The only setting it shows for my device (Moondrop Sparks) is "Disconnect". Where is the equalizer?

Stability improved a lot in the latest versions and now works fine with my W3 and W5.

Oh the low ratings were right lol horrific app, can't find my Sparks and needs device location permission at all times apparently. Also asked for developer options enabled to EQ over Bluetooth.

Like its not enough that it already has so few options compared to the competition, now you had to cripple it even more by removing the display of the bitrate on LDAC in the jan. 6 update.

So far so good. Works well with my W3 II. I would like to see the streaming rate like on the qudelix K5. And some more EQ options would be great.

Frequent crashes, often fails to detect my w3 II, won't let me update the firmware, and the settings menu for the w3 II simply doesn't load.

The app is great for accessing additional configuration of Hiby W3, but I wish it had a widget, or at least a line in the notification drop down menu for controlling the volume, the same as iBasso DC series devices.

Doesn't have enough proper translation to English. Does not need access to my location whatsoever... And aside from the EQ there's nothing for this app to do at all even the EQ is extremely basic... Can't even figure out how to use it to update firmware if need be...

Settings are terrible. No option to stop for random fading volume in and out throughout song. Also no option for increase in smaller volume increments. The volume change is too large.

Yep, another garbage app from HiBy. All these apps are pointless when HiBy provide zero support for their devices and just stop supporting with firmware updates to fix the HUGE amount of problems with their players. Garbage.

What's with needing constant access to my location just for Bluetooth use.. Their is no need for that access, you won't even allow the app to run with location access only while running the app.. Was about to buy my first product from you, I am glad I tested the app first.. I don't like giving unneeded location access to companies In countries with privacy laws but their is no way I will give such access to a China CCP controlled company.. I will now be looking at other companies ..

App does not connect to r6 pro from a samsung note 10. Odd that a company producing such a nice dac amp cant get supporting software right. Hopefully in time, this is rectified. The idea of keeping the r6 pro stationary as a dac to my main amp and controlling via phone is very appealing.

The touch screen pad part of the software does not work on my Note 10, I have to keep tapping to use the features, its annoying. Also update keep failing even when I tried with the SD card removed. Not very good, thinking of returning the product.

Compared to the es100 the software is lacking. Overall the features seem limited and the equaliser doesn't apply system wide. Hoping future updates bring it in line with the competition as the hardware itself is better.

Useful, but could benefit from some additional options. For example, there could be an option for the receiver to report its battery status and what it's connected to over headphones after turning on. It could say "Connected to X device. Battery at Y percent" An option to automatically power off after a set amount one of inactivity (no audio) could be helpful also.
