I dont recomment and its a bad service!!. We tried to purchase a product and as it was mentioned it is free shipping. Unfortunately, when we ordered from the app and checkout, it was mentioned that it is ONLY free shipping when we bought above 1k for the furniture. Then you should mention that in your facebook advertisement if that's the case. As we want to buy it and we thought that it is free shipping for any items. We just wasted our time

Useless app, 2 times ordered available items and after processing payment it will simply cancel order. Simply marketing technique to trap people. Other ordered item not delivered even after 20 days. Highly unprofessional approach and sheer wastage of time. Better to visit any shop and get the required items physically. Online service is highly unreliable. Best of luck if u have ordered something.

I guess i am about to reiterate what my fellow reviewers have also felt. The app does not move beyond the homepage. I have tried everything ...installing reinstalling ...removing files. Doesnt seem to work at all. I am not sure whether its an android thing. However, seeing as it were, despite constant refrains, oldest being 6 months old....shows the lack of service, cuatomer care and horrible ecommerce. Not expected!

The whole purpose of online shopping is that you order and they deliver, but I had to put so much time and effort for delivery and they don't have their own delivery which is wired! Also there is no support in the app, and their phone is always busy 24/7 and no way to contact them. They also don't reply to emails. Worse shopping experience ever, the support is very poor. I don't recommend to shop from them online. this app is useless.

I downloaded this app based on their Facebook Ads and White Wednesday Sale. Offers provided are good, however the experience of the App is terrible. Once we add something in the Cart, you can't open the cart in order to checkout. However you can choose to buy something directly, but in that case the payment methods are not acceptable and you get an error saying there was an issue and the payment was not processed. Their website also has the same issue.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!I ordered 2 items 2 different times, both times received an email they were out of stock. I dnt understand how an item can go out of stock n then be still available online. after reordering its out of stock again! I received some stuff broken and ordered a tray after attempting twice, I did not receive even though it shows delivered to me. I should have learnt but I still give it a second shot. their customer care is useless no calls answered you will be kept on hold forever!

The app was easy to navigate, product catalogue well done making the shopping experience pleasant. However the app kept freezing up thus requiring one to restart again. Good thing the cart remained intact. Not all areas in the different emirates have been included on the address section especially the new areas making it hard to accurately include ones address as there is no option to manually include ones area.

Very bad .. you place the order and they take the money and they disappear.. no one answer you calls and no items gets delivered ....... very bad experience...

Very bad service after sales. Complained for damage of their product which is bought under warrenty. Complaint rised a month ago and got complaint number. Followup call made for 3 times since then and still no response. Dont believe their warrenty after sales.

They don't know how to handle complaints. So disappointed. Tried to order something from the app and got an error on payment menu but money was taken. no delivery came and customer service center is not very helpful either.

Worst customer service and delivery service ever I had experienced... Giving timing for delivery and no one show up or even call! After many follow up, they promised another day and I stuck at home with similar experience no show !!! Calling customer service more than 10 times till they even answer and no conclusion !! Feel like priority is selling the customer and then customer is ok to suffer !!! Also I returned some items and it was also a nightmare!!

If no star there I will rate it. Zero and double lines under. Worst customer service I have ever seen on phone and worst delivery service on Earth. Products came dirty fealty. God knows who runs this business. Improfessional, careless, not on time all people I met in this business.

Very bad service, i order many items and not reached. I tried to reach customr service no one responding to phone, facebook or email!!!. Whatsapp option is not working!!! Using the app u can't cancel ur order!!! So really how can i get my stuff or cancel the order???

I like this store alot but last day I went for shopping I chose two dinner sets unfortunately one was broken I chose another one but this was also displayed set and some piece were missing.The girl on reception whose billing just laughed and when I saw her she just turn her back to me that's made me so embarrassed.Then two nice receptionist solved my problem very well but I felt embarrassed for no reason.May be this discrimination due to nationality.please train your staff to respect everyone.

worst experience with the app and customer service. I have ordered a product 10 days back and their shipping is keep on delaying, the updates are not even showing on the app means the tracking is totally unavailable. I tried to cancel the order through app but the app is full of bugs and my order is still showing there. Tried to call the customer service and nobody picking up the call. Never ever gonna purchase anything from this app anymore.

ordered item online and from store they tried to give me a totally different item than orderd. never use this app in my opinion. I waster 1 hour at store when I went to collect the item and finally I have not recived the item. finally I order from Noon. worst app avoid if you can
