This isn't a game it is an ad machine. Just finished a round? Watch an ad. Starting a round? Watch an ad. Halfway through a round? 30 second unskippable ad. This "game" actively punishes you by forcing you to watch ads every single time you actually want to play. It's freemium at it's worst. The gameplay is a lot of fun but when you can't even enjoy it due to the ads it's a bad game. Don't download

The game doesn't even work consistently anymore. You play a level and then it freezes, have to close it, and restart it to play the next level. Also the play is awkward, I just want to play where I run around eating things and getting bigger. Previous review that is still somewhat relevant. Still way too many ads that can't be muted. I get the ads in the free version but at least let them all be muteable, way too loud. It is amusing that one of the ads is advertising the game you are playing.

So far after 2/22/24 update, this is already back to being a great game! Ty! Please help! This is the second game I've launched, and it keeps glitching and getting stuck on a country I've never been to, it freezes and won't respond. I uninstalled it, but I lost everything. I emailed tech support and never heard back. I reinstalled it and now it's doing it again! I would love it fixed so I can keep playing and progressing! Still no answer, still getting frozen, not tallying progress.

They've changed since I last reviewed. First, there's an option to restore purchases: it did nothing. I used to have a bunch of upgrades I had unlocked through playing, they're all gone. My stats reset to 0. Now there is an ad before, during, and after the game (not even for upgrades , just ads, if you want upgrades the ads are even longer) and they want money to get rid of them. A game takes about 5 minutes to complete with the ads, but the actual play time is more like 90 seconds. Trash.

Many of the glitches have been fixed, so this game is playable again! However, I have some hesitations because there are too many limits. If you get bonuses like blocks, and you've already "built" all the areas, The blocks are useless. Please add the ability to have teams and help each other with life requests or gifts, and add more levels of something! What is my ultimate goal? There isn't one currently.

The game is cool. Many levels start out with such a tiny hole and stick you off into a place where it takes until almost "half time" (where it forces you to watch a video - and in some cases get eaten by another player who pays them to skip half time). Win or lose its watch a video. And the latest irritation with betting forced to watch a video every other minute is that half the time now it's freezing the game so you can't get your rewards for completing the level. No way to contact developers

This game used to be low-quality graphics and minimal features, but fun and, more importantly, STABLE! Now the graphics are noticeably better, and there are a lot more features and...while the game is still fun, when it runs smoothly, it crashes SO frequently, I often cannot finish a single stage before the app crashes! The only reason I didn't drop it down to one star, is that SOMETIMES it still runs smoothly for more than a few minutes at a time. But usually not. VERY disappointing.

Well, it's oddly satisfying. The devs are still involved with it, and there are some technical issues that have never been addressed, but they're minor. I paid to remove the ads several versions ago, and the purchase history is reliable. The newer versions never had any trouble updating/keeping my ad-free status.

The lag is ungodly for this small of a game. I can understand an ad at the end of every round, but I can't justify three ads every round that interrupted the game play. Also, when I click no on the ads, it just sends me to them anyway. If I could give this a lower rating, I would. Great idea for a game. Maybe actually put some work into, though. Update: I paid for the ad free, it still tries to cram them down your throat constantly. Oh and you fight bots, not real people. It's not multiplayer

I keep getting notifications that "my territory has been concoured", but in reality, it has not been and I'm disappointed as the notifications are wrong. Also, the app is not doing a good job of keeping the time going correctly. sometimes, I set out for a territory and the app doesn't keep track of time to collect it and 4 hours later, I check it and it says I have 50 minutes left. Please fix these issues.

Very fun and satisfying concept, but as with most things these days, you can't even get thru a single level without one optional "start larger" ad, a mandatory 30 second ad halfway thru, another "optional" 30 sec ad that is neccessary to have enough time to complete the level, a final optional ad to add another 20 seconds, and a final ad afterwards. 5 ads for a 90 second level is utterly ridiculous.

the concept is great, it's a game designed to keep you entertained for as long as possible which i like. however, the experience is ruined with the amount of ads. in the MIDDLE of gameplay, when the timer hits halftime, it rolls a wheel or whatever and makes you pause and decide or say no. EVEN if you say no you still get an ad. it's incredibly annoying. and at the end of the game (which isnt even that long, 2 minutes) you get ANOTHER ad. its so annoying.

I absolutely love this game. It is so fun. You go around starting off as a small black hole and grow as you eat stuff. The worst part about this game is that matches don't last long at all. Each match lasts maybe 2 or 3 minutes at most which is unacceptable. For as fun as this game is the matches should last much longer. That almost ruins my enjoyment of the game and the amount of ads is pretty ridiculous too. Ads after every 30 seconds, ads to extend the match timer, and ads after every match.

After the latest update all my purchases and upgrades are gone. And while there is a "restore purchases" button, it actually does nothing. I had a bunch of upgrades unlocked, as well as no ads purchased and all of that is gone. Now there's so many ads, before, during, and after each game that it makes it completely unplayable. Ads should be sporadic, not 3 times in every single game

Since the last update the game keeps glitching. I'll get through a level and when I run out of time it just sits there. I can still move around eating things as if still playing but not gathering points, and it doesn't go back to the menu. The other thing is freezing. It gets stuck on the transition screen. In both cases there's nothing to do but restart the app, which results in loss of progress, including all troops used, no matter what. It happens more and more frequently.

I've been playing this game for years. I'm talking back when you could choose what map to play on and you could earn the holes you now have to pay for. I was a lvl 98 "territory" I had almost all holes unlocked, I had 4m units, over 300k gems and over 1m coin. All my boosts were just about maxed and then the game just wouldn't open. I had to delete the game and re-download. I've lost everything. Starting back from square 1. The "restore purchase" button doesn't do anything. Dissapointed.

This game was great at mindlessly eating things. It was great to simply play with little effort. Now the game is full of ads, to a fault, and there is no "infinite eating mode" where you can just eat everything on different maps. This game has so much potential but it's become another disappointment full of ads and spam. The fun of the game is gone..
