Loved the game when i first downloaded it about 2 or 3 months ago. So many changes have been made to the app developers benefit. They are money hungry and are constantly ripping us off of our energy to play. First the collections being changed to only 30 energy (which are impossible to collect all items needed in the first place) and now the amount of energy taken just to play ONCE. Anything to get you to buy more energy with real cash. So dissapointed. Uninstalling

I am mildly obsessed...moreso obsessed! However, I wish that there were more options for the hotel "decor". Also, the "Daily Spin" occurs once I use an energy to find the hidden objects, causing me to NEVER be able to claim my spin coins!!!! I always have to exit (X) in order to continue, and am not able to spin again. Basically, the "Daily Spin" is a waste on my end. Nevertheless, Hidden Hotel is a great app, making it HIGHLY addictive 😉👍

I like the scenes. They are very clever. The story line, however, is boring and poorly written and you have to spend too many hard-earned stars on the story line and hardly any on the renovation. The renovation is the whole reason I downloaded this game. Also, in some of the scenes one of the objects isn't in the scene. When you use the lantern it circles the spot and there's nothing there. This game is more annoying than fun, so I'm deleting it.

Do not download!! I LOVED this game and the way it allowed you to play the levels and scenes you wanted, when you wanted. You could see your progress on each level, and even replay completed scenes for extra coins! This new update is AWFUL. It's like they got a new developer and decided to copy the format for standard, boring level games. The old version by WhaleApps was unique and creative. Now it's just BASIC AF. Deleting now.

I absolutely HATE your new changes! Why change a great game?? Awful adding a match 3 game. Hotel is my favorite all-time game of any kind. I had it a few years ago, and had got through all levels and had to wait for new levels to be developed, but then an update wouldn't download the game so I eventually uninstalled it. So glad it's working again. I see some "rooms" have been changed, but I like them. Kudos to the illustrators for such beautiful artwork.

I really enjoy this game when I just want to do something mindless. It's easy and fun. They only thing I really dont like is how long it takes to get a star and the consistency of points. My lives can be full and I still can't get a full single star. Sometimes I will find things with a full 10X and I'll get 10 points, sometimes more, sometimes less. Kinda frustrating. Although fun, it takes a long time to really get far in the game.

I enjoy this game. Love the story, Really love to decorate! My problem is my eye sight isn't what it use to be. ( Oh, the ravages of time😁) Even with my glasses & the zoom option, I can't get very far, because it takes me to long to find the ojects. Maybe offer a handicap option for the visually impaired! Maybe for a small fee, so everyone can enjoy! Thanks 😊

While this game is really, really fun, there are a lot of things that make it extremely frustrating. The first and most frustrating thing is energy. It takes too much energy to play each area for what you are given. it is also hard to get more unless you are willing to pay to play. The waiting for energy to refill takes way too long. Another thing is the stars you have to collect take waaaay to long to fill. I think I will stick to Gardenscapes or Homescapes sinve this is exactly the same. sorry

awesome way to waste time. I throughly enjoy the storyline so far, who doesn't love a little mystery? I love the hidden object aspect, although sometimes some items I have no clue what they are. Maybe we can hold the word and it'll show us what were looking for? They energy is the most dreadful part, it takes forever and you utilize a lot in one round. Overall though it's a great game. (:

I like this game, but it KEEPS GLITCHING. The free stuff keeps glitching. If I'm unlucky and can't finish a game up in time, I can't press the "free ad" option because the game freezes up for more time. I can't even bit "Leave" so I have to exit out of the game and go back so I can use the buttons but this only works a few times and then I have to do it again till I'm annoyed and exit the app. Can you please fix this? This has been an ongoing issue for months.

i love this game! been playing for over a month, maybe two.. however, for some reason today anytime i go into a scene, the game crashes after i find a few things. and when i reload it, the energy spent on the scene isnt given back to me like it was before anytime it crashed randomly.. maybe a new bug or something? might wanna push an update soon guys!

I like that it loads fast and the puzzles are semi hard because they aren't a hundred percent the same. The selections for decorations are awful. I would give it 5 stars but it keeps on glitching on me. I am playing the game and then it just closes on me so I lose the energy and the star that I would have gotten. If this keeps on happening I will delete it. :(

I'm really enjoying this game except for one major problem: in several scenes the word used for an item is incorrect. In the scene under the bed, it askes for a thimble but wants a clothespin. In the scene with the room with the bookshelves, it asks for a hockey stick but wants a golf club. There are several more examples which make an otherwise excellent game extremely frustrating. Edit: no?? You literally can do that yourself? How lazy! Also I have to watch ads x2 or 3 to get the rewards!!

The game doesn't give you nearly enough energy points, I can only get about 2 stars before I run out of energy and then I cant do much game play with that. They need to give the player more energy, make stars fill up faster or refill the energy bar faster, it takes forever to fill. Other than that it's a really fun game, I just want to be able to play it for longer.

I'm kind of annoyed with the last few updates. First of all, each collection has a max of 30 energy points. Why would you just randomly devalue it? Second of all, you can only get 10 coins from each game; you used to be able to get 20 or maybe 30. And lastly, even the recently unlocked scenes are really hard. I used to be able to finish the star in 5 rounds, now I have to refill my energy just to do a 0/10 star scene. It's less fun!

I am deleting the game as we speak. It is taking forever to complete a star ( yes! even in the beginning of the game) , they changed all the combination and rewards, it used to be 110 energy and coins and now it's not even worth mentioning. I had coins and stars and combination/energy packs and I lost everything! thank you for getting me off my game addiction. keep up the good work !

I actually really enjoy this game. It has challenging rooms and changes things up pretty often. The backstory is interesting as well. Unfortunately, I have progressed to day 32 but have been unable to move forward. My task list has been "coming soon" for over 2 weeks and I can no longer progress in the game. I have submitted multiple reports via the in game trouble center to no avail. I love the game but am frustrated that I am unable to continue.

The app has been Freezing as the gates open up at the start of the game. The support team for the Hidden Hotel are Amazing!! They are definitely responsive and there when you need assistance. I am so grateful!! Keep up the Excellent work in helping those of us that play the game!! It's still messing up when I the gate starts to open it'll Freeze ❄️⛄ Game continues to Freeze I Emailed in regards to the issue and never heard back.

Response to Developer-I wouldn't call them improvements, more like nails in a coffin.- I've played this almost since the beginning. I haven't had it since I got a different phone back in 2022. I remembered it today, and re-downloaded. Wow, has it changed..ALOT. Where's all the unlocked scenes? The parrot? Why are there so many options to play ads? The game used to be really fun, and used to be one of my favs, but all the changes are terrible. My time with this game is over.

This hidden hotel game is my favorite. The reason for 1 star is because after almost 7 months, I still can't renovate the remaining locked levels because the developers are "working" on new stories. I thought after 7 months something would be done. Unfortunately, it's time to uninstall and give up. I'm going to use up all of my coins and say forget it. I'll find another one that doesn't take so long to continue
