Although I'm beginning to think the jackpots are a hoex....I still love this 🎮 I've been playing this game for years and I still haven't hit the jackpot. Just like the real world your winnings disappear as fast as you get them. I love the graphics and the challenges but I would love the option to add my own music. Unless you're spending money it is very hard to obtain a higher jewel status.

Used to be 5 stars....it's become nearly impossible to complete challenges and leveling up once you make it far is a joke (and I've put some money into it here and there)...I understand your odds aren't great on slots, but give a little more so we can play for more than 2 minutes a day. New edit: Watching the 30 second ads are a waste of time, no longer give coins. I will not spend more money on a broken app.

I had ranked this game at 5☆ but the last couple of weeks, I ranked it as 1☆. Even after following troubleshooting recommendations, game wouldn't load, if loaded, couldn't play bonus hourly spins, if allowed to start playing, game would freeze. An error, need to reload notice would appear, but system wouldn't reload. Any progress or winnings would be gone the next time I was able to get back in. Consecutive days of play were lost, whether I was able to play or not. Sure to drop again in rank.

I play this game daily, because of the graphics and the variety. However, it's changed to the point that it's not much fun when your points disappear so quickly due to few to No wins. Apparently from the recent reviews, I am not alone. Your app is the only one that i have actually purchased coins to play, but it isn't worth it when they all disappear in less than a minute or two.🤐

I love playing. It's very realistic, including losing more than I win!!! A couple times my coins were inflated (1000 coins suddenly became 10,000 coins, and later, 100,000 coins). But playing was adjusted to the same scale so there was no overall change. However, coin purchases were not inflated. I could now spend $100 real money and buy about the same number of coins I will earn for free in spins and gifts. I'm ready to buy, but not at those prices!

For 4 years I have played daily. On the first of every month I purchase the gold option. A handful of times I have purchased a minimal upgrade for a special event. Up until recently, that was enough to keep me playing, not getting rich, not going broke. It was pretty predictable, it kept me happy, entertained, I felt it was a fair amount of free play. What changed in the last couple of months folks? A very obvious shift. My method hasn't changed, but my 30 min play is down to maybe 3. Sad.

Grest game. My only critique would be to lower your minimums for first time players so they can play a little while before running out of coins. Your starting limits are pretty high even for all the coins you get free. A few spins without a big win and it's all over. You shouldn't have to keep buying coins on a free game that's just for fun. The number of ads and interruptions during a game are very...very annoying. I do Like the number of choices you have though. EM

I've been playing 2 way on this app. I like that you have two options. One as a guest an the other signing on to Facebook. What I don't like is that thought up dates I lose all my coins and on daily races I've won but recieved nothing that sucks. having to start all over again. I've lost 500mil. I want it back.. fix this problem. make it more fun again with more payouts an easier to level up. Update.. wondering why is it so hard to collect cards sets and to complete all.. needs to be easier....

I've played this game for years and I've also spent a lot of money purchasing points. My problem is if you have 40 friends sending you points and free spins, you can only collect 25 points and I think 15 spins per day, so my points and spins expire and I'm losing points every day. I can't collect all the points that are sent from friends. Basically, they screw us out of points because we have friends. there is not another game I play that does this. Not a great way to get a good review!

Please look at a bonus bug in the Ted machine. If you hit the "party time" bonus, you pick shots that add to your bonus accrual, so as long as u don't pick the goose. Pick three mics, and you advance to the karaoke free spin bonus. However, your accrued bonus amount resets once the first free spin starts. Pretty annoying. I've got 20,000 in points picking the shots, then lost it all after the first spin, then ended at only 6500 total bonus points for that bonus session.

Good slots. However, I've accumulated up to 1B credits, and currently and down to 14M. How it's possible to get so many, then lose so many...in a week's time!.. is mind boggling. I don't like the payout system of this program, nor understand how such a thing is possible. The different games are wonderful to play, but not the frustration that comes with it.

Reinstalled after new updates and now playing better than ever, no more freezing and no problems with start ups. *Been playing since 2015. Had problems previously that were resolved, and here we are 5 years later having problems once again. 🙄 The game reels keep sticking, skipping and glitching. Makes the game kinda annoying and super slow. Please fix this issue guys, this game would once again be stellar and deserving of the original five star rating.*

This is my all time favorite slot game. There are so many goals, challenges, races and other things to work on so that you never get bored! UPDATE!!! No longer my favorite! so disappointed in the new format. the wheel bonuses are so small now and no chance to watch videos for more coins. i get the 2hr bonus, spin a few times, done. repeat. change it back please!

Edit! game gotten way better than the past. The game is a bit more fun. I have good weeks and bad weeks. My problem is the consistency 26th how they run. Updates recently took away the ability to collect coins from notifications if your actually playing at the time. Then sometimes the rules of the challenges aren't clear or out doesn't always count the "special symbols" or recently my bonus wins. This sucks ya'll. The developers need to get it together

Since the most recent version update I am not able to play Hit it Rich casino Slots. Update : I received help from game support and am able to play again. There is a glitch with the game now that wasn't there a month ago. My phone has to be turned off and on in order for the game to reload. Thank you for listening. The glitch is fixed ! Game loads and is very fun to play. Just need enough coins everyday to finish all 5 challenges. That's the challenge that's the hardest. Keeping enough coins

I am not so please with the game like I use to. Not getting my points. It stops and you go back to get them, I do not get them. Take long to get into the bonus. No matter how much you play, it take away a lot of your points before a bonus. Hit it rich is going down hill. Not exciting anymore. Gets the spin and move on to something different. It jumps while playing, when it should be bonus time. Rewinds the other directions. It is crazy anymore. Worse than going toa casino.

The game has changed a lot. Still worthwhile after all the years. I like that they add new features. I have found that between maximizing my charms, especially during path to riches events, I can build up a decent bank. Currently level 521, so I've played it a ton. Best machines, good payouts. I wish it didn't ask you to rate t after every big win.
