A versatile app for the HomeRun service. Seems quite straightforward. I have yet to use it for anything complex (other than reading and responding to messages).

User friendly and helpful content. I would like to see a price range for different services, even before asking for an offer. It would be useful to estimate from the start the budget needed.

Great app and was easy to navigate. The only issue was with app not able to send images even though all app permissions were enabled. Overall great app

Very good company, fair price and easy to use. Other companies sell a job to 5 people, very expensive and make money, and it's like daylight robbery, but Homerun helps local business to improve their business. Thanks so much.

Data confidentiality is not maintained: I opted to be contacted via app only, but everyone can see my number and they call me. Sometimes I received even 10 calls/day. Please have this fixed. I don't wish to be contacted via call, I want to discuss with the services providers via app until I decide which one I choose

unable to modify ratings if you are no longer satisfied with the job done within guarantee period, no bill, no receipt for the paid service. perfect conditions for tax avoidance.

Good so far, but one needs to know more about who he is dealing with. Why isn't there a list of providers? If it is for assuring usage of app. at least once a provider contacts a customer, some details of service provider should be given, such as being registered under the ministry of social affairs etc. Also how is the price of service determined? Why isn't there a list of prices of different providers, and different services.?

I've tried so many web sites like Checkatrade and so on but this app is brilliant as it keeps all your jobs, the companies that responded and cost of their quotes all in one place, so its very convenient, and also I got so many requests! I put the same ad up here as I did on Checkatrade, for a carpet fitter this time. I had 1 quote from Checkatrade and 5 from here. I'll definitely use this in future.

Same person contacted me two times from same number with different offers. The latest was much more expensive. This app does not seem to give me much diversity in chosing. Also the price for my desired service was estimated from x to y, a discount is saying it is applied in this month but the offer is much expensive than the y. Maybe in other areas this app is useful. For me, now was not.

Much needed solution but the App can use improvements: Details about the providers fees, details about the service they're using, and most importantly - a way to contact them within the app (messaging system). I've reached out to one service provider 3 weeks ago and still no answer. The ability to rate the service or the provider is also highly necessary.
