I gave this game 5 stars back when I first joined in 2016 I had the same account since then I haven't played in a year I tried logging in says my account no longer exists! I spent money on this game and I had so much time into it and theres no way I could even get the same dogs back! Not playing anytime soon I'm not happy with this at all I've even seen other peoples comments of how their accounts have been deleted as well and that the game as been reset?!?! That's not fair to anyone of us ! :(

The game is very cute and all the puppies are to but there is not much done in this game.. and its lacking more instructions on tutorials on how to do things beside feed the puppy and play catch with it.. there is alot more to be done and you need to add more breeds..

Great, until I realized unless I have or use Mobile data the game refuses to lose. It stays on 0 percent then closes. I'm not sure if it's a just me problem, I know it's not something that happens on the other game just this one.

Bought bones, had vip, adoption passes etc. Suddenly the game stops working and I can't log into my account because it doesnt exist or something. I've lost all my game data, and all the money I spent is wasted. I wish my avcount could be fixed until then... I'm seriously upset.

I really like this game lol it can get buggy sometimes but the overall quality is good! my only suggestions are to give us more chances to earn locked bones and lower prices for some clothing items. Other than that I have nothing to really complain about ^.^

Great game It's nice and cute puppies on the game so if you want a fun game to play that has dogs and puppies this is the one. Also there's some big issues with the game we can't collect out coins from our future we put on date requests and some and we can't login to the daily chart please fix the big issues

I love everything about this game! Believe it or not, this was my VERY first game to download, and oh boy did I make the right desicion. This was like my childhood game, For example like Pokemon.. Best game I've ever invested my time in. I tried both hi puppies 1 and hi kitties 1, and I just didn't like those, but the format of this is amazing. If they made a hi kitties 2 with the format of hi puppies 2, but cats instead, I'd definitely invest my time into that too. I hope it happens. And if they added Corgis? I would have given this game twenty stars, corgis are amazing. Until then, my friends. :>

My experience is great! I'm saying is because I'm continuing to play. It's a really fun game I recommend it highly !! you get cool dog breeds to choose from and you get to watch them grow and breed it's truly the cutest and a fun game to socialize and make good friends as well!:))

Great game but after the server reset I lost everything, which I only discovered a couple weeks back. I spent money for bones and was VIP2 on my main account. I haven't gotten any replies to my request to have this rectified. Honestly, I don't care for the bones, what I want back is my VIP2 title! Sad that they've practically given up on helping users and customers.

Hey uh? Please fix the bugs where when you feed your dog and give it water, and wash it. The thing resets and you have to keep refeeding them and washing. I'm spending unnecessary coins only for my dogs needs to be empty. Please fix the bugs. 2024 and you can't get into either of the games ^^

I absolutely LOVE this game. I love it so much, I literally cried when I realized I couldn't play it on my Iphone anymore because it's not in the Applestore. Luckily for me, I found a way to play andriod games on the computer so I can play it again! I think this is the best out of Hi! Puppies 1, and Hi! Kitties. The graphics are much better, and there is a lot less inappropriate role playing going on. Too be honest, I haven't seen any roleplay or pictures that are inappropriate like in Hi! Puppies 1 and Hi! KItties. I would definitely recommend this game. The only problems are a few scammers, but there are bound to be some in a game like this.

Won't let me download the game again! I had the game and had loads of progress and then deleted the game because I thought it wasn't working turns out my Internet was just turned off. Turned in on check my Internet all good and when I try and download it again it keeps saying it can't without giving me reason and gives me the link to the help center. Really like the game and want my progress back.

I play Hi puppies 1 and I had to get a new phone. When I tried to enter my password it said it wasn't correct. I have emailed them 4 times with no response. I have a alot of time and money in this game. And they haven't updated the game for 2 years. But they have updated Hi puppies 2 this year. I would really appreciate some help with this problem. Especially since when I was playing they still take are money. NINA

We r glad that u r working on this game again but that update came with a lot of bugs we can't upload pictures without crashing and the Pawprint Eff was taken away from our dogs :/ please fix this

This is a great and addictive game, but there are a few things I would like to have improved. 1. Less lagging 2. Less struggling to earn bones and money and making things a little cheaper. 3. More dog breeds. 4. I think a really cool idea would be an animal shelter where dogs can be adopted.5. The microphone for training should improve. But excepting that, I think the creators have done a great job and and a better version of Hi! Puppies 1.

App is full of glitches.. you can't see who is in the park, mic won't work.. (for training dogs), not being updated regularly as it should, now my game won't load past 80% after trying to make a new account and it's annoying! Pls fix this!

I used to play this game when I was younger. To relive old memories, I downloaded it and tried to play again. Unfortunately, the loading bar was frozen at %0. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, as well as checking internet connection, but the loading bar wouldn't budge. I see a few other recent reviews mentioning the same problem. I really hope this issue can be resolved. Thank you.

My account got deleted, that's why it wasn't loading all the way. I stopped playing for a while and went back and tried didn't work. So, I had to start over.. I lost some rare dogs. XYgames, if you're reading this can you add back wolfdogs, bichons, and shinsukes? I miss those dog breeds. Maybe even add new ones, if you feel ambitious enough. Mix it up.

After 2 years since the reset it seems like nothing much has changed, (edit: park works but microphone doesnt) still since then. I've outgrown the game but it has given me nostalgia so thank you for that :) feels like a cash grab a bit though.. could just be me... I can see how it can be enjoyable for players still but alot of the old players including me before the reset seemed to have abandoned the game 😅 hi puppies isn't the same anymore back then in that golden span of time, just a memory.
