First time I used it, it took my payment but I didn't receive any confirmation email. When I contacted the support team via email, no reply. Called them and they couldn't find my booking. I was forced to buy tickets at the station which was more expensive. Tried booking more tickets for another journey. Now the payment doesn't even go through. Shocking customer service and technology. Vision 2030? More like Vision Middle Ages.

This Applicatio never worked on Android.I always use brower for booking. Kindly Hire Smart IT company. The company who developed this website probably has no experience in the development of dynamic applications

I booked 8 tickets entering names had so glitches all u do is delete previous incorrect spelling till you are done.If u are trying to change dates or years like 1948 instead of scrolling back each month to get to previous year just see small tab on top that will drop all the years easy to choose. Just have a bit of patience.Make all your info is handy so save time.I booked 4 tickets at a time to beat the timer

I spend a lot of time trying to book and I got errors errors errors every where! End up just wasting time and I couldn't even complete the booking!! It's not working just wasting people's time...

After login app started to give error message app is under maintenance. I deleted it and installed it again and after few minutes same problem came back. I sent error message to support team but no reply. That's weird

Critical bugs, I made reservation from Maddinah to Meccah (and I am sure of my selection and have screenshot) but the ticket issued from meccah to maddinah, and I had to cancel it and lose SR75 Many other bugs in changing app language, each time you search some wrong trips appear with wrong prices with error when trying to reserve it Errors in caculation of payment difference when trying to change ticket I lost SR75 due to these bugs, plz test the mentioned cases and you'll find many crit

Lot of problem it says app is temporarily facing problems. I have downloaded I have booked the tickets but not able to view and I have not received mail and sms too. It's horrible I have not received my refund too. If u modified the ticket u need to pay again . Something has to be done otherwise we are losing money and time.

It is so easy to use, once account has made you can book, pay and have your ticket easily. Unfortunately what is so hard is the apps keep closing, it will give u statement "under maintenance". I had to uninstall and install it again, do it couple times before i successfully book my ticket. Kindly do better

Horrible application. Fails a lot, shows wrong data, wrong prices at the beginning and at the end of the transactions. It took money and failed to generate a booking reference and failed to generate tickets at the end. This is ridiculous. Customer support never answers the phone even though I called them several times from a local Saudi number. No replies to emails.

Rubbish application and Rubbish service the application keeps freezing and crashes. It's like you got a 12 year old to make the application. Even though a 4 year old can do better. The app needs developing the organisation needs to spend the money in the right place. You can spend billions on infrastructure but a cheap team to produce application. Top it off the prices are ridiculous. Saudi arabia customs support is so bad in every field. No basic communication and resolution.

I'm really disappointed with my experience using this app. I booked a trip and was charged, but the ticket was never issued, and it doesn't show up in the app. Be cautious when using this service as it seems unreliable in handling transactions.
