I ordered the product, but did not have time to pick it up within 3 days. According to the company's policy, it had to be returned to the seller automatically and the money had to be returned to the wallet. The phone case is back, but the phone is gone, the money is not returned, the support does not want to sort it out, closes my appeals, referring to the fact that I received the phone, and that I sort it out myself. Terrible service. I was robbed!

The app itself isn't too bad, not anything to be praised either. The real bad thing about them is that you won't be able to get any support from their "customer service" when things go wrong. Simple automated responses to your questions, badly designed robot chat, very limited options to raise a complaint... They have a call center too but they only record your inquiries and never revert at all. I experienced this more than enough and I'm gladly deleting the app now.

Not bad, but it's getting more and more cluttered after each update. The lack of dark mode is also a big turn off for me, especially considering the entirety of the UI is white.

Good app. Update : The app now has a beta English language choice. Much appreciated and thanks to the developers! 😀 Good for buying stuff in Turkey. Update: The premium service is excellent includes free delivery, additional discounts and benefits, and a free membership of Blu TV. Highly recommended.

I am one of the newer customers and enjoyed the service so far. In my second purchase, there was a problem with the shipment and although the amount was not small, they refunded in full without any questions asked although I did not even request a full refund. I would say they know how to build customer loyalty.

I really want to continue shopping online through this app, but there is no more way to translate the page into English on the desktop unlike few months ago. Even if there is language option on its mobile app, everything about the products are still in Turkish. I hope you can address this issue.

They have all you need, but after you order and money is out of your debit card they inform you that the order is cancelled without stating the reason ör placing your money as credit on site. instead they charge back the money to your debit card within 8 days .. so you might lose visa service fees 3%. imagine that i made order of 2940 TL!!!

My favorite app for online shopping but after the last update I can't add products directly to my specialized lists. I have to add them to my favorites first, then go to the list I want to add it to and from there I have to choose products from my favorites again. You see how difficult this is? I hope it'll be fixed, this is clearly bad UX.

Canceled order and refund was automatically made to their own "cüzdan" and not my credit card. No asking, no warning, no money credited to the credit card. If you missed little text saying refund was made to their own wallet you will never ever get refund to your credit card. Then you have to find what wallet in the app and manually transfer full amount to your credit card. This looks alot like scum.

THE POP UP ADS ARE ANNOYING, AND TOO TOO MANY. I avoid starting the app because I have to see 1 or 2 ads everytime. The ads are for their grocery store that they force it on us. From starting the app till I can start really using it, every time it takes me 10 seconds or more because of the ads. Annoying, annoying.

They choose the seller side in all kinds of problems. They create barriers to return and evaluation for the defective product. The shipping company they direct does not come to receive the product to be returned. I have never had such a bad shopping experience in my internet shopping history. I hope they go bankrupt.

I believe the developers are coding this app while they are high with no guidance from a business consultant. Hepsiexpress is a huge disappointment! Adding a note field is a basic idea in any interface design, and this app has none! Consequently, I keep getting products that I neither ordered nor need! I ordered rib steak and received frozen potatoes and mincemeat instead! Finally, can someone please send me a notification if the item is out of stock and thus canceled?! Thanks!

The app does not have support for English, but that is something you can get around with screenshots and a translator app. İ gave 1 star for Hepsiburada itself. İ received an item completely different from what I ordered, delivered to my door. The seller said they didn't find my record and when İ tried to return it, Hepsiburada said they don't pick up at my address. So, I'm out my money and stuck with an item İ did not order. Buy local and stay away from this app.

The only thing I didn't like about this app is that, it doesn't provide English language support. I don't understand Turkish, Every time I have to use website instead of app, and use Google translate. That's just too frustrating. Please provide an option to change language in app, i.e. to give English language support as as an option in the app. Because there's no option to change language in English, I'm giving just three stars...

I liked the hepsiburada app, even it has less amount of products than the competing app of Tren...ol. I used hepsiburada premium for 10 months, it was easy to subscribe and I liked the benefits. 1 star review for the app - hepsiburada app hides Cancel Subscription button, I can cancel it only on their desktop website. It makes our lives worse and to forces us to spend extra 15 minutes by using support service and desktop site.

I have disabled notifications for the relevant category, yet Oynadıkça Kazan keeps sending them. This is very frustrating. Over time, the app has started to feel more like a casino rather than its original purpose. Please fix the notification issue and reconsider the direction the app is taking.

The app is quite bad. It's in Turkish only with no English auto-translation. Not even possible to SELECT the text (product description/reviews) to copy-paste in a translation app on your phone. Page loads are EXTREMELY slow and irritating. Every single page you load, every time you go back to the previous page, you actually get the "page loading" sign. Basically anything you do requires the page to be reloaded. Deliveries are never timely--imagine u hv 2 b home to receive deliveries from work!

Default buy premium setting whenever you try to buy something is really ridicilous, and also you can't disable premium at that day and you can't disable it from app or from phone, you need to request it from it's web site and it needs to be desktop, very nice job here's your star, keep up the good work.

good app to buy things in turkey, but as soon as you receive something broken or youneed to return something, very very very bad customer service, it takes forever, and they will try hard to not fix the problem and get you new product replacement or refund. hope you never get to deal with their "customer is always wrong" service. thank youamazon for coming to turkey
