I must have gotten a virus or I was messed with because I never put this app onto my phone. This app has done nothing but caused problems. It stops me from changing my settings and it spys on personal information. I have had to change phones and phone companies 3 times now. Next is law enforcement.

Gingerbread era app UI design makes me smile. It's own niche. There is a charm that only a person that appreciates it for the nostalgia. GBUI is the 8-Bit Art of phones.

if you have a Galaxy s23 or newer phone this will no longer work because the latest UI update has blocked almost every application in this app.

I downloaded 15 apps trying to remove a 10212 app bug and nothing worked. Downloaded this opened my battery settings through the app boom 10212 gone and it now shows apps running it didnt before. Thanx!

Good app. Used it to tweak radio (band maps) settings and disable phone radio in sensitive areas, but it looks like the last security update from Motorola neutered the app.

Just based on the reviews alone I'm giving it one star. I didn't even download it. I can't understand how Google Play allows BS apps that do nothing but mess up your phone. It should be required to have a step be step tutorial on how to work each and every function possible within the app itself. A "how to" given for whatever kind of device you are using. It would stop a lot of confusion and poor reviews if people knew how to use it properly.

For those of you that destroyed your radio baseband there is a cure..... its not simple but let me try and explain. Your radio baseband is usually locked and unchangeable if you happen to break it by flipping a switch or the press of a button your just dumb or a scientist doing experiments. You will need a few tools and mainly the original dumped rom image from a good phone and one that includes the radio files as well. Android dev kit freely available online from you guessed it.... Google. Backup important data and be prepared. have a PC, USB cable and xda dev open. Research your phone and if you have a decent phone some info will be available to repair your self inflicted damage. Knives are tools too just like this app. Stop cutting your self and learn how to use it properly or they even better don't touch things if you have no inclination of what it will do. You broke it, fix it or pay some one for your stupidity and have them fix it for you. Either way your probably in over your head so getting a pro to do it will teach you a valuable lesson. If you take exception to any of this then like another gentleman said get a flippy phone so you can't break your hardware software configurations. Oh and those are written by engineers and competer programming experts. If your not them leave it alone. Thanks for the laughs everyone. Miketec out

it would be great if it had somepointers and exbrief explanation of certain options . Unresponsive it seemed , then responded when it wanted to. Other than that it was good.

This app is the best I have found for changing radio and network settings out there. If you got a Verizon handset this is the easiest and possibly only way to access these settings. I've used it on my last 8 phones....AWESOME

Easy to use. It's my favorite hidden settings app. Let's you see and do more. Would be great if the activities had better descriptions instead of just launch and see what happens.

This did nothing to help show the hidden "network mode" option missing within my "mobile networks" menu. It's still missing, I'm looking to disable 5G and this app was supposed to help do the trick, but it's a fail.

I only use it to change my network settings, and it does it well. But the other settings don't do much. And this app helped when I first got this phone, it wasn't getting LTE. I just went into this app and changed it, and it works great now.

Interesting app. I have a lot of the settings in other apps but one or two I don't have. Could prove useful but could be bad if people don't understand what they are doing too. It's a good app though and needed really but as the Dev says don't edit stuff you don't understand as some of the settings (not all) should be hidden from most people. Nice app Dev , just wish I had found this a few years back now

Okay the app has great potential, but because the developer didn't really explain how it works or gave any details, every setting I try to open just closes unless it runs a script in the background but I didn't see any changes, it seemed you had a great idea but you also have no working knowledge of what's supposed to happen

Settings-about phone- software info- press build number several times (Galaxy a10e it's 5-7 times, all phones have a different amount) YOURE WELCOME, there's only one hidden menu that can affect your phone in a dramatic way good or bad if you don't know what you're pressing, however it's the first step in Rooting, just press the unlock OEM button to activate the bootloader (generally it's holding power & vol up) on startup. Regardless I just saved the unknowing about 20-30 MB.

It was amazing, my phone has a radio function that was set to off by default, and in settings I couldn't turn it on, or do anything related to anything but basic wireless stuff (wifi Bluetooth and the sort) so this have me the option to turn it on, I was a bit disappointed when I found out that about half the links don't work, I assume it's cause my phone doesn't have a screen or options for those?

I use this app to turn my radio connection off and on, (kind of like a modem reset) when my internet connection seems unstable; (videos buffering for inordinately long time). It seems to help, although I'm not very tech-savvy so I can't claim 100% that is why I sense performance improvement. I haven't noticed any issues with it affecting my phone's functionality. I appreciate developers giving me options that the phone manufacturer (and G**gle) don't. Thanks!

It's very simple. This app allows you to change settings that have been hidden by your carrier or device manufacturer. I used it to change the network mode to LTE Only so my phone doesn't go onto marginal 1x signals. To the people who don't live in the USA and selected an option called "USA Band", what exactly did you think was gonna happen? And did it occur to you that the reason nothing was selected there before is because this setting is deprecated and shouldn't be touched?

This app is dangerous. There's absolutely nothing in the UI that attempts to explain what the entries are, not even a package or class name. I tapped a setting looking for more information, and it popped up a message telling me "setting changed!" No prompt or anything. Six entries in a row that all have the same title, it's like pushing buttons in the dark. Very dangerous for a beginner, deceptively hazardous for an intermediate, and useless to an expert.

I use this app primarily to switch between 3g and 4g. Verizon's 4g network goes down a lot where I am. My phone doesn't automatically switch to 3g when there's no 4g. It just searches and searches for 4g, never finding anything. This app has helped me get a connection to the internet so many times that I've lost count. Easily one of the most useful apps for me on the play store. Also one of the reasons I've stuck with Android for so long. Simple, easy to use, lightweight. It's fantastic. Try it!
