Unfortunately, customer service is the worst ever. I had a simple inquiry ten days ago and have not received a response yet. I do not recommend it.

Its good apps to make extra income, improve your driving skills and give service to the community under the Private Transportation. The apps need to improve more since they are new but overall still good and recommended. Comment Base on 7 years Driver Experience

bad customer support. if you talk to different customer support, everyone has different statements. today I have a experience of fee refund to customer without asking. on ride request, I took 407, and today they deducted 30 dollar fee from my account

HOPP is a very HUGE JOKE They refund money to customers from your money w/out your knowledge. You ask for an explanation, they begin to speak different kinds of English. Different replies from different knowledgeless agents Customer service is the most useless in this world. McDonald's is extremely busy, yet their customer service responds faster than hopp I messaged hopp, it took them 8 freaking days to respond & they didn't solve it, & they are quick to close the case without resolve! SHAME😡

This app is not good at all. It has serious payout issues—they keep asking for the same account details repeatedly, even after everything is verified. On top of that, their customer service is the worst. It took them three days to respond to a simple query, and even then, the issue wasn’t resolved. Very frustrating and unprofessional. I do not recommend this app.

Support is lacking, I sent a message on Tuesday and three days later no answer. I had to message a few times to get some help. after getting help, I just got a pre-written response and closed my ticket. Worse driving app I have not got a chance to use.

The information and colors that appear when accepting the trips are very confusing. Also, I couldn't see the remaining driving time. Also, customer service responds within 24 hours at the earliest. Other than that, everything is fine.

This is a fraud company. They steal money from confirmed fares. They will show the drivers a certain amount before the ride, but that includes the Bolts commission, HST, and also Tolls. Usually drivers get less than 50% of what is shown before the ride. Stay away from this app, although other rideshare apps are bad too, but this company is straight up fraud.

I applied to become a Hopp driver over two months ago, and my application is still pending. I’ve contacted customer support multiple times, but all I get is the same generic response: “Please be patient, it takes time.” There’s been no meaningful update, no timeline, and no clear communication. This is not how a professional platform should treat its applicants. Extremely disappointing experience.

it looks like a work in progress. it interacts poorly with navigation apps. it is important to make every process as seamless as possible that can be achieved with minimum tapping and also avoiding overcrowding of pages in such dynamic, fast-paced process of driving, picking up and dropping off in busy areas, where handheld device use is strictly enforced. it needs to have an in-built navigation app as UBER and LYFT did. it doesn't seem to be adapted to the environment of the local area either.

The customer service is nonexistent, the app is clunky and riddled with bugs. The only reason it's attracting customers is the fact that it's affordable, which will change after they're done with the promotion. Then you'll just be left with a clunky app and no customer service. Pump and dump ahh business? Or maybe a small team is trying to tackle something much too big for them. They gouge the driver's pay to give customers and investors a better experience, truly a cancerous app.
