The customer service is terrible. They clearly cannot figure out that there is A BUG in the app. I HAVE been able to use the app BEFORE to upload pictures. Now it's telling me that it's failing to upload everything and WILL NOT allow me to edit any of my photos. And NO I WILL NOT use the web browser. The point of an app is CONVENIENCE.

Best app! I have not posted to Instagram because I am blocked out from using other apps that were bad. I've been using this for FB and Linked In, and it's worked flawlessly. I did link my Instagram account with no real issue. If it tells you "wrong password", open Instagram and see if you received a notification about a strange login. Click "it was me", then go back and try again. I love the different scheduling options, and you can post to three different social media accounts for free.

It used to work fine, but that was it. I used it primarily to copy text from my posts to make it easier to edit, but it's photo sharing was so-so, and once they made it literally impossible to save your past post remarks to your clipboard, it lost me a little. The final nail in the coffin was how it never remembers my Instagram anymore, now it needs to "reconnect" every time. I have had to log into and verify on this "post managment" app more times in ONE DAY than I have to for IG in a year.

When starting your account you're prompted to connect your facebook or continue with "limited access". For those without facebook, clicking "continue with limited access" only takes you to a page listing the things you can't do... which is everything. You're only option is to exit the setup process or to go back and connect a facebook. Needing Facebook to use this app is annoying on its own but suggesting you could use it, limited or otherwise, and then not allowing you to use it at all is bull

Although Hootsuite shows that they offer a lot, but... I wish that the was more of a customized plan (pay for what you use) monthly membership. Many of the features are just "extra" and unnecessary or already free. Like the email feature, linking page, Canva design, grammarly. (Stop overcharging) Cons: -There hide their prices because they are so incredibly high -The app features are incredibly basic - need new developer (especially with their cost)

Update sucks, forgets position in stream. Scroll down a stream, click a media (picture) then exit. It ALWAYS goes back to the top of the first stream, then shifts to the top of the current stream and you have to find where you were again. This is maddeningly inefficient. Just do as listed above and it's VERY reproducible. As of 3/13, not fixed.

3/31/20 UPDT: We can now edit scheduled tweet!😃 * Great app! I would give it a 5 if I could edit a scheduled tweet inside the app. Unfortunately though, it does not allow edits. You'd have to delete the scheduled tweet and start over loosing the body (messaging) of the tweet and any attachment (pic, gif, video link, etc.). Also, you can not copy your message to paste into a new message so it all really impacts usability and convenience otherwise available in the app. Other than that I enjoy it!

It worker perfectly twice. Then it got sketchy & unreliable. It would post to Instagram but NOT to Facebook. It ultimately disconnected from Instagram and will NOT allow me to reconnect. Support wants me to jump through hoops and do all of the stuff I told them I had previously done BEFORE contacting them. I don't have time for this mess. App deleted.

This App does nothing at all but link account. It never even goes to a place to schedule post. I would love to be able to schedule post from my mobile. It literally has beginning page asking if you have an account already or if you want to sign up. Then it takes to another page with log in options. Lastly it places a bit between pages to log you in but ultimately throws you back to sign in page and never does anything. I dont understand!

This is an adequate product but it really just limps along. Clearly the developers have not put much effort into developing a useful package. For example, attempting to change time zones is nearly impossible. Adding a new post is cumbersome and time consuming. The phone app is slightly better. I'd not recommend anyone pay for the premium package until the free version works as advertised.

It is pretty useful. It would be great if I could schedule to share FB events and IG stories also. Also, I'm not a fan of the only option to really get any customer service is to go through email. It takes forever to get a response. Other than that, it gets the joh done and does make my life a lot easier rather than having to constantly worry about if I've posted something at specific times.

I was happy to pay $50/month. Suddenly they renewed at $100/month without notice and charged my card $1200. $100 is the lowest option and I only use this once or twice a week. Super overpriced and dishonest billing and payments. UPDATE- they have still not replied to my request to change to free account nor refunded. I had to fill out a request from my credit card company to resolve. User interface to manage billing is deceptive and impossible to navigate without googling each thing I wanted

Text selection for copy/cut wont work. Must schedule the post, open it again from schedule, then text selection is enabled. Autosuggest feature for twitter acct names is a nightmare. Just let us type freely, then provide a Verify option to select once we are done drafting a post. To circumvent these issues, I draft in another app, then paste into hootsuite. Meanwhile, last app update is crashing left & right. The usual quality I have gotten used to over the years as customer.

Love using the app but sense it's losing some of its features, especially integration with Instagram & Facebook. Now that many platforms offer their own internal scheduling, the capabilities of Hootsuite seem to be diminishing, one of the bigger ones for us being the loss of geo-tagging outside of Twitter, but even that's not very responsive. As a paid account, it's made me begin to look at other brands that may have more updates and better integration.

Used to love the app. Now I can't login. I have multiple social media profiles and it always defaults to the wrong one. I logout of all but the one I want to connect, but it just cycles back to the login screen. Never launches. I've uninstalled/reinstalled multiple times. I've restarted my device. The app is useless. It's been a problem for weeks. Considering canceling my subscription altogether. I can't always be at my desktop when I need to post. I need an app that will work.

Something always goes wrong with Instagram uploads. Today it was an accidental upload as direct instead of feed, and I couldnt change it. I tried to mark it as unsent, I tried to resend it from my computer, NOTHING WORKED. I could not get it to change to Feed. I finally gave up and uploaded to instgram thru dev mode on Chrome. It often takes several tries to get it to send to my phone too. The scheduler will not set to local time. It resets constantly. I'm done dealing with it. Uninstalling.

I've used Hootsuite for years. I don't see many issues in the desktop version but the App update is terrible! Issues ever since. Accounts were disconnected, it was a hassle getting them linked back in. Scheduled posts are getting errors. Now, I can't access my Dropbox any longer, which houses ALL of my photos, graphics and content I post to social media. I'm back to using my desktop version only and have deemed this app useless for me. I've uninstalled/reinstalled multiple times,no luck!

Latest update, as usual, makes things more complex. "Scheduled" and "Drafts" no longer next to each other. Comments from previous review still stand. WARNING! Update will result in losing search with filters such as links, language etc. According to help desk, the filters are no longer available. Hopefully, future updates will be less devastating to functionalty. Downgrading rating because of how much time i have to waste on searching for appropriate tweets.

Initially, I loved the app. We use the professional plan and it was easy to view the dashboard notifications to check all platforms in one spot. However, now the notifications do not work from the mobile platform. It says I am unconnected to the internet. I have tried on multiple wifi spots from several different areas. Even tried uninstalling and reinstalling. So disappointed.

I love the concept. But this App always has issues with editing. If you create and schedule a post, then decided you want to add/delete a picture or change the time you schedule it for, the app glitches and messes the whole thing up. It gives an error with no way around it saying your data can't be validated. It's very frustrating and makes the app almost unusable.
