Pay to play...pay a lot...do not download unless you love to waste money. Guilds do not "protect" you from anything. I made the mistake of paying to improve my team to make the game easier and less time consuming. The result was that i had to face far harder opponents which makes you want to spend more to compete against them but if you do you just face even harder opponents. Not changing my opinion. This game is garbage.

I like the game but the only thing I hate about it is is that it always crashes. When I was playing the chicken dinner game I chose the middle chest that gave me 30 extra on top of the 30 so a total of 60 then I chose my heroes and all the sudden it says no pool and the ones that I chose disappear. Any events that they have on there if I'm battling out automatically get closed out and had to come back in and gets annoying.

I used to really like this game but now it has turned an impossible to play experience. First things first this game is so slow, honesty it takes weeks for me to level up even once and everything you need do to make progress is blocked by a level limit. So not only do you need to put your game to a grinding halt for the awful xp gain rate, everything you want need like leveling up heros or going on quests is impossible It's ridiculous! How can I have fun in this game when I cannot do anything expect play this constant grind for xp? Secondly the unfairness of the pvp. I swear every person in this game is max level or something. You'd be hard pressed to find any pvp match or crusade that is on your level half the time. I constantly gets players that are between 20-60 levels above me and I can't do anything about it and that's on EASY mode crusade, in the hard this 10x as worse. I can't progress because anything I do is blocked by a level cap or I simply cannot beat it. I went from fighting a level 45 with only blue hero to a level 80 with almost max purple heros, which mind you be are right next to each other. Lastly this game has become so pay to win and complicated. With a new hero coming out every month the balance of this game is thrown out the wall. Why try to nerf or buff the current characters instead making a new character every second?! I played this game for 3 years and I cannot name a single character, why? because their characters are the most boring things ever. All they do is add one special "new" ability while re using other element of the game just slightly differently. This constant stream of new heros coming out drains you of resources because who knows if that hero is any good your current team comp might just be unusable because your back line gets destroyed by the new characters ability that always one shots your heros. All these heros are beautiful female characters because sex sells well that all look the same. You could get rid of half of these characters and the game wouldn't change. Instead of trying to fix your game you guys just throw new heros a new way to buff your characters to try and hide the fact that this game has became so overly complicated. Oh but wait you can get this new hero to 6 starts right off the bat for only 100$ sweet deal right? No, its not stop trying to make me pay for this trash game. You cannot physically play game without hitting a menu that takes you to the pay to win shop. Not to mention the way people play this game. I cannot find a single match without the enemy team having 3-4 front line heros. The amount of times your back line mages just get randomly one shot by the other back line is stupid. Whats the point of using back line mages when a tank can survive getting one shot and still do similar amounts of damage.

This game is amazingly terrible! The most enjoyment I had in this game was when I went into the skins section and looked at all the "generously" cut down prices. You could be paying $2863 (not an exaggeration) for A SINGULAR CHARACTER SKIN, but for you, bucko, only a measly $99.99. I was playing the game just by pressing "go" on the main screen for pointless rewards, and I clicked on campaign to find that I had been accidentally skipping most of the main story. Amazing! 0/10

This game was waaay better when it came out is hard to see how game regress on fun rather than to evolve with it. I used to always wait for a new server to open up and try to be first now there's just so many features and feels like the developers are tying to implement alllllll the other games into this one as minigames so they can get a bigger player base, it's lost its essence and it feels soo complicated and theres so much to get done on other things that campaign seems not rewarding at all

I've been playing this game for the better part of 8 years... when I started, the game was balanced, and relatively fun. However, this game has turned in to pretty much a waste of memory on my phone. The developers have continued to add in pay to play features without providing any updates for free to play players to remain competitive, and weighed down the app so much that unless you have a gigabit internet connection you can't even open it.

Been playing this game for 6 years and it used to be fun. Constantly crashes and they'll keep telling you how it takes time to resolve the issues but they grab your money without delay. They want you to buy your way to the top. I just went up to level 141 but you must use fruit to level up each character.... which takes forever to get unless you buy them. UNINSTALLING

If I could leave ZERO stars I would. Game at one point was well worth the time and effort. Now its just a bottomless pit of spending to stay competitive which only benefits new players. Ucool has thrown the middle finger to old time players like myself who been around since 2014. The new awakening feature (which they ripped off from another game) has made it complete pay to play now. Skins while expensive was still beatable based on skill of using heroes to beat it. Just keep spending and you can hold rank without doing anything unless someone else who spends as much is around to fight you. For reference of how bad its become, in Grand Tournament I have seen 3 to 5 teams completely annihilate a lane of 800+ teams - yeah sure that's balance. Don't waste your time of eventually you will regret it as many of us have.

