"Requesting access to my camera, photos, and videos for downloading e-cards and policy documents is unnecessary and intrusive. Such permissions should be optional, not mandatory. Please respect user privacy and provide an alternative way to access documents without requiring access to personal media."

A great makeover from the previous app. This is real good. 5☆ if you include a feature where I will be able to send a medical sos (on whatsapp) to 3 predetermined contacts asking for help at the tap of a button on the app. Regards.

They deserve zero or negative star, coincidentally that is not possible. After providing all the documents, that were asked for, claim was rejected, why I don't know. Finally, I received a feedback form, wherein only positive markings are allowed. The Submit button remained disabled, when my feedback was bad. I couldn't give my feedback.

Year after year, we have to pay more premiums to support your functions but your useless app still takes a person to the website page for premium payment. Even if I am logged in, the app itself does not enable payment and otp login is again required on the page. LIC app is way better.

I just purchased health insurance for myself. App is disgusting isase achi app experience to Acko ka hai . Here app is very glitchy and slow , no proper options. We are paying handsome amount as premium for this 1 ⭐ service.

Worst experience . I'm not even able to file the claim .When ever i try to file the claim it take me the google page of hdfc ergo where it take so much of time and even documents are not able to upload. Also I'm not able to contact to the customer care executive.

why can't I browse through the plans without a agent breathing over my neck trying to sell me stuff? why should I ask a agent to contact for browsing through policies? these are the kind of behaviour that makes us avoid buying policies directly from the issuer. I don't know why I am typing this though, since anyway the response to this will at most be another irritating call from customer service without any action.

Never buy any insurance policy from HDFC ergo. They are thieves with licence. I did prepayment approx 2 year before the insurance would end but they reimbursed when I went to the branch many times. Ergo paid only 40 percent of the remaining amount. Mischievous.

Most useless app since I tried to renew the car insurance using the app and tried for an hour but it took me to a website which was not functional. My policy expired trying to renew using this app. Most useless app.

Installed app to renew health insurance policy. Once I click renew, new page open requesting to enter OTP. I get OTP but there is no space or field to enter OTP. Which is quite shocking, how could you miss such basic functionality.

Not able to add my policy. Screen doesn't change after clicking on 'proceed' after putting in policy Number. Can't go back. App hangs

Please avoid taking insurance from this company. This company is fraudulent. Recently, my family member’s bike was damaged while parked. After taking the vehicle to the showroom, we clicked pictures and filed an insurance claim. However, there has been no response from the agent. They do not call back, and even if you call, they do not pick up. Customer care is also unhelpful. Despite providing all the necessary proof and timeline, they rejected the claim. I was fooled, and I hope others are not

update on 25/08/24: After telling the below issue to the technical team , they resolved this with in a day ,and relwased updated version for Android 14, really appreciate this , so rating changed from 1 to 4 , 🫡 really good gesture bynthem . issue first updated : after selecting "respond to query" in upload supporting documents. app is routing to app info. it suppose to take us to file selection. please fix this.

It's a pretty useful app for insurance and managing them. The only problem I see is buying insurance from within the app. Currently, it reflects to the site and the site is pathetic. It doesn't allow me to buy an insurance.

useless app. Does not provide for Date of Borth updation before 1959! Unnecessarily promoting all other business ventures. Further after updating certain data,(God knows what format they use and what data they want), if you go to "make payment" it stays there. You cant go ahead with payment. Even phone call cant solve a query.
