Used to work okay, but now just continues to search and search not finding the school. Tried to chat with support and of course they try to tell you how it is something with you or your phone. Um, I had no problems getting tickets before, but now it doesn't work. Pretty sure the problem is on your end. Need to find another way to buy tickets. This app is no longer reliable!

This app is horrible and never works. It won't show my tickets or let me update my information.

This app is useless hot garbage. The interface is hard to use, the search function brings up events that are already over, and the search function is limited. It's like the app doesn't want people to go to these events.

Won't let me add my name or email in the "update profile" section. App is up to date and UNUSABLE.

Using this app really makes it easy to search for upcoming events, as well as buying tickets online without endless searching!

Your app is horrible, and causes parents to unintentionally buy tickets for events above and below the event desires. You need to work on the UI.

Couldn't be less clear. Family pass purchase has you put in guest name and email then purchasers info which isn't the same. Then the purchaser can't access the pass.

Sad that I pay 12 dollars to watch my grandson run a cross-country race on a Saturday morning. Download two apps that I will never use again. Upside might be that there will be a smaller crowd watching.

App is not sending the login code in a timely manner. Their website does generate the code (but it can only be used on the website) and then throws an error when trying to generate a PDF of a ticket. Ended up needing to take a photo of the QR code. Devs should be implementing monitoring so they know when the app breaks. Ask your schools to find a better replacement.

Posted a 1 star review a year ago. And a year later app is still awful. It made me log in twice, kicking me out in the middle of finding my event. I was finally able to select tickets, went to scan a new credit card and it kicked me out. Now the seats I want are in limbo and not selectable. Awful app. Wish my kids' school had a different option to buy tickets. Hometown is nothing but problems every time...

Can't find the tickets on the app but available on the website. When purchasing on the website, you don't immediately see your tickets. You have to validate your ticket purchase with a code. The problem is, when opening the tickets with email browser, you get sent a different code each time. I spent 15 minutes trying to validate my tickets. My tickets still don't show up on the app.

I didn't get an email that has my tickets. The app shows no purchases, no tickets and no messages. My bank account reflects the purchase of 30 dollars worth of tickets. (6 dollars of the purchase went to transaction fees. This app is the only way to purchase the tickets for all highschool athletics) The worst experience you can have. I would rate this even lower if I could. If you don't have to use this app I recommend not using it.

this app sucks. just hangs and hangs. very buggy. I won't be able to get into my highschool football game tonight. *Update - Our highschool had to let scores of people into the football game for free because very few people could get this app to work. So now they have changed the policy to allow cash ticket sales once again. Hallelujah! I won't have to use this app again.

Terrible, keep payment receipts, and PDF ticket/passes. App does not allow access to or display ticket/pass QR codes. App only allows the purchase of individual game tickets and not the pass bundles available on the website. App is designed to force multiple transactions, each with a "convenience fee," even though the Hometown fan website allows for ticket bundles at a cheaper price with only one transaction fee.

Our school requires tickets to be purchased through this app, and it's terrible for every game I try it on. It throws error codes as soon as I start typing anything into the search bar. On the rare occasion I can actually get the search to produce what I'm looking for, it crashes just as I'm finishing the purchase process. Takes literally dozens of attempts to get tickets, and then I have to screenshot them because they always fail to open at the gate.

This app is frustrating and needs to be fixed. 1) The app just opens up a browser and forwards you to their website to complete any transaction. What's the purpose of the app? 2) Payment with Google Pay is really buggy. I have to do everything twice before it accepts the transaction. The first time I enter my info, click Google Pay, select my card, and click continue. Then, their site completely refreshes the page, erases all of my contact info and payment option.

Just an awful experience. Ticket Spicket is the app we used to use, without any issues, but it was bought and merged with HomeTown Fan App. Purchasing tickets is so much harder now, if you can even find the event you are trying to attend. Season passes being lost after the app transition. And on, and on, and on ... I removed my payment account because I'm afraid that will become compromised as well. Just a masterclass in how to screw up a great app by selling it to a second rate team. 0 stars.

I have the app, and tried to get my season passes to show on the app. I couldn't even get it to let me update my profile to try and add my cell phone or email. Not even my name. So now I just have to save my email and try to find it everytime I need my passes. Same thing happened last year. Even tried uninstalling and downloading again. Disappointing.

Worst ticketing app I've ever used, and it's not even close. Every time we use it, it's like the company found another way to make the App worse. App can't stay logged in, and it logs the user out immediately after logging in. Can enter login credentials and payment, and then when I check my account it says I need to log in to see the tickets. But then the app goes back to not letting me log in. Company should refund every convenience fee they've ever charged.
