Yes it works but very buggy. Also theredoes not seem to be any improvement over time. For example yearly consumption charts are clearly wrong with some monthly bars being larger than the full year consumption.

It's good. It could be better. We're using with a heat pump. Better I mean a widget would be good, could display more information on the main screen, there are a few data that I would like to monitor but they are in a deeper menu point.

First, it asks for our phone number, then it asks for our email, then it asks us to scan the OCR code on our machine—nothing works. This app is useless!

Works great when it works, but sometimes I get device unreachable. Would be great if you can integrate the app with Samsung SmartThings and Google Assistant to turn the AC unit off and on by voice.

App menu is not very intuitive when modifying your setup. More importantly the connectivity to devices drops all the time, without any possibility to reset or reconnect on user side or even via bosch support. I end up having to use the remote 99% of the time.

Works only when it wants and never when you need it. It says it can't connect to internet..then how am i able to writhe this review? Really crappy and useless app. Checked devices connected to the router and the AC is connected, but the app says it's not.. Makes me regret buying a Bosch AC since i can't use the wifi..for which i also had to pay extra..worst deal

Missing integration with SmartThings. Lacks power usage meter. Lacks error code management. Lacks device controls for advance features that are supported by the remote control. Easy to setup, difficult to share devices with household members. Samsung AC really are smart....

Wouldn't expect something so bad from Bosch. The AC works great, but the app should be made from the scratch if you ask me.

Absolutely awful. I persistently have had my device (Aircon) be reachable before turning it on via the app and as soon as I turn it on it becomes unreachable. Every, single, time. Unbelievably frustrating.

Horrible app. I have 3 A/C units and for last 6 month there was no day it did work correctly. Server side quite often get numbed. So what is the point to have that app? Is no chance to get local control as Bosch even have no propper set developer account system. Allow people have API Big disgrace. Hey Bosch People, wake up! We live in ioT era. New standard of communication (Matter) already set, but you still stuck in past. Other Bosch app Home Connect work well. What for reinvent wheel again?

Disconnects often and appliance is not reachable. Does not have basic features like schedule. Not to talk about that the wifi module had to be switched in less than 2 months of operations. Now a replacement is installed, AC connects to wifi but app show appliance as not reachable once more... Likely a server issues?

After first disconnection from wireless, there's no way to reconnect from the app. Maybe you need another 3 days, 12 hours to remake the entire pairing process.

My AC remote is able to handle Timer option and also you can select timeframe when AC should turn ON and OFF. Application does not have this elementary functions. I would like to ask Bosch team to integrate this basics functions in such great Application. Update 15.08.22: Timer functions has been added for AC 8000i devices. Thanks for developers.

It is an almost decent app to control the air conditioning units. Had some troubles with setting one of the 4 units, I had to try multiple time to add the device in the app, as connection timed out. The biggest drawback is the lack of integration (or lack of the documentation about it) with Google Home/Alexa or Home Assistant. Edit April 2022: Application updated but it keeps crashing at start. Cannot be used.

Using app with Bosch 7800 geothermal system. We live far away from the unit so it would be important to be able to control it remotely. Unfortunately, the app does not even allow adjusting the heating curve remotely. Also you cannot see flow temperatures remotely. You have to travel to the unit to view, adjust basic parameters. Big disappointment, hopefully there is a development team working on the app.

Overall good experience, some suggestions for improvement. For devices -> timezones 1. Implement daylight savings option on/off 2. Implement in the UI displaying of current time on the bosch device based on the timezone/daylight savings settings. This will improve user experience as at the moment when setting Time program, you cant see visually what time it is and how much time needs to pass until the program will start. Thx and keep up the good work!!

Worst app and products. Bosch ain't what it used to be. App resetting by itself. I just reconnected the AC unit, again, a couple of hours ago and now the app days "Oops. Dashboard request failed." and it asks me to reconnect everything.Connecting to a device is a nightmare. Even once you connect, the communication with the devices is very bad, I have to refresh multiple times to get them to connect. Even the outside AC unit is bad, so noisy from day 1, worse than my previous 15 year old LG unit.

App Version 3.1.2, firmware 3.00.06 (aug 2024): +Connectivity was stable over the 3 days period I tested it for. -UI is decent but not top quality like the bought product (bosch climate 6000i). -After setup, the user experience journey in the app is bad. They have not hired a decent UX/UI designer, if at all.. -In the "time program" some of the "advanced modes" such as eco (is just a checkmark) cannot be set up together with the cooling mode. The combo is valid (cooling24°+eco) manually though..

Poor functionality and frustrating application. On one tab, "Something is wrong with your devices", another states that" Everything is ok with your devices" even if devices are not reachable. Poor functionality much like BOSCH series 5000. Can not time program, it gives errors but no error reason explained. Useless. Go with DAIKIN or even GREE.

Good and helpful app. Overall good job. I noticed this app has received a lot of bad reviews just because sometimes it gives "device unreachable" message. Well I get it too, and it's absolutely normal; the fix (which has worked for me) when you get this message "device unreachable", remove device from Homecom app and add it again via QR code on device, works again. Just for instance, even your router gets jammed every once in awhile and you have to unplug / replug it again.
