the app and perhaps the watch also, does not sync many features, randomly guessing figures, weather, pressure, sleep even steps are not accurate 😴

I don't know if it's my phone ( Xiaomi redmi 12) but I don't get notifications on the watch...... Besides that, the app is okay. Please incase it's compatibility issues, fix it plus

This app is soo soo good i got to make my custon wallpaper for free mean while other apps for smartwatches Neede u too pay or it dint have that feature and also the app is super good and connected to the smartwatch itself and tells u when connected and disconnected but u needed bluetooth

add some more dials for analog like the screensaver dial which only shows the hands,path finder dial and more tactical and beautiful dials.but still this is a good app.

it's difficult to set up the connection between the i60 ultra watch and the phone via this app, let alone count steps. Thought I would experience fantastic moments using the device but it's quite unfortunate that I wasted my money purchasing this product

so good you can control your watch from the phone, I'm pleased by that it a nice app to use, but you can't revise any messages on it or send messages on it. the app is so good

The watch doesn't do any better thing than to check time I don't get notifications when messages enters and it doesn't even vibrate even after checking through everything.

The app is fine and working well. The developer need to make the step count continue after power off or when the watch is disconnected. I've lost thousands of steps because the watch went off which should not be.

my i20 ultra 3 max suit doesn't vibrate making it difficult to use it for anything other than a watch to check time. I bought it so that I could use the alarm features but the screen only comes up when it's time without vibrating. I have tried turning it on from the app yet it won't vibrate. I don't even know what else to do. Any help with the above will be appreciated. thank you.

My wrist watch doesn't make a sound during calls even though the vibration works. The worst part is even if I'm not wearing the watch it still provide figures for pulse, blood pressure, blood oxygen and even ECG! This is strange and can only indicate that the figures have been pre-programmed!! Lastly other's no way the adjust the volume, neither on the app nor the watch.

first time using it took me a little bit to figure it out but once I was able to download the app turn on the phone and go to the icon that has the q bar scan that and it automatically syncs just look for watch 10 I figured out everything else on it I just haven't figured out how to get it to use as a phone but for what it's worth it's definitely doing the trick

this watch refuses to do the one thing I want it to do. it won't let me know when I have a text message .. no matter how many settings I change or times I reset it. that's all I need. no step counter no Facebook or twitter etc just my texts and it's doing nothing. the app and the watch are both terrible. also why do I have to be in military time for all the digital faces? there's no option to change it to 12 hour time.
