Excellent app for beginners. If you want to start working out but don't want to spend money on an app, this is a great place to start. Nice varying exercises for overall body as well as specific target areas. Would recommend trying it out. Other feature include weight tracking and calorie tracking.

Actually useful free version! Unlike most other apps, this one actually includes some helpful workouts without requiring a subscription. The abs challenge in particular is really well designed. Looking forward to trying more before deciding to upgrade.

Great App. Every app could use some improvements, but for what I need from this one, it delivers. Something to improve: In the meal plan, include calorie count. Since we cannot all access the foods you recommend, especially in Africa, we can always have substitutes, hence the importance of calorie count.

looks like most of the "excersises" are a selection of stretches and a few basics from grade school. not a single mention of even a dumbbell, yet the imagery in the app seems to show bodybuilders... The 3d model demonstrations, while a good idea, is done somewhat poorly, with some hilarious movements and stretched polygons here and there.

Extremely generic workout and meal plans. No option to tailor anything the meal plans are completely set and no idea who they are targetting with it. Are they for weight lose, weight gain, shredding? Who knows but with no option to select anything just this is the meal plan take it or leave it. The same thing with the workout plans, the beginner, intermediate and advanced all contain basically the same workouts. The laziest most basic workout app ive ever seen.

It is a good app and it helped me to get to a routine of exercise everyday, the reason the score is 3 is for 2 main reasons 1 after the 28 days you can just restart form 0 no advice what to do after, improve change 2 if you make any manual change to the basic program is not saved If they would have offered an additional package on how to progress after the 28 days I would have take it considering the result of the normal app

Good home workout app with plenty of variety. Easy to follow and visuals are helpful. Not 5 star yet, as I'd like to be able to create a custom workout for one day and be able to copy across the whole 60 days. Having to create individual days is too time consuming.

this is a cool app for which I would normally give 5 stars. However, in all the exercises they have, there is not a single one that is for the back muscles. Also they have a category four arms, legs, and just about anything but nothing for the back! yes, you might be able to figure out which of all the exercises may also benefit your back muscles, but it would seem that an app of this class should have it's on category for the back and also specific back exercises that somebody could do.

Some excercises and streches are just bad for the back. Estethically its a misunderstanding, high quality images with ripped abs and astonishingly low quality animations. Music during workout should be turned of by default. It is also just bad. Not many excercises, although mix of challenges and excercises for each grup is ok, but seen on other apps as well. Are far better application on market, much room to improve it. This app is just a low quality rip-off of many others, but now paid. Gg devs

No indicator which part of the body the exercise activates/trains. New version is worse - before I could always easily add more time in an exercise but now it counts rep's instead of using timer I can add to so when I need a second of pause I fall behind and have to start tapping screen in the middle of exercise. I either have to pause app and do reps on my own or go back and forward again to reset the current exercise.

It's incredibly annoying that the app keeps asking you to rate it, and there's no way to turn that off. Otherwise it's fine, but I can't give more than 3 stars until the app gives you the option to get rid of all the unnecessary popups. This is supposed to be the no-ad version, so stop the advertising for yourself!

Amazing. I never got into a workout routine and now that I have two kids, it's been even harder to find time to workout. This app is convenient and fast, I can get into the app literally anytime snd anywhere and do a 15 min workout, no pesky ads in the way. The animations clearly show they should be done. Love the google fit integration too!

It would be great to have customized rest time setup for custom workouts. I also noticed I couldn't find pullups and pistol squats. I think being able to include YouTube videos, with "start from" and "stop time" could enhance the experience by providing All the exercises and workouts we want to perform at once (with a customized rest time in between 😉). For the rest the app works great, the included workouts are interesting and the food tracker is a killer feature. Great job, thanks for that!

It no longer syncs with Google Fit. Training plans are unbalanced and x2 doesn't make sense in certain plans. The previews of the exercises do not match with the exercise and in some cases the exercise for the right and left sides are not are even.

Not sure what happened recently, but after every exercise, I get a commercial. I understand if it's at the beginning or end of a routine. But this really gets you out of the flow, defeats the prupose. Deinstalled

The best workout app I have ever tried!!! I highly recommend it to all those who need to get in shape especially those who think they can't do it... Easy to do exercises with promising results. I am only at day 8 at the moment and noticed significant changes like stronger, more defined muscles and burst of energy. Remember, the expert at anything was once a beginner... Who knows you could be the next Chris Heria...

Had the pro version for a couple of years now and it suddenly has ads because it's randomly become a subscription-based service. Gonna have to move on and find a new fitness app now.

This app has become pathetic. They throw in ads after every exercise in the workout. So you have to stop exercising and skip the ad to continue the workout. Even to access the settings menu, you have to watch an ad. All the benefits of the workout are lost due to this. I'm uninstalling the app now as it's unbearable to have the ads thrown at you during the workout.

It's a okay app. There are other free apps I like better. I downloaded this one when it was offered for free and then 10 days in it asked me to pay. I would save your money and use another one. The workouts are to easy, they don't describe how to do the workouts to make sure you do it correctly, even when you click the ? For more description. The visuals of the workouts are not very helpful. You could probably do better on your own.
