For the most part i love the app . Few things i wish was there : 1.> The console currently doesn't show the name of the caller ,just shows ,"incoming call ". 2.> In the favourite places and contact section , the name of the place and the person is not showing in the console, just the count . 3.> when I minimize the menu from console by long pressing right key , the msg notification is not showing ,only the call notification is showing . These 3 are the major problems that needs fixing ,ASAP .

The server error has been resolved but one of my issues and now using it that I've noticed that could be really useful is that when you're navigating with the app it doesn't log into your personal Google Maps it goes on to Google Maps to search for an address but it doesn't link your Google account so that you're already pre saved destinations in Google aren't together

TBT useless. as little as that navigation screen is, it would be better to get a google map instead. I miss 99% of the turns with turn by turn system. Give us a mirror option instead and let us see the road. Message System is also clunky, i don't know who messages me on screen, if it's a whatsapp norification or message one. All we need is that small square to be the map and i'll edit this into 5 star review. (maybe also boost sales for newbies)

Most basic navigation system, it does not display the map, it gives indication, having a big display it's useless if you can't see a thing on that small right side of the app. It looks more like an app from 2010. Waited 2 years for the release just to be useless, CFMoto has better app and display

after complaining about the Bluetooth and the connection. the issue was fixed and i was very happy the last weeks. now since 26.08 the app doesn't sync my trips anymore. tried to reconnect and to delete the app but it didn't help. last trip was on 26.08 and no new trips anymore. whyyy? hope you can fix the issues soon! thanks

I like the idea behind the app but there is a battery drain that need to be resolved. High battery drain even when not connected to the bike. The only way you solve it now is to force stop the app. Also the app shouldn't drain so much battery with the phone screen off during riding. It'll completely discharge the phone after 6 hours of riding.

after Android 16 update, the navigation became unusable Honda reached out to me after giving them 1 star here with a quick fix untill the next update. The fix works. Still... Honda roadsync still isn't impressive -navigation is too slow when turns come in quick succession - weather info regularly doesn't load - the button control on the handlebar isn't userfriendly

l really appreciate the design and functionalities of the app. But i have 2 small problems with the app. 1. At least 2 or 3 times a month my bike can't recognise the app and won't connect automatically, i have to manually reset the bluetooth on the bike and reconnect. 2. The app only detects music if i play the music first on my phone and switch on my bike. if i switch on my bike and play music on my phone, the app can't recognise the music player. i tried with youtube music and Spotify.

This is after being informed by Honda that the server is up and running and the problem has been resolved as per their response below. After several attempts, I still cannot connect, tried a different phone, same issue. After so many countless attempts, uninstalling and re-installing. I can now conclude, this App is history. Never trust the Honda App again.

Please improve the application, with each update the application keeps getting worse. Whenever there are multiple routes available to any destination, the application keeps on switching between the routes. Also random misleading directions keep on popping during an ongoing route, which disappears after a few seconds, but it causes great hindrance and confusion when driving on an unknown route.

It does what it should do.Please bring the Map in the bike screen during navigation not only the arrows!!!It is much more safe..users usually holding cellphone, placing cellphone next by wothan extra foundation, or looking map arrow in their smartwatch! it is more safe to bring it in bikes screen and users will love it!!

I am facing an issue for quite a while now. Earlier this year around April - May, I needed to coonect this app only once when I turned on my bike. and while the app was open or in background, it connected automatically after turning off the bike and turning on. But now, I have to connect the bike with the app, each time manually. please fix this.

It is buggy software. Sometimes it starts automatically, other times not - this needs a phone reboot to fix. Trip recording has stopped and I can find no way of restarting it. Navigation Voice Guidance is switched on in settings but now it has stopped working. (maybe this is a Google setting but if so, why not say so in RoadSync). Hard to fathom why this app is so poor when my Honda motorbike is so totally awesome!

I have it working on my 2025 NC750x with my Sena Shoei intercom, and set up my first short trip and it worked well. For a minute! I needed to open the trunk and add my bag, and switched off the ignition to use the key. Roadsync lost the navigation details. Trying the voice recognition, it kept interrupting itself by reading out a WhatsApp message over and over again. When eventually programmed, it kept telling me to turn right on a straight road with no turnings, and the display showed left!

It used to run fine previously but from some time now, there is an issue with the navigation. After starting the navigation, it does not show the street names and distance in both the app and the bike console. Edit: The temporary fix is working as of now, thanks to the team for a quick response. Moving the rating to 4 from 1 until we get a permanent solution.

This app is bad even when it is working as designed. Zero information about media is displayed. There is no ability to skip backward in media controls. Media controls are limited to whatever media app is open when the application loads, so if you switch from one program to another, you are out of luck. You have to turn off the engine and reload. Navigation also shows no useful information. As of Android 15, the app requires users to go through the entire setup process on every engine start-up.

Unusable, unintelligible. Too fast and not clear. I cannot use it with the bike not running inside a garage. I cannot imagine trying to use it with the engine on and moving- or with earplugs, it is laughably bad, but I'm not laughing. I am frustrated. Utterly useless and pointless. It seems this is a common sentiment. When will it get fixed?
