We absolutely love the app. I'm happy my daughter is able to access age appropriate shows when she'd like without me having to worry about her stumbling onto something she shouldn't but im leaving 2 stars because customer service will not respond to us. We pay monthly for this app and all of the games have disappeared and no one will help us troubleshoot it. I've waited about a month thinking it was a bug they were working on or they would get back to me soon but its been silence

My 3 year old loves it. Seriously. We make food recipes she sees on here, and she knows her numbers and colors very well. It's been extremely helpful in helping her and the 7.99/mo is completely worth it! It's ONLY 7.99 and between the stories, videos, and games they could totally charge more. Great app. Amazing.

Decided to give this app a go during lock down to engage my 3year old with activities. This app has been worth every peny, his phonics are coming along great and even starting to trace letter/sounds. Huge variety of activities, the monthly usage report is a great touch as well! Overall I think this app is great and I am able use on multiple devices, by having log in details not tied to one device. Also support team really helpful when I has a tech problem (even though it was user error)!

I loved hopster, but every time I try to put it on my sons tablet or phone, it will not connect the purchased pieces. It says theres an error. So I cancel the subscription and try again but NOPE. It still doesnt work. Of course, there is never any help with hopsters support... really hope they figure out their issues because this was my childs favorite app..

Too much crashing issue and the content is less as per subscription charges. Also they gave mentioned that after there is a 7days free trial and if you cancel it before that then whole money would be refunded, which I not happening as there is no option coming to cancel only. Even I dropped emails as there is no reply. I want my refund

Poor customer service experience as have emailed numerous times about there now only being 4 books available in the app, with zero response. Very disappointed by the removal of the books; and the poor customer service. I have now received a response, some 4+ months later. This failed to address the issue I had raised. I do not recommend this app.

I don't get how this app doesn't have a higher rating. My daughter who is now 5 has been using it since before she was 2 and it's the app I'm most happy paying for. This works perfectly fine in our tablets, phones and smart TV's, somehow I can't play it with the virgin box because it asks for an extra subscription (virgin being greedy) but my daughter loves this app and I think it's a great learning resource, happy child, happy mum

Not a good app in my experience, I signed up for the free trial & it seemed good so I allowed it to run on & paid the years subscription. I have not been able to open it since. It just stays stuck on the loading screen. I've requested a refund & will unsubscribe, such a pity as it seemed like a nice app.

The app is OK, I think my daughter gets more out of it than I think she does as it's the app she uses the most out of about 15 others she has on her tablet. The books do not display properly on her tablet so she can only have them in 'read to me' mode. Luckily they display fine on my phone for when she wants me to read them to her. The shows are good and there are a load of new games which is good. My daughter particularly likes the way her art is displayed on the washing line on the main menu.

Regarding the content of the app, this is one of my daughter's favorite apps. We really love the variety of things to do in here. She listen to books, watch shows and play games and they keep the content new and fresh. One thing we especially love is that the shows they have available are often shows we haven't discovered before.It is unfortunate that this app doesn't have a higher rating. We do occasionally have issues with it freezing and we have to close and reload, but we experience that on a variety of apps on my daughter's tablet.

My 4 yo loves the app, but takes a bit of coaxing from us to get him to choose it since the shows and games aren't as stimulating as others out there. Content is good and the stories seem well thought out. Nice all the variety too where you can have some TV, games, or plant a tree all in one app:). Way better app than most for kids out there and even I enjoy sitting with my kid while they're on it. Would recommend. I've heard therearw glitches for some people, I haven't had any in a year.

Been charged 3 times this month for an app that is unusable. Three times i was charged for july!!!!!! Unplayable. Paying for something that wont load. My child loved this app. I thought there wasnt enough to it to be pay8ng for it... got updated and added new games... left app unplayable. App wont load, when it does, nothing within it loads. Waste of money

Looks like a good app but why do you need payment details for a free trial? I'd like to try the 7 day free trial without the hassle of giving my payment details, before deciding to subscribe or not. Feels problematic to me I.e. cancelling subscriptions is rarely straight forward. Also £4.99 seems a bit much per month for what appears to be a TV subscription, I'm now left wondering if the educational games are any good as I don't feel comfortable signing up without trialling the app first.

My 3.5year old loves this app. It's very educational with a variety of different games, videos and music and drawing features. It's helped her develop her number and letter recognition, problem solving skills and creativity. She loves showing me what's she's doing and what she has learnt. Much better than youtube videos and gives me some guilt free time to myself knowing she's learning and having fun. She also likes sharing the games with her friends and they love taking it in turns.

Terrible! Did the trial and cancelled because the app constantly shuts down... We haven't been able to watch anything... My little one was only able to play a couple games. I was very frustrated to see that a payment went through from my google account. It looked great but was extremly disappointed! I do want to update this to say that they were very helpful in rixing my experience, just sad it didnt work better. From a 1start to a 2...i'd give a 5 for service tho.

Wont load on the TV app on the firestick, PC, Amazon Tablet, Regular cellphone. Nothing. My son is autistic and spends all day trying to download this. If you guys cant fix the current app. Start over and shut down the ability to download. people love the app but it doesnt work anymore.

It is a great app with a ton of videos, games, music and other activities for my child. Loved it. I was a previous subscriber, but it seems impossible to renew my subscription now that my child is back into it again, because I keep only getting offered the free trial that I am no longer eligible for, instead of a straight subscription link, with the result that the transaction keeps getting declined. Oh well. Guess you don't want my money.

Won't load, and no way to exit from the loading screen, apart from locking the screen and loading another app from the lock screen. Tried on three different devices, same results. Perhaps a server is down somewhere, but the app ought to be able to respond to that gracefully.

I re-subscribed about 5 days ago and I just found out today that my son has not been able to play on his device this entire time. Even though it said it could be used on multiple devices. I downloaded on my phone, the app was signed in on his device and each time it says "oh no, your subscription isn't active". More than frustrated with this app as I have reached out to the help desk/email multiple times and have not once had success in solving any issues.

I pay for this app monthly, and like the app itself. However, it only works about 40% of the time. It usually gets stuck on the loading screen and I've tried everything to remedy the problem on my end, with no luck. Given that my autistic child loves this app, this is rather problematic as it sets off meltdowns. I've been a long time customer, but I'm canceling and taking my business elsewhere. You should too.
