Appalling software, functionality and integration. Great hardware, sub alpha software. There is NO Way to setup an NVR, PTZ, 2 doorbells without using 5 pieces of software, all overlap in a lack of functionality and bugs. Some critical elements cannot be set without using IE8, YES, IE8! doesn't work with any other browser. 5 weeks EDIT: now 3 MONTHS. STILL NOT WORKING. Dealer is still trying to get it to work. Now, push notifications have stopped. AVOID ANYTHING HIKVISION if it needs software.

Perfect,Best app for technicians, notify when off line also if the memory has issues, Unbind device, operation/live view of divice when on same network etc

I have to use the web portal when entering passwords with symbols because the app won't allow me to enter certain symbols (* and ? Don't work when I try to enter them). Not sure if this is just a Droid problem. I haven't tested it with an iPhone yet. Please fix this bug.

tech support line is busy so often, means product is good and popular. so far hikvision is my preference among many other brands

It have a problem in records if we go to playback that was to much laggy and the camara dont load and take to much time to load pls can u fix it and when we enter the app it need 3-4 min to start and fix it too pls i will give 5 star if u fix it

Gives 5star for all the services and everything at one Application... Another issue with After update... LogOut every time after I exit the application..... Error LAP000020

The save and copy (to other cameras) buttons seem to have no effect when setting the recording schedule for motion/continuous.
