its gotten worse than ever. when I finally do get logged into the game I spin once twice if am lucky to get two spins before am booted out of the game. I spend 15 minutes logging back into the game only for the exact thing to happen every time I log in. I haven't been able to play longer than one spin for over a week now. never had problems before please fix your app also same thing is happening on your other games. am ready to uninstall both games of yours get games that let me play

I really want to like this game but I find it frustrating that the algorithms of the RNG tables are skewed to losing. I understand that there is randomness in gambling, slot machines particular, but the way you lose in this game is spectacularly bad. If any of these slot machines were in Vegas or Alantic City no one would play them because you cannot win in any of the machines. It isn't a run of bad luck, it is poor programming. I also noticed the the devs don't care. Don't waste your time.

I really like your games, bought a few thousand a couple times, all gone. I see some cool improvement but lately buying 500k coins lasted about 10 minutes. Maybe try back later. Well I bought again, money gone in no time. No return and was really disappointed. Update 1/18....spent 30 bucks, can't get much game play. Cool games, just cold slots. Ok update...winning like crazy and am happy when you introduce new games! I have to sleep but having too much fun

I like this game a lot.... I would like it a lot better, however, if it was easier to earn coins and more of them. On the other casino games that I have been playing for quite awhile(5+years) the level of difficulty to win an actual decent [game] profit is definitely a determining factor. Who wants to play a game that you're constantly have a balance of zero (after betting the lowest amount) and playing for only 5 minutes? Not I...., other that that, I quite like this game.

I love the game, but takes to long to level up. Thankfully, now I'm able to play the game I want so it doesn't matter, but it should really be easier to level up and the cost of coins should be better. Huuuge Casino Games price per coin ratio is amazing. For the price of what it costs to purchase $1+ billion on Hot Shot Casino-Vegas, on sale at $199, you get $19.8 billion on Huuuge, regular price. Adjust the coin amounts and the game would be almost perfect. Just saying.

I continue to have issues with purchasing coins. The app freezes and has to be force stopped and coins do not get credited. I have asked the developers to look into this with no resolution. It happened on two different phones and a tablet. I have to put in tickets to get the coins and wait at least a day before getting a response and having my coins credited. Please fix this!!!!!

I've played Hot Shots on & off since 2016. Every update takes more away, increases minimum bets,& REDUCES wins & Fun! More recently,(especially since I started buying coins,again!) the amount of time I'm able to play & win has tanked! It's tolerable-when I'm winning just enough to be able to keep playing, but that's no fun! Jackpots are VERY RARE! You'd think after buying a lot of coins, I'd get better play results. Missions hard to achieve. If you respond, please say more than a canned message.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! I have played most slot apps out there and as far as payouts, this has to be the worst. Actually, all SG slot apps are horrible. The graphics and gameplay are great but that doesn't make up for the low payout. I can do 1000 times better in a real casino. I have spent some money just to see if there is a benefit to doing so but it doesn't matter. The coins disappear faster than the flash. The 2 hour bonus is a joke and I have yet to see any benefit from the daily bonus.

The game is great. It's the only game that I've kept on my phone and not deleted. The graphics are good, the selection of slots are great too. It's just the lack of payout and long it takes to level up it seems almost impossible, and it aggregates me to the point of almost deleting it completely but other than that I love the game. That's why I changed my review to 4 instead of 5.

Like it but have a lot of problems with loading it. I've lost $50 used in the game then it wouldn't load it's a nightmare. So I'm out and it sucks ....Well much is improved.idk y but if it's not broke...... I will let u know how I make out. I managed to win one game this w/e. But for 3 days I couldn't get it to work. Thanks 4 your attention, made it less frustrating..

Love your games. Extremely entertaining slots.....but only get to enjoy for a brief 3 to 5 minutes before I run out of credits. Allow the consumer to test drive your product a little longer instead of forcing a purchase. Huge battery drain, max button is WAY to close to spin button. Uncool, since the more you bet the less you win. Be genial to those that just want to play your game without a price tag.

the level up is no good. you reduced our original levels when you do win the game is set up to make you lose until win amount is gone. when you are supposed to recieve a certain amount the game reduces your coins origanal amount. your stuck with the same games because the level up is almost impossible. when youre in a contest and your on a bonus even if you have a massive win it does not count that spin. i miss the wheel spin and it should be a super bonus after a certain amount of collecting.

This game is amazing. HOWEVER this game is designed to force you to pay to play. The bonus rounds are few and far between in game. It eats up your money and very slim rewards so it makes it extremly hard to play for free. Make daily bonuses much better to build up cash when you lose a lot. Most other casino games when you make in game purchases it also comes with VIP points or level up bonuses Etc. You should change it from free status to pay to play. It would cost a fortune to unlock everything

I just started playing, and so far the payouts are horrible!! You don't give out very many free coins or give them out often enough either!! It's not even worth the time to load the app if I can only play for less than a minute before losing all my coins!! I will try playing a couple more times to see if it gets better, but if this is the best you got then I will definately be deleting your app!!!

This is one of the best slot apps I've personally played. The bonus every 2 hours is fairly high compared to the other ones. I haven't deleted this one yet (always do because of never paying out). So that says something. it's usually get your hourly bonus and spin five times and not win one time and have to wait another hour or two. Just a repeated cycle. Hot shot has definitely kept me entertained and have hit some very big jackpots. Awesome. Just awesome.

I loved the graphics and most of the games but when you play days to build up points and you have over 200 thousand plus points and on that same day you left, you again went back in to play and find your points wiped out. This happened more than once along with some winning points that weren't added. I'm never downloading this app again!!!! Been there, done that!!!!

I originally gave 5 stars, because you got extra chips and I was new. I have downgraded it to 1 star. After you hit a certain level, the odds take a huge downturn and suddenly, you lose everything you gained as a newbie. I get that the point is to make money, but Vegas doesn't fix their odds, that's illegal. They have a specific rule in the gambling world, you post on the machine what the odds are and that is that. When your app gives tons of credits early, machines seem to be paying out consistently, then almost like a switch goes off, they stop paying at all. Why would o give money to a fixed machine that decides when I get to win, that's not a game of chance.

The actual slots are great! Very realistic with a good variety and fantastic graphics. The only downside is that there are so many pop-ups before you can start playing and no matter how low you turn your volume the intro music comes on FULL BLAST which is annoying, especially if you'd like to open the app discretely in a quiet place.

While the graphics are good, I'm not happy with the overall update. My friends list is gone, and with it the ability to gift and receive gifts from friends. Also gone is the ability to share big wins such as 'Mega, Epic, and Legendary' wins. Nothing pops up enabling you to share those type of wins to your page, and also not able to collect if a friend posts a win on their page. Also the "Live Chat' is no longer available in the games. I do understand that was a Facebook option, but it is missed greatly in the game as it allowed us to compare with others the changes or options in the game.
