Great app with constant update. This app is very useful for those who want to learn languages. Great community, people are friendly and supportive. It's just the recent update that bothers me when entering group converted as a call. People who wants to call me got notified that my phone is busy. This led misunderstanding on my end and it's hard for me to explain to others.

Good application for learning. There are bugs, at times of course. The most irritating one is that the app doesn't support any wireless earbuds. Sometimes other people won't be able to hear anything unless you go out of the table and join back in. Another problem is that there are no regulations whatsoever to limit or block people from posting or sharing explicit content. Overall good but could be better if the bugs were handled properly.

It is a good application overall. Found good teachers and made few friends as well. But, the app lags when there are many tables. Also, the new update is frustrating as I can either talk or chat at once unlike in the previous version, because the chat panel closes on its own everytime I try to use the table settings.

This app is great! I did not use it much but the little amount of time I have used this app is enough to say it is good. The café's are beginner-friendly, if you want to talk you can, if you just want to listen then you can type in the chat box if any questions. Then only two things I wish it have is, first, messaging features, to find people according to their age, gender, etc. second, Moments feature where we can post questions or to find people from our group age to teach us while chatting.

It's a very easy to use app... Make friends and have the time of ur life . There are various language classes going on, it's becoming more and more global ... And even if u don't know the language , u can just TYPE it out in the chat!! The only problem I think is : this app is yet to reach its best optimization... As in the app lags a lot, at time overheats the phone and also has a few issues with audio at times . But we know the developers' are trying their level best to help us, so thanks!😊

Premium package was so pricey, it doesnt worth to buy as u still cant find trainer here (by buyin thag) Its only give benefits for ads and others unnecessarily features ig. At least u add student package, tho it only arround $4 but my country money rate were different, its rlly expensive for only get that unbecessary features,

I would like to inform you that my device has been blocked due to some inappropriate activities of which I was unaware, it seems that setting a profile picture triggered this action, could you assist me in resolving this situation? I was unaware that my action violated the rules and regulations of the community leading to the block of account and device , how can I regain access ? I contact to hilokal administration many times but there is no still good response

Hi team the concept is really good. I am facing an issue after the last update that is April 7th 2024. I am not getting notifications from the app. The notification tab is empty. Kindly fix this issue ASAP.

Nowadays It doesn't open. Always says network connection error. But my network connection is very good. Other applications are running smoothly but this app doesn't open at all. Fix this issue. Otherwise it is very good for language learning

A very perfect app for the communication skill Developers....any language can be practice easily. It help to be connected with lot's of social friends too...just hilokal have to stop the progress of adds in the mid.

From its last update hilokal has been trash, people are struggling with connection, are complaining about being kicked out of the app, so many malfunctions plus they added another premium so now on there will be to ways of being exclusive, I think they should just provide a better service instead of raising the prices

it keeps LAGGING. I've used other language apps and this is the worst when it comes to how slowly it reconnects and sends off messages. Also, reducing the volume during calls it doesn't seem to work. When i try to reduce the volume it remains loud as if nothing happened. But whenever i leave the app my volume's fine. That's why i can't use the app in public or anywhere without an earpiece.

With the lastest update it doesn't turn on the speaker it just allows phone call and also when I put my headphones on it doesn't turn on the microphone that's why I cannot speak. It was good before with the new update I don't like the app so far it's the worst app to talk to people

Every time after updating, there will be errors. Even though the connection is good, the sound is often not clear like a robot, and this part is quite disappointing! BUT OVERALL, It's A GREAT APP FOR LEARNING LANGUAGES. 👍🏼

I hope Hilokal team will read this, review that I wrote I've been using this app for almost 2 years, back then this application it's really good for practicing language that we wanna learn. Because the interfa it's simple then feature kinda complete. But after the lately update, I updated to the new version of this app but going bad because the sound of people are not that really clear. like the voice was clear but only the volume

This is my favorite app for practicing my spoken English. I love the features, especially the notebook features (which can be displayed) and the chatbox in the room. And the thing I love the most is that there is no time limit. By paying for premium, you can use more features like personalized profiles. Word tracking is also useful to see how many words we've spoken, and the transcripts and recordings are the best with color-coded corrections. And the AI tutor, Goguma.