I have been playing is game for the past 6 years and it used to be fun...however as of late there have been many glitches and a ton of lag spikes. The lower levels progress quickly and are exciting but once you reach the higher levels you go nowhere unless you drop insane amounts of cash buying gems, skins, and crystals (making it extremely boring and expensive)...its not a game of skill, logic, or tactic as much as it is "he who spends the most wins". Rotten and disappointing to say the least.

Every update introduces more bugs than fixes. Game routinely freezes or crashes now. Bug reports I've submitted remain unaddressed 3+ updates later. The game was fun when I first started a couple months ago, and I thought it was worth spending a few bucks. But now it is virtually unplayable. I will not spend any more until all of my outstanding bug reports are fixed.

Okay so when I first started playing this game, I love it. It was simple and easy to play and it was just tons of fun to sit and get the characters upgraded. I stopped playing it for a while and recently started again and it's just way too much now like they added too much to it. The best event they made is the chicken dinner but that's going to end soon, and so the appeal of the game will lessen drastically. You should keep chicken dinner as a permanent addition.

Excellent game play. Like the graphics and leveling up process. The only thing I would change is the skill point system. Had to change my rating due to the last update. I am no longer able to play this game. I have uninstalled and reinstalled this game several times with no change. Every update has bugs and this last one cost ucool a customer. I can't even get on long enough to tell my guild what is going on. Extremely disappointed.

I'm hoping that this is a fair review to the developers. First it is a free game. Its easy to level up and there are freebies in the game if you look for them, especially as a beginner. Why I gave this 3 stars is the number of bugs in the game, how many times the app quits responding, etc which makes it difficult. Developers roll out updates consistently but each update has new issues. Please fix bugs.

I can understand and do enjoy the concept. However, for me what makes this a 1 star is the tower I make a choice and floor that is less than my number. Success, however, then I sould be able to drag and drop to the next number that is less than me. It doesn't let me it highlights the only choices to make. It happens to be the enemy that the number is higher then mine. Of course game over. Yes I did try different choices some worked, some didn't no matter the choice made.

Not sure what is going on, but with both wifi and data at full connection, the game is continually saying connecting, over and over again, then tells me connection lost retry to connect only to do it all over again. That said, I like the new stuff available, but fix the damn connectivity issues first. The game is becoming unplayable, and I've been at it for like 4 years, this is the worst it has been. Changing rating to 1 🌟

The game had some good qualitys, like the tower part. But what ended up happening was I had to face through my "heroes" battling practically by themselves while I just tap a SINGLE button every like 20 seconds. I got this game cus of the ads... and theres only a few times where you get to do the tower fights, it was very disappointing for me... and everybody else, because yes I read the ratings and I agree with them. I know your going to respond with, " dear player, the advertising's part of,etc

The game would be fun if it didn't crash and close every 30 seconds. This needs to be fixed ASAP! UPDATE: The game continued to freeze while playing, and when I tried the next day to load it, the App wouln't load at all. I deleted the game. I'm very impatient, and I actually tried to load it throughout the entire day. This is ridiculous. Fix the bugs, and maybe players will have a better experience.

I re downloaded the game after taking several years off and find that it's really hard to actually play when 80% of the time content won't load and I have to close the game numerous times. I've never had server issues with any other mobile game like the ones with HC. I really wanna play this game but I can't even enjoy it for more than a couple minutes without it freezing up.

Finally a game that is what they advertise. Well... Not entirely. The battles between the tower game are not that bad and run really well on auto. The game is getting tougher and challenging but there is one main issue I have. The game constantly crashes after so much progress. When you return to the map after a while, you can't advance. Closing the game and restarting fixes the issue. I am ver appreciative that there are no ads. Please fix the crashing and I'll consider increasing score

The information window won't close no matter where I tap. It blocks my view of the game. I have to close the game out and then reopen it for the info window to close. Really fun game but where are the African american characters? It would be so awesome if each ethnic group has male and female characters to choose from! I'd give 10 stars for that if I could. I will definitely give it solid 5 stars and spend a little money when that happens!!!
