This used to be my favorite casino app and I even recommended it to all my friends but now I absolutely hate playing this one because it is constantly freezing up on me and kicking me out of the app. Until that problem is fixed I do not recommend playing this app. Full of disappointment every time it freezes and kicks you out especially when you are in the middle of a bonus. That is the worst!

I've played this game on and off for quite a long time. Though I do take breaks from it, i always come back to it. It never disappoints, the graphics are just like the casino games, the slots are familiar, the casino is always expanding and with every update, it improves. I think it could use some slots with lower minimum bets, and maybe be a little more generous with daily bonuses and spins. But, as a whole, its definitely one of the best casino games for android.

GLITCHY!! This IS a good real cash game, it's just too glitchy and it takes forever for the games to load, and sometimes it'll be on the last second before it's done loading the game and it will then either freeze up n not load, or just not load at all. Other than that, I do like to get in on the action with the slots and live dealers! My 1st time playing the game after downloading, I won $128 just on the new welcome sweeps coins!! Awesome app, just too slow loading the slot games and glitchy!

This used to be my go to casino, but now, I rarely play it. It has changed so much and not for the better. The graphics and design may be better, but overall I prefer the old way. What happened to the free spins, every time you cleared a level? Payouts are low and infrequent .... not as good as it was overall

I am in love!! Graphics are great! Variety is very cool!! The problem is, the winnings are hard to come by!! The daily & hourly bonuses are quite small!! Very seldom do you win enough to really enjoy playing!! Sad! And as I read other reviews, I see everyone has the same complaint!! Bonuses are small, winnings few & also small!! It's a free game, what's up????

I have really liked this game for years some problems but ok. I only get 1 spin now every at the allotted times and I haven't received my credits for passing the different levels for example after level 25, 59, 75, and 100. Has something changed? I do like that you have increased the payout for the spins. I do get t.f get black screen and have to restart the game why is that?

I actually liked this app but as soon as I spent money it started acting up. It is funny but the only time it gets glitchy and freezes is when I try playing with my real money! I won't spend any more money, and am thinking about just uninstalling since it's just very annoying to constantly have to restart cuz it freezes, so choppy you can't even tell what's happening and then more freezing,uninstalling and reinstalling, I say 3 if your not looking to spend or win it's okay. Don't waste youmoney

I used to love it. Ur game continously stops actively sending and receiving data. This results in never ending losses while spinning. It will then randomly re-establish connection for less than a minute and provide me with late notifications and ingame messages. Regardless if I a fast connection, strong connection, a mobile or wifi connection, the game goes into a never ending cycle of a buffering/lag state, then connects for under a minute, then back again

Been with this game since the very beginning. It's a buy, buy, buy our coins kind of game. The free coins were cut in half recently and after reaching out with questions as to why (and getting no answer), I've decided to uninstall the game! The company treats this game as if it were real bucks we are playing and it's just no longer fun! They just want you to purchase coins and then lose, lose, lose so you will purchase more.

Used to be my favorite. Now it's very jerky and slow. Wins aren't anything to keep you playing. Even buying doesn't keep you playing for more than minutes. Have uninstalled and reinstalled but I think I'm about done. Time to find another game to spend my money on. Tried again and it's even worse than before. I get frustrated by how slow it plays (10-15 seconds just to spin) and then I get bored and quit. I'll give it 6 months this time and see if you've managed to get w working game site accompl

to a point. The only thing I don't like is that sometimes the point counter will take 2 bets for one spin. Otherwise I LOVE THIS SITE! UPDATE AS OF 4/30/17. I have noticed that the issue I reported on is still happening and it's doing it more frequently. I would really like it corrected H5C. UPDATE AS OF 6/10/19. Now I've noticed that a few of the machines are rolling a few extra seconds and the pinkish counter meter is jamming up. Come on guys get these bugs worked out as well as the other issue

The game might be cool if I actually got to play it. From the very first spin made it's sucked. Froze up on the first spin, when I finally got the game to play again after kicking off three times. Twice while loading the game, third time the thing kicked me off when I finally get it loaded up. It has already took $2 from me, and I haven't even got 1 spin done. After that it would either shut off or freeze up. Got to spin 4 times in an hour so I unimstalled it not worth the aggravation.

Worst app. Can't even play this on the web. Freezes up while spinning. Stays froze. Can not even exit the game. I literally have to soft reset my phone. (Hold power off 30 sec) so annoying. My phone even gets extremely hot during the frozen up phase. I really would love to play here more. But the whole drug out process just to play a game or even spin 2x in a row is just extremely exhausting. Please fix these issues. I can't be the only one.

The app all together is pretty good but customer service does not help here or on the web version. To do account verification which should be simple and easy, especially when other sites they're verification process is simple and easy with many more steps than high five, it's an absolute nightmare. The programming for automatic account verification does not work. They constantly have a backlog of problems they have yet to address so it takes them forever to get in contact with you

This would be a great app if it didn't glitch and freeze CONSTANTLY when you play with real money online. It's extremely frustrating and it effects your playing mood...big time!! And it doesn't matter how many times you restart it or uninstall and reinstall, it doesnt matter, game still freezes for long periods of time n messes the game up. Last thing is the rewards (daily) are too low. It's that important and effective that I'm rating it a 1.

Overall, the app is decent, but the customer support is unhelpful both here and on the website. Account verification, a typically straightforward process that's even easier on other sites with more steps, is excruciatingly difficult here. The automated verification system is dysfunctional. They're always behind on addressing issues, resulting in a delayed response when trying to contact them.👍

It's a ok app. I like that there are always new games to try. Pros it does actually pay out and most games are fun to play. Customer service was quick and effective Cons: odds don't seem to add up 100 spins+ no bonus unless your in the upper tiers where u can do things if cash into app. When your playing on low bets you'll be hitting very little or nothing or make it seem like something coming like bonus popping alot but missing it by an reel.
