One of the best services to configure and run an entire helpdesk system out of Gmail. And it just takes a chrome extension to do so. Pretty much rocket science if you ask me.

I can rarely log in to the app and I never receive email notifications. Incredibly disappointing and not reliable if you're using it for work

Please roll out an update to the latest release. It's buggy and despite being updated provides a warning message that the app needs to be updated.

The app is leagues and oceans behind the desktop version. You can only see shared inbox, not the "teams" section, which is crucial. Also just other needed features missing. For someone who switches between mobile and desktop, this is a killer.

The notifications, which is the most important feature of the app, did not work since the last update. Not to mention I have never been able to manage emails at all within this app. No option to unread emails, no signature, no formattings, and the email drafted and sent from within the app got weird line breaks. It's a shame seeing the emails that were drafted and sent from the app on a PC view. The previous app and the current V2. share the same feedback. :(

Keeps crashing when I try to use templates and randomly reloads which interrupts when trying to handle emails oldest to newest.
