SENT ME DAMAGED GOODS AND WILL NOT REFUND! App keeps crashing very buggy. Also, for the quality, in general, polyester and nylon are not good materials it is shocking to see Hollister selling these poor quality fabrics now. I have been buying for years. Quality should match materials used cotton etc...

Customer service is honestly shocking!!!!! It's the kind of customer service you would expect from a dodgy Chinese seller on ebay. I ordered 3 t-shirt after getting the app and received £10 joining rewards so used that I then had to exchange them so I done it via the app in this time the tops had become cheaper so I told them in the chat they said they would adjust the price so I received my £10 welcome bonus after I boutique them again so I bought them and they only give me a £3 discount

Really loved the ease of using the app to shop but now everytime I open it up it says wipeout? And closes so now completely unusable Edit: after a period of working well im back to a wipeout screen now and its been 2 weeks? 2nd Edit: Have tried uninstalling and re downloading over a period of a month and still broken.

I'm a 58 year old TUTU (grandmother) of 7 and if it weren't for Hollister, I'd never be able to wear jeans! Hollister has THE best selection of styles, sizes, and colors of jeans. Besides jeans, the tshirts are so comfortable, soft, and have the neatest things printed on them! Hollister is awesome having fantastic sales on most everything! If you're not a Club Cali member, you should be! It's free to join and you earn points with every purchase you make to get rewards! Now, GO to HOLLISTER!!

Really great app to shop! I have shopped using this app and it never fails to deliver! But a few things to keep in mind is that when browsing through their products, some of the same clothes repeat. Another thing would be a few glitches in the system of erasing all of my saves! But overall, when working correctly, it's a good way to save some time.

The app is great for browsing and getting quick access to all the deals. But I'm having problem with it freezing and lagging every time I add something to my bag. I even have a hard time checking out because it would just freeze everytime I select a store for pick up. Please fix the lags.

This app is has so many bugs its borderline unuseable. half the time if i try to open it it will say " something went wrong, check your connection and try again" (my connection is fine) and when you do get into the app the pages don't load properly and somtimes the entire app just crashes. It's a shame because I like hollister and the app's UI is clean, they just need to fix the bugs.

I have been using the app for a while now. I had a great experience never had any trouble on anything but recently the app is getting so irritating every time when I try to check out & want to see the near pick up locations it doesn't let me do anything app gets freeze. I have been trying to for a couple of days but the same thing kept on doing other than the app is great.

I love their clothes ever since I visited their shop in NYC, and the app is really easy to maneuver, so it makes my shopping for cute hoodies even easier than just going to chrome and typing in the website. There are a few glitches, but the ones I've seen was a visual glitch and wouldn't let me skip in their "pride" playlist... oh yea... they have a "pride" playlist. I haven't listened to it much, but it's basically positive music to cheer you on. Although its censored, pretty it's pretty cool.

I really like Hollister products, especially the jeans. I have no issues browsing the app or locating items I'm looking for. The one issue I always seem to have is during the checkout process. It always gets stuck and takes so long to load and most of the time I can't even checkout. I have to browse on my phone/tablet, leave the items in my cart and proceed the checkout from a desktop computer. *the app recently updated and this problem still exists for me*

This app is fantastic! Very easy interface. The only thing I'd like to see change is the endless scrolling through products that keep going and going and keeps showing the same items. I get the marketing strategy, but very frustrating for the consumer. I never know when I've seen all they have to offer. Great customer service though. Love shopping here.

After the latest version was updated on my Android phone, I was able to launch the app. But every time I clicked on an item, the app stopped with a message "Unfortunately, Hollister has stopped". Clearing data and cache of the app, restarting or reinstalling did not help. I have the same problem with A&F app. The other apps running on my phone are fine, which rules out my phone issue.

Can do better. When it freezes you have to log in all over. Also, when you get out of the app (to make a phone call for example) and come back, it restarts you all over. So you'd have to rebrowse through what you were looking for. It would also be a great help if it let us know if we've bought an item before. To prevent rebuying and refunding.

You have faster access to the deals! Literally can just hop on and see the sales available that you wouldnt see at the store or at other coupon websites. Sometimes there are glitches when I am choosing the In-store pickup option and it takes awhile to load. And I find it odd that everytime I'm on my Saves page, it always redirects me back to the top so I have to scroll scroll scroll down to where I was before and that's annoying Other than that, great app.

Out of most shopping apps, this is probably one of the better ones. It's snappy, overall easy to use, and has a nice layout. The navigation at the bottom is kinda confusing with it's grouping of pages and off topic categories. I'm not saying I dislike the Pride Playlist, it just doesn't have a function in a shopping app. Also, an annoying media player widget appears in my notification tray whenever I open the app with the playlist already loaded.

Such a great app when it works... Extremely glitchy. Constantly has a "wipeout" error message and deletes my cart and won't add some items to my cart. Last night, it put my entire order in Spanish (my settings are entirely in English). The order confirmation email was also in Spanish? Very glitchy. Love Hollister, but every few updates the app becomes extremely wonky. Not user-friendly.
