This company is getting too greedy with all the micro transactions to get even decent stuff. Updated review to lower rating. This in response to condisinding tone of response. I have played this game for awhile, and I am a decent level. They don't put much change into the areas where a player may have an excess of that currency. Such as the soul stone shop. I have over 800k in soul stones but can't use it due that shop doesn't carry any items I need for my level. Complete cash grab now.

Sadly this game is on a downhill slide that looks more like an avalanche. Every new feature breaks more and more of the existing functions and the devs answer to that is raise the level cap and add more purchasable upgrades. I'm pretty sure they are just milking the whales for all they can before this game goes completely belly up.

Been playing this game for 5 years now and im over it. It's so money hungry and pay to win now its not funny. It used to be semi fair, but tgey addee skins that cost $170 AUD and now awakening monsters events you have to buy to use properly at $52 or $176 AUD, not to mention buying expensive tiers because they don't give you enough to actually reach the end or stuff you can't actually do because youve played so long. Unless you have literally thousands of $$$ to spend just to keep up, avoid.

This game was good a few years ago when I used to play. The game is so jammed up and cluttered with "sales" it's impossible to play the game. Even if you manage to see what's left of your screen the game crashes at least once ever 3 to 5 minutes. Complete trash avoid at all costs.

This game used to be fun but has changed for the worst. Too many bugs/glitches. Freezes at least 3-7 times a day and lately i cant seem to login. Used to be able to login normally but then i could only login with wifi even after purchasing new phone. Now cant seem to login at all. Going to try with tablet if i cant then i will be deleting game. Im only going to try because of how much money i spent but if i cant login then so be it.Ill just take theloss but i will not support any ucool games agn

Money grab JOB that sucks you in. Game currencies become useless after about lev 108 and only spending hundreds a month will keep you competitive. (They add pay content faster than you can afford to keep up with, for the average person) Thousands spent over the past 5 years or so and never felt more bored trying to keep relavent after so much investment. Investments become useless within weeks. Trust me, don't do it. Wish I could get a refund and quit because this has turned into a job.

MEGA pay2win, purely built as pay2win and unless you're going to buy season passes, multiple gem passes, and heroes you're screwed. You'll never place in rankings, you'll never catch anyone, you'll never reach top lvl after years (not even exaggerating) and impossible to progress. You'll see the gap increase on power grow so large you'll just give up. Not even worth a 1* rating

I've been playing this for a few years now. If something goes wrong they get on it immediately. However everything they fgoo now requires you to spend money. I can remember getting new heroes free every month and getting actual gifts during the holidays.

This app used to be good to play before September 2021! Now it's junk freezes up and kicks you off and takes more clicks to do things! The game was so much better before the big update last year! Now ucool doesn't care and takes your money and won't or don't fix problems! They don't compensate you for your time and their screw up! Game is trash any more!

Played the game for about 5 years. It became really bad P2W. Used to be events on holidays. You could spend some cash and get some good rewards. Now they are non stop. I will say a little money goes a long way in this game with gems. But, there's always more to buy, and it definitely gives you an advantage. Fun casual game. I stuck with it for forever because I put so much time and money into it. Haven't played in months. Probably never will again.

Quickly losing its appeal. Have been playing for years. And it has gotten ridiculous how much they have made it PAY to try to keep up. In order to be even slightly competitive i have spent several hundred dollars. At least once a month they put on events to entice more money out of us. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. sad that people will pay 100's a month to play any game. But if u want to compete it will take 1000's. CRIMINAL!

This is a pay to play game. You have to pay if you want to have any chance of winning. The payments are constant. Ucool keeps coming up with more things that you have to have to stay competitive. There is no actual gameplay or much strategy involved. Basically, whoever is willing to pay the most stays on top. The game feels like a list of chores that need to be done daily. There is no fun to be had in this game, just a boring tedious routine that you need to do every single day.

If I could leave ZERO stars I would. Game at one point was well worth the time and effort. Now its just a bottomless pit of spending to stay competitive which only benefits new players. Ucool has thrown the middle finger to old time players like myself who been around since 2014. The new awakening feature (which they ripped off from another game) has made it complete pay to play now. Skins while expensive was still beatable based on skill of using heroes to beat it. Just keep spending and you can hold rank without doing anything unless someone else who spends as much is around to fight you. For reference of how bad its become, in Grand Tournament I have seen 3 to 5 teams completely annihilate a lane of 800+ teams - yeah sure that's balance. Don't waste your time of eventually you will regret it as many of us have. SUPPORT - please do not lie, power is endless ONLY if you spend into new system that ruined my once powerful account from the old way prior to this.

(Edit: 09/12 p2w increased with update. New update 05/21. New feature only way to level up reasonably is to buy it. It will take at least a DECADE at free play to reach the highest levels.)The game has become extremely glitchy, with it crashing regularly on old game features. Game barely works with wifi on and has issues without wifi. It's like the game has reverted back to it's 1st month at launch. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON THIS GAME. It's almost as bad as an asset flip or scam game on Steam.

The longer this game goes the worse it gets. I retract my 4 stars to 1. Its now pay to progress. Not even pay to win. And the $$ required have become ludicrously high. I've had this game since just after release. The most recent updates make it near impossible to progress without spending lots and lots of $$. This game with not survive much longer.

No longer about strategy of improving heroes to get the best teams, now, no strategy, only how much you are willing to pay. It is no longer balanced and non paying players must gather items for a very long time to catch up with paying players. I played this game for years and used to loved it, however, Ucool reduced free items. The quest and most of challenges have not changed for a long time and not exciting anymore. I cannot see any reason for new players to join this game!

The game used to be good, but the developers, who likely hail from a country where quality is subjective, transformed it into a nightmare. Freezes, crashes, and unbalanced gameplay are now trademarks of this once decent pastime. But, oh the joy of experiencing their masterful handiwork! Every moment spent playing is a treasure trove of frustration and disappointment. If you're in the mood for a delightful journey of rage-quitting and throwing your phone across the room, then look no further!

When it started out it was a great game and was a lot of fun to play. A couple of years ago it went to a straight money grab. Don't bother starting it unless you're willing to spend thousands, yes, I said thousands, of dollars to be competitive. Ucool says you don't have to spend money to play and that's true but if you don't spend money expect your heroes to get destroyed by lower ranking players who did spend the money. 12/1/21 Edit: This game is getting worse with each new update. Each update gives you less and costs you more. It also introduces new bugs that Ucool may or may not fix. You should not start this game but if you have you should not send any more money to Ucool as they don't seem interested in improving the game, they just seem interested in getting your money.

The game was fun for awhile. But over time they kept getting greedier & greedier! They say "microtransactions", but has become Maximum Transactions! --- I could not recommend this game unless you want to spend $100-200 a month, and that's if you already leveled up. Losing friends on a weekly basis. -- Too bad, since the game itself if relatively decent.
