Fun to play and easy. Can't wait to see what's next for this game in the future! The customer app support team are not responsive. I emailed them about issue with the app and I'm still waiting for a response. I would give this game 4 stars if it wasn't for the poor app support team... I need help with my app, for some reason the app won't let me turn on my notifications for the game. I uninstall the app and reinstall it but nothing happened. How can I fix it? Please help me.

I've been playing for several months now. The only problem I have is that you don't get enough gold to upgrade your hero's. Every hero of mine is ready to be upgraded but when you only get enough gold to upgrade just 2 or 3 a week cause they cost so much is very annoying. I feel the over all balance of hero's is pretty good and the environment changes are good as well. Maybe switch them up more often. Great game just needs more gold.

This is a pay to win game. That's the only explanation I can find for the pairings. You only get paired against players with much more power than yourself. Most of the times against "top dog" players, which is what comes up on the flashing red screen under the opponent name. DON'T WASTE ANY MONEY ON THIS GAME.

I want to delete my account with no options to do so! I have gotten the same top tier character everytime 5 times in a row and I absolutely hate the character(I cannot get a different character period)! If my only option is to lock the game out of my phone and never look back so be it! It should be mandatory that every game allows you to delete your account! I just simply want an account that doesn't draw this garbage character!

The game was amazing before the update. But now it's kinda boring, the devs changed the rewards to 1 card and reduced the amount of cards you need to upgrade, which would be good if there was something to do other than ranked. New season doesn't have anything special to it, and the rewards aren't worth it. I hate the way they did the mythic chests now I have to get 20 keys to even get one mythic. I love this game but it needs to either change back or something completely new.

I really enjoy this game. My only issue is in the past 3 seasons. It has remained the exact same. No new items, you just win items you already possess. Haven't seen any new levels, challenges, or characters in quite a while, looking forward to updates.

Loved it when I first started playing it at season 2 then they started messing up the characters abilities, i invested money in building up my characters to have them nerfed pretty bad and then, to make it worse, this new season they change the whole appearance to make it look like a baby's game :O can't even see the opponent level or how much damage your toon does... I regret wasting my money in this company... I uninstalled it... Now I'm off to try Beast Arena

This game is one of the worst I ever played on play store. The pvp matching system is so bad.. If you're going to win some games at the beginning then you'll be matched with players who already have high level mythic and above characters. Basically it's a way to make the game a "pay to win", but you'll figure it out once you'll be playing it and get frustrated for not paying and keep on losing.

After a big patch the plant is still broken and makes no sense, incompetent devs.there have been so many issues that there's little to no reason to keep playing. The tutorial sucks, the transitions between animations in menu are very slow, the game is extremely pay to win, the matchmaking is inexistent. You get matched against someone stronger and you can't do anything against him? Guess what, very likely to get matched against him again back to back. Lose/win trophies calculus makes no sense.

Game is fun at the start, but the moment you get over 1k trophies it becomes a P2P game and makes it unfair on other players since it's hard to level up characters with how little coins you get. You can try to get resources, but how can you do that when matchmaking is unfair and you come up against other players who have double the amount of trophies.

It's a fun game until you reach the point where people are using "passive skills". These skills are not skill-based like every other aspect if the game, yet they can turn around the balance of a duel. You could have a perfectly fine game and out of nowhere there is a rocket targeting your hero and "poof" he is gone. Very annoying mechanic. I'll probably downgrade to one star if I start seeing this more often.

Very nice and fun game in the begining but after a while it turn to be more frustrating than fun. After a while the pay-to-win situation becomes very visible and annoying to be honest. Also the match making mechanism is waaaay of, I always end up with oponents that have heroes with a much higher level than the ones I have and of course you have little to no chances of winning these matches. The new ascension shards are a joke, you need to pay to get them.

This game is really fun and is a great concept however it needs updates. Gold is extremely difficult to obtain considering the cost of hero upgrades. Matchmaking is very often very unbalanced. And trophies sometimes have 32 deducted from you even if its a close match whereas you can only earn 18 on your next 2 games. Some heros need balance changes too. Like the stupid carnivourus plant for one. Overall its a great game and i rlly do enjoy it, but i would like to see changes.

Sadly one of the worst gameplay games out there. First, diamonds are worthless, money is more important. Second, To get the coins you have to pay for crumbs (pay a lot for little coins) Third, the lack of real players have you fighting bots that are high level than you, and when you think you are going to win the bot hit you with in insane combo that beats you. Fourth, the guide has only like 4 probably people playing and if you want out you can't. And so on of so many things, BAD.

The concept and playstyle of fun, and can really make a good game, the reason I rate 2 stars is because of balance. unless you want to grind your way up for a long time, or spend money, the game isn't really for you, the main reason is since mythic cards need to be obtained by luck, and there really isn't any guaranteed way to get one, the balance part is not the fact that these rare cards have powerful abilities, but they also start at level 9. not fun if it's not an even playing field

Honestly a fun game with fun mechanics. But all you fight is bots! And theyre way higher level than you are. I'm at the 4600 trophy range and it becomes very boring when you're not fighting real people on ranked. You can't progress without spending money at that point. Plus, you need way too many in-game resources to upgrade your own characters.

This game could be fun. The in game economy is bad at the moment. The only method of getting resources is playing ranked matches for chests. As you get higher in levels you need a crazy amount of in game currency, it badly needs adjusted. But the main problem is the bots. There aren't enough players, so you have to play bots. They level as you gain trophies. However the bots scale too quickly. We can't get them to understand that it needs changed, that people will quit. Frustrating.
