HHAeXchange+ provides a simple, fast, and secure mobile experience to connect caregivers with homecare agencies or self-directed employers. To satisfy the 21st Century Cures Act requirement, this app will only record a caregiver’s location when they clock-in and clock-out.

HHAeXchange+ has three modes:

-- Agency mode, for caregivers employed by homecare agencies
-- Self-Direction mode, for family and friends serving as caregivers
-- Care Insights mode, for payers that need member-related questions answered and recorded

Agency mode for homecare empowers caregivers to:

-- Clock in and clock out with location services or FOB
-- Manage their schedule on-the-go
-- Create unscheduled visits
-- Record plan of care duties
-- Conduct skilled or non-skilled visits
-- View member information like demographics, plan of care tasks, or get directions to the member’s home
-- Communicate with agencies in real-time through the Two-Way Chat Message Center

Self-Direction mode allows caregivers to:

-- Start and end a shift
-- View consumer information

Care Insights mode allows caregivers to:

-- Provide responses to member-related health and environment questions
-- Proactively monitor member health
-- Measure against the progress on a specific plan of care to improve member outcomes

Late clocking in because I had to update this stupid app!!! EVERY TIME I update this app I have to delete other apps off my phone, this is ridiculous and inconvenient!!!! This is a horrible app. After all the updates it still isn't accurate. I'm literally in the client's house sitting next to my client with my phone in hand while clocking in and it says I'm 127 feet away, and the next day it's 153 feet away.

New app. But cannot exit out after going on. What's the problem? Have to restart my phone. Your app stays on my phone and I can't use it

Great app but if the client lives in the boonies, well Internet is slow and you have get started early trying to clock in. But the map uses a approximate area of the home location.

Tried downloading yet it's "Pending" 45 minutes still not downloaded UPDATE Finally downloaded. Updated. Still doesn't work correctly freezes doesnt connect takes forever to loen this app is so much wk for nothing but stress inducing. ... WISH I COULD GIVE THE APP. A. NEGATI E 5 STARS ITS THIS BAD

I don't care for this app it don't work haft the time or should I say most of the time I'm having to call in so I can get clocked in because this app is not working and it do its job . Need a new app for the ☼

Update: Lately this app has been good! Unfortunately, when I edit my time to clock in or out for missed punches, my supervisor doesn't get it on her end! I wish I could give this app a negative -☆ because this app has caused issues with clocking in and trying to update uninstall and reinstall and now it won't install at all....got me thinking it's something wrong with my phone and it's the app..smh. This is unacceptable for us to use as a clock-in method...this is messing with my livelihood!

UPDATE: Thank you so much app is trying to do better!! Sometimes it still says I'm in the wrong location but it is doing much better. Awful can't clock in or out only 1 full week out 2 half way worked

This app is very glitchy and takes forever to get logged in and out. And it makes you get off the app and log completely back in just to switch between clients. So if you have to clock out at say 10am for one client and clock back in for the next at 10am, because they are in the same house, you lose time because it makes you swipe off the app and you have to sign back in and it just swirls and takes 3-5 minutes to sign in and out. * Update* Now it logs you out all on its own. Hate this app!

If I could rate this garbage app less than one star I would. Since my employer switched to this app it's been nothing but trouble. It takes forever to load, lags, many times won't load my schedule or the client information. I've complained about it and am constantly just told to uninstall and reinstall. The previous evv app we used was never so buggy. This ridiculous app honestly has me considering seeking other employment. No app or tool should be this much trouble.

I have the app and went through all the steps. Everything came out well, and I did an update and know I go to schedule, but I don't have any of the clients, so I can't clock in or out. I do a search, and it says server error, and my client doesn't come up.

Went from "working" bad to "no schedule" worse. Have to be sure to open the app well before clock in time if I want to clock in before the late mark. I open the app, log in, then loading, loading, and loading, just to get a screen saying nothing scheduled. Have to close the app, force close most times cause it says still logged in, and try again. If that doesn't work, have to turn on airplane mode to "restart" my phone to try again. I've opened the app at 7:56 to try and not get thru till 8:03.

Stressful form of tracking us. Someone should be tracking the company that was paid to develop it. In the 20+ years of service, I have never been more exhausted with doing a job and reporting my time. What baffles me is why even change a system that wasn't broken. I un-installed to clock in and can NEVER clock out. I upgraded the app, rebooted my phone, and cant see my clients at all. ANGRY!!!!!

Most complicated app I've tried to use. Having issues clocking in and out which is bad because my paycheck depends on this app. Also cannot edit my visit when the app glitched and clocked me out after only a minute. I clocked in again and now cannot clock out which will be a hassle for my employer. Needs to be simplified with clear clock in/out button.

My company moved to this app recently. This is day 2 using it! For how long it loads for me it takes forever. When I open the app the page pops up white and it never loads, it takes me like over 5 or 10 times open and close the app until the login page finally loads so I can clock in. I don't even know if I'm clocking in and out is going through correctly. Maybe it just me having this issue but this app needs to be updated or something. I shouldn't be stuck on a blank white screen.

This is not acceptable at all. I've had absolutely no luck with the app. My family depends on my income, so not being able to utilize the app at all has put us in extreme difficulties. I've attempted everything—troubleshooting, updating the app, etc. For the employers and caregivers, it's a major inconvenience and needless hassle.

Since October 11th, I've encountered significant challenges when trying to load my schedule on the app. Now, the app doesn't even allow me to manually input. Also, I attempt to view the visit history, I get an error messages, preventing me from accessing crucial information.I updated and reinstalled app but fixes it temporarily, before same issues occur after 1 successful entry. Now I continuously uninstall/reinstall to log entries all day long. No response from support since Oct 11th

If it were possible, I'd give this app 0 stars. After recently switching to it at the beginning of the month, it has not worked properly a single day. This app never launches properly, the map screen has a seizure every time you try to clock in and out, and sometimes your client even disappears from the list which requires trying to log in multiple times. To sum it all up, this app is horrible and the designer should consider a change of career.

Something always goes wrong, at least once a week. Today, I clocked in & it said error & to clock in again. I did that, and then the icon popped up, showing 2 visits currently in progress. I informed my supervisor & she didn't see me even clocked in. Please fix it!!! Updated from last review. It still takes forever to clock in & out. There's no update. I just leave note stating what times I worked.

At first, it took ssssooo long to log in! It would only give me a white screen. I had to keep attempting to login for about 20-30 mins at one time. When is give up, I had to call my employer to manually clock me in and sent screenshots to prove I wasn't lying about it. After the first mth, it's running a little smoother. Sometimes the connection takes a while to clock in/ out. What I would suggest as an upgrade to the app, REMOVE the CLOCK OUT from the bottom of the screen after we click it!

Terrible app to use to clock in and out. I have constant issues with it, if it's not taking FOREVER to load, then I'm getting error messages. Or it loads and doesn't show the client info making it difficult to clock in or out. It is super slow and when I try to log in using my fingerprint, it doesn't recognize me. If it weren't for the fact that my employer uses it, I'd delete it.
