to check my network. My network is fine thank you very much. 😤 This is super frustrating cause when I want to buy something I'd like to go to my wishlist instead of looking for something specific. Pleaseeeee fix this bug!!!

I LOVE Hot Topic, but tracking packages isn't the best & instead of saying an item is 'out of stock', it just disappears from the wish list. There was a time when a sale was going on & the price it showed was false, I ended up paying $20 than it was showing (I know there's shipping fees). The app needs some work as well. I do plan on buying more of course, there just needs to be some adjustments.

The app is extremely flawed and buggy. I've had issues with checking out multiple times, where it simply wouldn't allow me to place the order (everytime I would hit checkout, it would redirect back to the same previous page with no errors). The order statuses are vague and don't tell you a specific date for when they need to be picked up by, there is no option that I can find to extend in-store order pickup. Overall, very clunky and irritating. Never had a worse experience with a shopping app ;(

It's an okay app, except for right now my wishlist won't work. It's saying there's a loading error even though my wifi works perfectly fine. When I go to the website, my wishlist isn't updated with all the stuff I've added from the app. Really frustrating. Not to mention how they have the same shirt, just different colors, as entirely separate listings. It would be much more convenient and easier to navigate if all the color options were just on the same page.

Can't browse anything without having to slowly scroll through hundreds of the same t-shirts despite narrowing down search results. Instead of having 10 listings for the same shirt in 10 different colors cluttering up the search results, make it one listing with 10 color options. It's not that hard. If you tap on an item from search results and try to go back, it kicks you back to the front page of the app. Extremely slow response times when scrolling and tapping on items.

The app has so many buggs. When entering payment Info it deletes the last number. Takes a while be able to pay. Then it just get stuck on loading after trying to review. Can't get pass that. The website is equally as bug infested. Finally checked out and got a "your order could not be displayed" error. Just awful shopping experience from both forms. I deleted the app. I hope my order went through as limited items were left. I'm very annoyed. Awful experience. Also can't edit email to update.

I love Hot Topic but the app keeps getting worse!!! Every update to the app makes it worse!! The wish list doesn't work and now you cannot share a product with someone. I click on an item to add to my cart and it says product not available and gives a number with it. Even on items I can add to my cart on the main website. Very frustrating and hard to use to shop.

it sucks having to sign out, reset my password, then sign back in to be able to even pay for my stuff. then when i try to edit my method of payment for klarna or any other form of payment, it bugs out, marks items for pick up, says i have no balance so i cant pay, which forces me to do the same thing over again. i can get around it by paying the full amount on my bank card, but i usually try to do payments so i stress less about spending it all at once. app used to be good, now it's trash

This app has become just a glorified wishlist. Any time I try to place an order, it gets hung up when I get to payment. Cannot add a payment method and claims I have zero balance or just freezes. It splits the items up and half are marked for shipping and the other half for in-store pick-up despite not selecting ship to store. Real hassle to have to find things again on the site to actually place an order, what's the point of the app at all? Just saves me money I guess!

Locks your gift card. App times out during check out when applying a gift card, then it shows an empty balance. Trying to check out using any sort earned cash or rewards and some of them just mysteriously disappear on the last page. To delete anything in your cart, you have to go into edit mode, which gets annoying when it takes foreeeeeever to load. Really janky website and somehow worse app. BRB, have to email AGAIN about my gift card. Again.

Between the app and the website, I won't order through HT online. It took me an entire day to get a single order to go through. It doesn't update anything I do, even something as simple as their bs "extra points" thing. It's a load of junk. This was my first, and last, ever order. I just hope I actually get it because their expensive AF.

It's really not worth it to download. The minute you try to log in on a computer or something, it logs you out of the app and resets your password completely, then tells you it can't log you in because you've "exceeded the number of incorrect logins" and to try again later. Meanwhile they've very recently had a data breach that they did nothing about until after the fact. Making it harder for customers to use your service ain't it, boo.

I've been a rewards member for years; but the app now says since 2024, which is incorrect. I can't get the app to work AT ALL... I can't even leave a review on purchases I've made either. They need to fix this app asap! It doesn't even have my login saved, my bank card, or my wishlist saved anymore either. It's like it was all just deleted! The app freezes, and then you have to close out of it entirely. It's super annoying!

its very useful and quite helpful, but it keeps adding more and more items to your cart. i had 1 pair of shoes and 1 crossbody bag in my cart, I go to check out, and now I have 2 of each item? so I went back to fix it and it said there was only 1 item. I exited out of the app, went back in, and now I had 3 pairs of shoes and 2 bags 😂 I just used the web browser and paid for my items that way, but you should fix that small issue 😂😂
