Received an error to contact Help Desk when trying to open an inspection. Reached out immediately, and have heard nothing from support since. Any time there's an issue with HIP, assume you're on your own.

The app is pretty simple once you get used to the layout and definitely worth the money. My clients love how professional my reports come out as a PDF in the final stage.

Thank you for stepping up and helping out the Inspectit users since they are not supported anymore. The HIP software is quick to learn, it produces nice looking reports. My clients and the referring realtors love the HIP report. The tech support is outstanding.

I have been a user of Home Inspection Pro for several years. It is a great reporting software that has really helped me develope detailed reports with pictures and video for my clients quickly and with ease. The customer service is second to none and they are constantly LISTENING TO USERS about what they need to make it better. When I have a problem they are fast to respond and sometimes the CEO and creator is on the help chat to help. Does Bill Gates do that for Microsoft???? Nope.

Amazingly versatile and customizable software. There is not much it cannot do. And if there is something you want added to it, often you can ask and have the feature added, if at all possible. Customer service is top notch. Dominic truly cares for his customers and it shows.

The inspection software and the office software are not very well integrated. Every inspection was a panic like I lost all of my work. It took me some time to complete an inspection. My new software, I almost always complete the inspection on site.

Great software for the inspector. Easy to use and great looking reports. Have received many compliments from realtors on reports. Have been using HIP 6 6a month. The new features take the software up notch. New features are easy to use, reports are better. Very pleased.

Good app, enjoy the ease of use. I only have one issue... the space this app takes up. My app says it's 82 gigs. It makes using the phone difficult as I have to figure out what apps or photos I want to keep. If it didn't take up so much space ide give it a five-star rating.

I tried a few options before I committed to HIP. I'm so glad that I stuck with this one. The app is easy to manage, works flawlessly, and my inspections reflect that. I'm continually complimented on my reports and thoroughness, and I owe a great deal of that to Home Inspector Pro. The rare time or two that I did have an issue; the support team was so on top of their game that it almost seemed too good to be true. Five years later... they are still on top of it!

There is no way to get an inspection from the phone to the computer without internet. Not the best means of operating when inspecting in poor signal areas. I waste more time waiting for inspections to upload to HIP cloud. A simple file transfer over USB would be so much more productive.

Love this program. Little tricky at first to customize however customer service is great and can help you out anytime. Once it's set up it's quick and easy to fly through an inspection on your tablet or phone. Plus you can have multiple inspectors working at the same location and than simply merge the reports.

Absolutely the simplest and easiest software to use once setup. We have tried multiple different platforms before landing with HIP. There is no outrageous monthly service to pay. You have a choice of buying the software outright and keeping it as is paying a very small fee every three or four years to upgrade to the next major platform. However they have numerous upgrades available throughout the year that are at no charge! There's so much more I could share but the character limit in this revie

I'm fairly new to this software. Overall I am really happy with it's customizability and ease of use. For the number of things theyve taken into consideration there are some things that I find lacking. The one way nature of inspections can be frustrating. Sometimes editing the report is easier on the mobile, because that's also how I inspected, but I can't upload it back to my device. Also I wish I could not only duplicate sections, but also delete them. Just a few thoughts.

Have you used this app for about a year. The customer service is amazing and is available at all times even late many times. I've even had my questions and chats answered by Dominic the guy in charge. The app is easy to use and transfers easily to my computer for final review. Editing photos with arrows and text is simple. Overall an excellent app for improving the inspection.
