As a Realtor and Investor, I like that this app provides me with a lot of data about the home itself and the surrounding neighborhood. I've noticed the app has been actively updating and improving the experience every update.

Really miss homesnap...this app does almost nothing compared to homesnap. I can't see agent notes, even when I'm signed in as a realtor. There are no property boundaries noted. Everything seems cumbersome to navigate.

Terrible interface for Realtors. Consistently logs me out every time I open the app and have to always log in to see the agent notes. Bring back the lot lines features!

Terrible app. Always logs me out, doesn't give a full history of sales, doesn't show me agent remarks even when I'm sign in as an agent, and doesn't show cooperating commission. Also, severely outdated information in a market where we need up to the minute info.

Zillow continues to update with new listings faster than Homes, even though this is meant to be a direct link to our MLS. Likewise, the full listing history doesn't show up (including canceled and expired contracts). As an agent, this is super important.

It's ok, but doesn't do homework. Most of the listings in the area that I'm looking, do not have property addresses available.

So far the worst app I've ever used to find a new place to live. Constant "failed to send" messages and when I'm searching suddenly it says no homes are available in a city, regardless of price. Very irritating.

Why do I have to rotate my phone back and forth to get the full view of the picture? Portrait cuts off the sides and landscape cuts off the top/bottom. Please turn off the "fill screen" option for photos. We don't need a constant view of the # of ## for pictures, so that banner should go away so we can see the entire photo. Adding an option to select "no pool", types of fireplaces (wood/gas/pellet/electric), & types of financing (cash only, Veteran, USDA, FHA, etc.) would be phenomenal.

Can look at homes but not able to save them since that app won't allow me to login. Haven't been able to login in about 3 months!

EDITED 3/21/23: Now it doesn't work at all. I open it to a blank white screen. That's it. Useless. I've updated, uninstalled, reinstalled, still nothing. FIX IT This app, quite frankly, is garbage. Homesnap at least worked. This app doesn't even work after the latest update. At all. Why are we using this when homesnap worked at least fairly well.

update 5/17: still 1 star. As a realtor, I can no longer see financing options they'll take on listings. The login doesn't work, keeps showing the logo spinning, and therefore I don't see the display as a realtor and have to go through my MLS on web browser. I truly miss homesnap, and the feed. Map search doesn't work well.

I like the way the homes are listed, pics, etc. if you can get to them. This app takes forever to load each home, no matter what internet connection, browser, etc. Fix it and I'll give it 4 stars.

It would be nice if it would stop signing me out everytime it updates automatically because when I try to sign it, it gets stuck on a rotating wheel, does nothing for signing in and I end up having to uninstall it to reinstall it and fix. But when it DOES work, it's very helpful.

Bummed that this app took over Homesnap and now the property lines are not viewable. That feature on Homesnap was GOLD and I used it often - both while searching and actually visiting homes to see where the property ended as I walked around a yard. Will you be bringing it back? If it's there and I'm completely missing it, please let me know! I hope to be able to update this review with a higher rating if this top Homesnap feature is re-instated.

this app is a bit fidgety. but i figured it out. the listings don't have alot of information like some other apps. but if you're wanting new listings that aren't on other apps you may find them here. However when I try to put in my filters i cant put in a complete amount. also sometimes no results show up until i switch back and forth between older searched. app just crashed orange screen only

Maybe if you are a brand new realtor, this app might be ok, but if you were a HomeSnap user before homes bought it out, you definitely missed out. So many things are missing in this app, and I don't see how this is considered an upgrade. Missing lot lines, showing time scheduling, and the maps were more maneuverable than this one. I could easily come up with some accurate comps than this garbage. Bring back homesnap. Or just let the homesnap team take over and show you how's it done.

This app doesn't seem like a replacement or upgrade to Homesnap at all. My pro (or even basic agent focused) information doesn't come up in the app so I'm forced to use the Web version. You can't search for more than one location at a time. Also, you can't schedule tours with ShowingTime directly from the app. I'm hoping these things will be added.

While Homesnap had its issues, I don't think this app is an upgrade. I do like that you can circle a search area instead of requiring a specific city for a saved search (like Homesnap required). However, I miss the updates on favorites and newest listings that Homesnap showed on its home page. The feature I miss the most is the ability to scroll down in a saved home and see similar homes for sale nearby. This one only shows me similar, SOLD homes nearby. That isn't as useful to me as a buyer.

I'm really liking this app . The only thing I am not liking is that I cannot back out with the back button on my phone. It's a little inconvenient to push home then have to start over when my wife keeps sharing through text. The other apps I can back out of picture and back again to text to click the next listing she sent. It's like it's stuck..
