Downloaded the app recently and it won't let me go in and see the content. It constantly says it doesn't recognize my device and sees me as a bot. It continues by saying that I can fix this by checking my browser's permissions to allow cookies. But as you can see this is the app and not the website on my browser. Unbelievable.

Great app, easy to find new shoes, outfits ect. And I love how easy it is to enter their raffles.

Terrible. Can't even browse and look for something specific. If I verify that I am, in fact, a human and not a bot, I shouldn't have to verify it again every five seconds. And then eventually it'll just hang on the verification page at which point I have to close and reopen the app and start all over again...until it asks me again if I'm a human. Awful experience.

Im more successful winning raffles on here than Champs or Footlocker. They have more stores close by me than either of them as well. You can rack up online order discounts on the mobile app and can pick up in store the same day.

Only won 2 raffles. App lags slower than others. Easy to find what I'm looking for. Love the rewards program.

Terrible experience been a member for years made many purchases never once won a raffle I browse but never purchase not like other apps you actually have a chance of winning a raffle but your raffle it's never enough product to win when your sending stores one pair of each size

Overall easy to use, sometimes refreshes itself and I lose my spot looking at items. Easy to get back where I was though. Also very easy to purchase through.

On release day of sneakers I've never had a simple transaction. No problem charging my card, but always a problem with actually PLACING MY ORDER. And by the time things get resolved - shoes are out of stock in my size. Today's attempt J11 Space Jam was my last time using this company for any purchases. Plus, received used sneakers (suppose to be new) yesterday that were poorly packaged. Now I get to waste my time and gas to return them and lucky me I get a 10% discount I'll never use.

Online service is bad, this is the third order that somehow won't process. Has been processing for 6 days now. Didn't take my debit card that long to process. Will be returning as soon as I receive it (if I ever receive it) ..update: app has somehow managed to have gotten worse. I'm done with hibbet, city gear, jd sports whatever the hell they are now they are trash and i don't expect them to last much longer

Always makes me verify I'm "not a bot" when I'm trying to purchase a new release. By the time I verify, the item in my cart is all sold out. Never have this problem with foot locker, which is where I was actually able to make my purchase.

I just want to shop in peace, but the app constantly detecting me as a "bot" and making me press and hold is beyond frustrating. Like do yall want my money or not? Because now we are back to the same issues as a few months back where I can't even access the app even though I have verified that I'm human. Its beyond frustrating. Especially when my local store doesn't have what I'm looking for. However, when the app does want to work, it works well. Just not often, nor consistently.

Unreliable. The app has a lot of issues that need to be addressed! 1. Everything I enter a raffle, or attempt to, the very next day it shows that I have not registered at all! 2. I try to add things to my cart and there is always a issue with doing so. 3. The human verification process is a pain as it always comes up and then gets stuck on the page.

Ever since the update I have not been able to make purchases! I can't add anything to my cart, enter raffles, or anything other than looking at the items. It is very frustrating and I've tried to contact the customer service through email and nothing! I've uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, I've changed phones even and still nothing

App has been crashing the past week. At first, it kept telling me I was a bot every time I MANUALLY TYPED IN MY CREDENTIALS. Now it's not even doing that. I can not access anything. The pages will not load at all. This is annoying and frustrating. The website is also down. Update: This is the absolute WORST PLATFORM to shop and has been one of the WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCES I've EVER had. Inventory count is wrong, and the site obviously added an incorrect address to my order bc it was returned!!

I used to love this app but it seems like the developers cant keep up. It is becoming way too buggy and frustrating to use!!!! Either Im always getting logged out, or constantly having to verify being human (which usually makes it stick on that screen indefinitely and the only remedy is to uninstall and reinstall), or doesnt update on real time if a shoe or size is not available. This app is becoming trash!!! Please address functionality issues or unfortunately youve forever lost a fan/customer.

It's just like every other sneaker shopping app, it's only good for looking at shoes that you won't get (a digital look book) lol. It doesn't update like it's supposed to, it logs you out during raffles or shows you as not participating canceling entries, it randomly deletes information when attempting to make purchases. You know the usual. I would love to say that it works 80% of the time or even 50% but that's not the case and I hate that because I do love the layout but that's about it

The site (not app) has a tendency to crash and have a lot of problems in my experience. The app seems to be a lot more simple and reliable. It's easy to navigate. Checkout is a breeze. And great selection and quality overall. I do wish they would fix their online site. Maybe get a different provider. I was really tired of the issues with the site. But again the APP itself has yet to give me any problems.

This app frustrates me with the "press and hold" feature. I already clicked the box to verify I'm human, and then I can't purchase it because I have to press and hold to verify again. I've missed out on a lot of releases due to this. If you're going to have the feature, get a feature that works. It's extremely frustrating! 2 stars cuz when it works, it works, but this needs to be corrected on the app and website.

The app, just like the website, is unfortunately completely useless. All it does is present a bot detection page, and the 'button' to press never appears. This is the same regardless of whether using the website via chrome, or the app on a stock pixel 6 pro. This problem is NOT new, but has now gotten to the point I don't see a workaround - you're losing customers due to bad developers.

I 🩵 Hibbett- great selection and styles. App has def improved BUT still lacks common search/sort features like: Sort by Brand (um hello?). Price ranges should be like "$50 and under" (not actual ranges lol). Material Filter is a must (cotton, leather etc). But I do give MAJOR points for the "all kids" search; hate searching separately. Last, enough with the "prove you're not a bot" garbage. Its disruptive. Having to repeatedly reassure the app that I'm human is way too high maintenance
